I had a great experience at this location that is just outside of the Temecula Promenade mall. Great service, food and drinks we had! I really appreciate that the server provided us with wet napkins for our hands when she first came to our table! Not many places do that, and I thought that was nice! The drink menu is great and if you love Moscow Mules as I do, I recommend you try the Hawaiian Mule! It's very refreshing and tasteful:) We ordered off of the lunch specialty menu and we tried the pepperoni pizza and the margarita pizza.. they were OK but in my opinion, if you come to Yard house try something else more Yard House worthy lol.. like the Korean BBQ wings!! This location is probably the best one i've been to--the food is always amazing and consistent and they have some of the best waiters/waitresses! I literally come here or the one in riverside a couple times every week. Love the variety in their menu and with their drinks as well & i'm obsessed with the poke nachos & the grand patron margarita. Yardhouse is one chain restaurant that I can actually get behind! They are far superior to Chili's, Applebee's or BJ's, when it comes to selection, food and atmosphere. The place itself is dimly lit, with a cool and sexy vibe. Good looking bartenders too, but that is a matter of personal taste. Always good music playing when I've been there. The draught beer selection is EXTENSIVE and they have not just one, but TWO happy hours! Their pre-selected beer flights are nicely selected and paired. SNACKS and APPS are the real steal here, especially during said happy hours. The sweet potato fries are ADDICTING and are so so good with the dipping sauce they provide, which is like a creamy maple-y, bacon-y sauce. The Poke Stack is also really yummy with cubes of Ahi Tuna and fresh avocado. Lettuce wraps and the Shiitake noodles are other delightful menu items you should give a try. Served warm fries so must have been served ones sitting on the tray; Receive lunch orders offered ground pepper, but noticed no salt and pepper shakers and server out of kitchen did not bring ketchup - according to watch took 6 minutes to get staff attention for these items; server asked if I'd like another beer which I accepted but order was not requested waited 12 minutes and food had been finished to get the beer (the place had maybe 12 customers so not busy and noticed staff just chatting with each other. Staci is an amazing waitress! She took our drink orders then came back to take out food orders. We had our niece with us and she went above and beyond to make our niece happy. She was very polite and friendly. She came around to let us know that our food was taking a lot longer than expected. It was a busy Saturday lunch. We didn't mind waiting nor did we feel neglected. As mentioned, it was a busy Saturday. As soon as she told us that the cook had our order tab, the food came out less than 5mins. Someone else in my table ordered almost the exact same dish. Mine was the Asada and theirs were the fish. Waiter coming my way literally said "two taco combo" of course ok gonna say yes but, on the other side of the table another waiter announced "asada taco" midway to me taking a bite of their food. Theirs a difference when you tell the customer the combo meals they get and the actual meal. Didn't even like the fish taco. It was too watery and soggy to eat. Didn't even wanna finish my asada taco, not enough seasoning, the meat was over cooked. Rice tasted bland. Didn't even touch the beans god knows it might ruin the appetite that's already ruined. What I love most about this place is that they have no problem making changes to items on their menu for vegans! Yes they have the Gardein options, which are great, but what was even better was that they they switched the mozzarella on their Margarita Pizza to the Daiya Vegan Mozzarella even though it wasn't listed as an option on the menu! And its was so delicious, I had to go back for another one within the same week! And not only that, but the waiters and waitresses are so thoughtful for vegans that if you happen to order something that isnt totally vegan they will make sure that you know and provide you with possible vegan substitutes for whichever item(s) in that dish isn't vegan. read more

Since this location has opened, the cleanliness of this establishment has gone down hill. First, the bathrooms are always dirty and not stocked. They are constantly smelly with wet floors. Most importantly is the cleanliness of the kitchen. Since my husband became violently ill after eating the Ahi Salad, we've heard from ex employees how dirty the kitchen is and the disregard for higher standards. We alerted management via phone but never heard if any action was taken regardless of being told we'd get a call back. Such a disappointment. It really is a shame because most of the servers are really great. That's why we often go here. The new management really needs to clean things up. You're probably only safe to get drinks here. read more

My husband & I went to have dinner here on July 17th, 2021. When we walked through the door, the hostess did not greet us, and she gave us the most disgusting look I have gotten in my life. I ignored it because I wanted to have a date night with my husband. We walked all the up to the hostess desk, and I said hi. She wouldn't stop with the vile looks or say hi back. She kept looking back and forth from me to my husband and was like, "hmmm... so for two?" and rolled her eyes. The interaction was full of microaggressions. We ended up eating somewhere else. I received a phone call asking why we did not come back for our table, and I told them about our experience, and I was assured management would be notified, but I do not have much confidence that was actually the case. We are locals and visit this place often. Love that it has a patio, great for people watching and starting random conversation. Pretty diverse crowd and good energy. We are a very large family and we love eating out and with 5 kids and birthdays, we let the bday kid pick. My 15 year old vegan daughter choose this restaurant and we headed out. Never been to the temecula one, but our party of 7 was greeted and seated immediately. Hostess chatted with us, very nice and friendly and we made it known it was our vegan daughters bday. We were greeted by our waitress, got drinks and my husband and I ordered an app and a beer without a problem. Drinks and the app came out amazing and we ordered food with a new waitress. My husband and I were watching the baseball game and the kids were having a great time with no worries. All the food came out together and my daughters pizza was cold. My roast beef was cold, but I chose not to complain. When we asked for a new pizza for her there was an immediate apology and no question except that the cheese wasnt vegan and we had mentioned vegan cheese tastes off cold. Even with such a simple mistake, we received the most apologies I have ever received in years in a restuarant. I cant lie and say my daughter was not a little upset that she had eaten real cheese, but she left happy that she chose to eat there. The management brought her out a beautiful plate of berries with a candle for her birthday and were very apologetic. I myself am not a vegan and neither was anyone else in our party, but aside from the accident, this was the best experience I have ever had in a restaurant as far as customer service! My BF ordered a pizza and the chicken strips w/fries appetizer, there was enough food to feed 3 people. Everything was delicious and hot. I am the designated driver, so no alcohol for me, but my BF order some new Brews (waiter made a great suggestion based on my BF preferences).
