I went to this place on a Saturday and they had horrible service. Each time we ordered a drink it took over 20 min. Just for one drink. I will never go back to this yard house again. Don't come to this yard house, if you want to go to a good yard house go to the one in Temecula, especially if you want to have a great time. Worth the drive!!!! read more

You need to fire Tony The only reason I have you 3 stars is because of your manager that made everything better after his ride ass took a dig at my friend. Wow you are the rudest server ever We literally haven't been here in a year because of a past experience with Tony... Thanks for the beers Tony rude ass read more

Went to a friends surprise bday party here and everything was terrible. First of all, they didn't even have any knowledge there was a reservation and tried saying it was my friends mistake when she had called them days in advance. After admitting their mistake, they tried to "fix" it, by giving our huge party one free appetizer. People then had to be separated into two different tables. Then, they only designated two waiters to a table of 30 PEOPLE! Service was extremely slow with beers and drinks. Party never got asked for refills and our food took over an hour and a half only for it to be cold. Paying became a huge hassle as our orders were asked all over again and debit cards were misplaced by careless waiters. You really expect more from a place that charges 17 dollars for a regular order of Mac and cheese. Never again. Do yourself a favor and try one of the other places next door. read more

Beer was great and so was the mojito and I ordered appetizers I got the original wings very delicious tasty and juicy and I ordered the lobster dip and the poke nachos I think next time I will try something new thanks yard house !! read more

Went in for lunch today and had a really bad experience. I agree with the review by Cody, you better hope you don't get Ronika as your waitress. She seemed to be more interested in talking than taking care of us. Some people just shouldn't work in customer service, especially if they can't even pretend to like it. For the price I paid to eat there I expect more, very disappointed. read more

Had the seared ahi with a pomegranate martini. Didn't love the food but Jessica out server was amazing! My boyfriend had the vodka shrimp pasta...uhhhmazing!! Definitely what I will be ordering next time! read more

I've dined here twice and the service was awesome! Being a vegetarian, I am very thankful for the gardein options! And the beers are great, too! read more

I've been to yardhouse more times than I could count. Great happy hour, ambiance, service, food, and BEER... so what more can a great guy like me ask for? I havnt tried anything outside their happy hour menu... I always go here for their selection of beers though!... happy hour or not. Food is great value only when its happy hour. other than that... id rather eat somewhere else. When I'm there during a sports game and its not happy hour, I would order a side of fries with me beer. The garlic and truffle fries are pretty tasty. Food that is worth mentioning: Chinese Garlic Noodles... some place makes it too soggy so watch out for that. but yea.... its.delicious. Spinach dip --- damn good. Deschutes Mirror Pond Pale... mmm the beer that I always recommend. If youre looking to try their hemp beer... its nothing great. Just go smoke a bowl if youre looking for the weed taste. Smell you later. read more

Great food cool atmosphere. Like the music and the sports on TV . Can be too loud if you are trying to carry on a conversation . Good place for a large party. read more

The selection of beer here is amazing I was very pleasantly surprised that they had a double chocolate Stout that was imported from England the taste and flavor along with aromatic smell absolutely enticed me to have three glasses fantastic I've also enjoyed the Irish mules which are done exceptionally well with perfection a smooth drink served in a copper cup ice cold very very good the next thing I knew I had to order dinner and was again pleasantly surprised with the halibut blackened with fresh vegetables my meal was complete I give the restaurant four stars only because of the fact that the halibut was a little bit dry and not moist read more

Tonight we went to my favorite place and I must say I'm very happy with the service Danny served us and she was exceptional I give her a all the way!!!!! I hope she continues to serve and I must say Hector is pretty awesome . read more

So i wait 45 mins for a table of two on a sat night as soon as i get seated i request a half yard beer and get an old 12oz so of course I'm frustrated already..let me see how their fucking food goes down, be back bitches read more

Just cane from having lunch here as I'm having a great day! I come in and order and the menu doesn't display correct pricing. Order should have been under 12 as the menu suggests and came out more than 26$ and waiter refused to give any attention and the service was below horrible. Will not plan on coming back any time soon and I hope you are prepared to play "guess the price" when coming here. read more

Wednesdays Happy Hour is great! a little busy but service was satisfactory

This place has very friendly service and excellent food. Only downside is that the server only comes to your table if you kind of flag them down. But this place is the place to go for happy hour (: read more

Too expensive!! Our waitress was fine. The food wasn't worth it. My husband got three pork belly street tacos that were just ehh. The best part was the side of beans but the serving was tiny. This plus rice was 17.40. Way too much. I got a Caesar salad added a soup. The salad was just ok. This and a beer was definitely not worth $40 read more

I wasnt so satisfied with the food. It was okay.. It got cold fast but the drinks were amazing. If i come here it would just b for the drinks lol read more

After writing my previous Review I was Contacted by Ashlgieh in Customer Relations who not only brought resultion to my orginal complaint, but also compensated for my wrong order. she was awesome, fast and kind. I may just give them a second chance. read more

For the money spent...bartenders were attentive. The waitress....barely interested in you or service provided. Maybe if you showed an interest in your customers you might make some money...maybe that would improve your shitty disposition..get a grip Yardhouse!?!...REALLY?!? You tend to hire "good looking" ugly ass personas to represent your company....maybe thats why your restaurant in Riverside is sliding.....points to ponder... read more

Kennesha was by far the best / patient and welcoming- my mom is a little tough cause she ask a lot of question not bad she just likes to know ... and this young lady really made her feel comfortable - made the experience the best thank you.... Kennesha read more

This restaurant is awesome. Very attentive wait staff that checked on me and my wife throughout our meal. Loved the atmosphere and was even thanked by the general manager with a free desert for the two of us since it was our first time!!! It's been a while since I have had such great customer service. Thank you brandon! read more

There pork belly pig sandwich is not what it typed up to be. Their blue moon draft beer is always the best

Since my first review, it has improved. I think the people of Riverside actually realized it's a good place to just enjoy a beer and hang out. 4 stars for actually having a nice crowd when I go there. read more

For Riverside this place is pretty good. Although they definitely have all of the megabrews on tap, just the variety of options means there's bound to be something actually good on the menu. Food is all right, nothing special but will fill the belly. read more

If it wasn't for the service this review would be only 1 star. I had ordered a black truffle burger at a medium rare. It came out so well done that I could know enjoy it. The burger was so dry that it made me regret even going out of my comfort zone. I didn't want to complain only because we were a party of 8 and only 1 person has a problem. It wouldn't make sense. The service was outstanding our server was amazing. Only because of her I enjoyed my visit. Most likely not going to come back. read more

The Temecula location has better service. The servers here are incredibly slow, forget your order, don't refill your drinks, are not friendly....must I go on? The food is a hit or miss. There's some items that are really good like the spinach artichoke dip and soups, and then some items that are blah, like their jerk wings. Their pizza is always a hit or miss too. Sometimes it's hot and cheesy, other times it's warm, flavorless and hard as cardboard. The drinks are super weak and water downed, especially during happy hour. If you must overpay for mediocre food and water downed drinks, then at least go and get better service at the Temecula location. read more

Boo to this location for sure! I'm sorry I love beer and I love Yard House for beer, food and music. We took a party of 12 on Friday night at around midnight for a night cap after a show. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVERY HAVE THE WAITRESS RONIKA! I understand it's late in the night but it's still two hours to closing but you serve Beer, and your specials are to have blackboard beers in bottles and on tap. We all enjoy a good non-standard beer and know that Yard House would accommodate that need. This server did not know what the beers that they had were and was physically bothered that we had asked her to advise, after a couple of questions she took another waiters "cheat sheet" and gave it to us. Fine ok we got what we wanted, not quite. Ordered the beer waited about 20-min and she came back and said that they were out. Any suggestions as to a replacement; no that would be too much to ask. Any offer to give something else at a disocount since you are lazy, no that's way too much to ask. Ordered another selection, low and behold THAT was gone too! At this point I had had enough; close to an hour had passed and I just said forget about it. Sorry we couldn't help you, can I get you something else? No just an OK and a walk away. This was just horrible... I cannot believe that this happened. I will think twice about bringing any of my customers for lunch and NEVER suggest this place for friends. Sorry Yard House, maybe you should keep it in the OC; Riverside is not your forte... read more

I really like their happy hour! We liked everything we tried except for the truffle burger. It was a little too much truffle oil in my opinion. The server was nice too, we were seated behind a loud and talkative table which kind of made my experience OK. They were talking loudly about some x rated things...yikes. read more

2 stars only because they gave me crunchy brown rice. Almost broke my teeth chomping on it. Please cook brown rice correctly, it always needs a little bit more water than white rice :) read more

Foods good, drinks are normal, bartenders stuck up. Especially female ones here. Not sure why or what I did, but service sucks and this is not the first time. read more

WOW I really do love this place...don't love the prices but the atmosphere is great. I love my Seadogs Blueberry Ale more than anything and they have it on TAP NICE!!! The best reason I love this place is that they have a SUB VEGETARIAN MENU...can you believe that? I don't have to sub anything out, I can just order off the menu. I'm a happy camper when I come here! Try and be here for happy hour! read more

I like this place. It looks cool on the inside and has a relaxing outside setting.

Other than my plate being $23 for just myself, the atmosphere & people who work here are sooo friendly!!! The food is also amazing so i cant complain! I got the mahi mahi with brown rice! It was soo good read more

Happy hour is amazing! I love the Yard House with their great selections of beer and good and cool music. However, I visited this location recently, and although the waitress was attentive, she was not too friendly. She spilled water on my plate and nearly on me, and didn't bat an eye..nice..I had lettuce wraps, my usual go to, and also tried the roasted cauliflower which tasted great! Unfortunately, once I got home, I immediately felt sick and this morning I'm still sick. Not good read more

Always a good time here! I mainly come for the beers with my buddies. Service has always been good. Rarely have they ever gotten things wrong. I love their ceviche!!! Best ceviche I have ever tasted! Their garlic noodles....too bomb!!! Their truffle fries and blue cheese burger are also winners along with their hummus and poke stack! read more

They changed the menu, upped the prices, and took my favorite martini off the menu! As a matter of fact they took all but about 5 martinis off the menu. The bartender still made my martini but because its not on the menu, I was charged full price for it during happy hour... Not cool...taking a star for that read more

Love this place! Always great and never a disappointment. Tonight I splurged because of my recent close of escrow. Had dinner with the fam and since I really like a good bourbon drink, ordered an Old 43 and my favorite- Lobster Garlic Noodles. Our teen enjoys the chicken tortilla soup (currently not on the menu but still avail-just ask) and his Angus Cheeseburger. We listened to good music and watched an exciting game of tennis and a pre-season football game while we enjoyed our meal. Dad had something yummy that I just can't remember and he won't tell me. The vibe here is always fun. This is a great place to hangout with family and friends. read more

Yard House is one of those restaurants that gets old after a while. Same old music, same old grumpy bartenders and same old food. Been coming here for three years straight. Really appreciate the beer variety but I think I've tried them all by now (all 100+ varieties and styles). Much like an old, stale relationship, Yard House needs to do something new and different. With competition from Dave's BBQ and B-Dubs looming on the horizon, Yard House needs to spice things up before the already dwindling crowds take their business elsewhere. One extra star for offering vegetarian alternatives like gardein buffalo wings and sliders. If I could, I'd give them an extra half-star for getting rid of their rude hostesses (phone calls to corporate actually make a difference). read more
