We were greeted, the service was very friendly, they have a nifty huge electronic menu to checkout at the front counter so you can confirm your order. We ordered the beef/pork rolls, egg rolls and a bbq chicken banh mi to share, $45 after tip for lunch for 2 with leftovers to spare. We enjoyed everything, hot and fresh (10 minute wait) and the flavors were all spot on. I really appreciated the beautiful plating and the care they put into our order. It's really the little things that get to me: the utensils, extra napkins, included a variety of sauces, things they don't have to do, but it's a very nice touch. The male server was Okay, his english just enough to take order and have basic conversation. Came back to this restaurant this past weekend and glad their food quality and taste is better. Well, probably also helps that we dined in as our past to-go order (according to my last review) was not great. Though I know we've stopped in before this past weekend so the taste of the food is back up and tasty again. Kids got Pho #11 (rare steak and lean brisket) and said it was good. I thoroughly enjoyed my tasty again #25 BBQ pork, shredded pork, and baked egg rice dish. There was all sorts of food, such as their most popular, Pho, Rice Dishes, and more. I have visited this place many times before but my most recent experience was terrible. Staff was not welcoming and was very rude. One of my friends received the wrong meal and when we asked for a different dish they said it would be out in 2 minutes. After my most recent experience, it was one of the worst customer service situations I've encountered. This was my first time at this Pho Ha location and it did not disappoint! I came here on a meatless Monday and ordered the veggie pho, with veggie broth. The broth was surprisingly delicious, possibly the best veggie pho I've ever had (to be fair I've only had it a handful of times). But it's full of flavor and still contains most of the traditional flavors that I'm used to in regular beef pho; the spices are apparent and the broth was even a little spicy!
