The flow was great, very meditative, and it was really nice to be with community. A lovely way to start off my Sunday morning and the class was only $10! I will definitely be back, I really like that this studio is not heated, and oddly that it doesn't have mirrors- I feel like I am able to focus on my practice and what feels good for my body, not on trying to achieve a specific pose a certain way. It was so relaxing! One thing to note is that it was a little hard to find the studio at first, and there's lots of parking (that will be validated) but it's a short walk away.

There was a male teacher who was very welcoming and kind from the second I met him, and felt very welcomed In the studio as a first timer surrounded by regulars. This class itself had less cues than your typical yoga class, but it was repetitive, so since it was my first time I had to look around a lot to see what we were doing, but it was easy to follow. I love that they have showers here so I was able to use it after class then get ready for work. I'm looking forward to trying more classes here!

I took a class here last night in studio B and it was a heated flow class. Pretty challenging but hey that's what we need in life to be even better than we were yesterday. Only complaint about this studio is that there is only one bathroom for women for a studio this size. There is definitely a line for the bathroom in the women's locker before classes. Locker room is a decent size but also could use one more bench in the middle so people have a place to put their stuff when grabbing items out of the lockers. I like the Foundry and think their studios are pretty solid, you'll definitely seeing me coming back again!
