I've been to Lee's Sandwiches before, but this was my first time trying the Lee's Coffee Biscoff and the Biscoff Croissant. Both were amazing, and I'd definitely order them again! My only complaint was the coffee. It came in an 8 oz cup that was packed with ice, so it felt like there were only about 4 oz of actual coffee. Next time, I'll ask for less ice. I'm also not a huge sweets person, so ordering both the coffee and the croissant together ended up being a little too much sugar for me. Even so, each item was delicious on its own. The staff was friendly, the music selection was great, and the laid back atmosphere made the wait feel shorter than it actually was. Service was quick, too. I'll definitely be back for another Lee's Coffee Biscoff this time with less ice! I'll keep you all updated after my next visit. Parking is a headache since they are located in the same parking lot as In IN Out and gas stay in and other surrounding businesses with a lot of traffic . Small location the line was out the door .. as expected when anything goes viral especially their Biscoff and banana cream coffee . Sandwich #11 - I honestly haven't had Lees in quite some type since their recipe changed throughout the last few years and it was franchise with multiply locations . Dac biet sandwich - pate lacked flavor and the Vietnamese mayo/ butter the 3 types of meats in the sandwich tasted disgusting and had no flavor or seasoning what so ever ... the carrots and daikon pickles were all cut all large like the size of French fries not thinly spliced .. it had no cucumber or cilantro added . Truthfully , I would only come here for coffee . I switched to other Sandwich places in the area such as Carrot & Daikon as their consistency is the same across the board .. Vietnamese Biscoff coffee - the Cream was savory and delicious with the hint of Biscoff flavor .. rich because it's Vietnamese French coffee beans which is high in caffeine and quality ! I'd definitely recommend this ... that's it . My first time to a Lee's and it felt lackluster. The vibes were not it this day. I did visit late afternoon evening time to set the scene. I wasn't able to order all what I wanted so I will be back to try more food items. I did get a #1 and it looked sad. Flavor was there but barely, like I said it was almost end of day but still, right. I'll try a different one next time. They were also out of egg rolls, spring rolls and chicken wings. I recently visited this Lee's Sandwiches location in Riverside and had a decent experience. .The location is easy to access, and there's convenient street parking available nearby, so finding a spot wasn't too difficult even during busier hours. Having been to many Lee's Sandwhiches locations in OC, I was hoping to get the same quality and service at this location. Indeed, I was right. The service was friendly and efficient. The staff greeted customers promptly, and even with their limited English, I was able to order the BBQ Pork Bánh Mì, Grilled Pork Sandwich, and their signature Lee's Coffee. My items were prepared quickly so I was able to get my order and go. The bread that I remembered used to be crispy on the outside and soft inside, but this time it tasted stale like day old bread. I do give them top notch credit that fillings were flavorful and still satisfying. I was shocked to see how much my total bill was. I was used to the old prices, but now sandwhiches are around $8 and their ice drinks are around $5! Oh well. Had a crappy night at work and decided to treat myself to a pick me up coffee at Lee's and try their new Biscoff iced coffee. Ended up having a crappy experience. Placed an online order at 8:12am and didn't receive my order till 9:06am. In fact, if I hadn't followed up with one of the staff, I would've been waiting even longer or maybe forever because they still had my ticket order on the counter. And I was not the only one this happened to. In fact, seeing another woman who placed an online order having to follow up at the counter is what made me finally speak up also. This is not my first time here but haven't been in awhile and I definitely won't be back for a long time if at all. I get that there is a morning rush, but to have multiple orders just left at the counter and not even followed up on until prompted to do so, means there is a big organizational problem. And even after speaking up, the staff member did not offer any explanations or apologies despite me waiting an hr for one drink. Honestly, the drink was good but not that great enough for me to go through this long wait, pay high price ($11 with tip and tax which I regret giving). Save yourself the trouble and just buy the Lee's iced coffee pack from Costco and make your own biscoff cold foam.
