The price is reasonable. My husband consistently eats the sizzling steak with rice and he highly recommends it. I don't eat meat so I get the seafood pho. It's descent. It's not a fancy meal, but it does get the pho craving satisfied. The soup is flavored well, there isn't a plethora of seafood, maybe like 3 imitation crabs, 3 shrimps, 2 squid, and maybe 2 fish balls. The glass noodles are good and there was a lot of that...but hey again this isn't some fancy place and again the price is not on the expensive side. They serve very quick and the workers are somewhat nice, i don't know if it's just a cultural thing but they do kinda rush you, which is fine, i don't take offense. You can tell they all work hard, English is not the first language so it can be hard ordering, I had to ask multiple times if this place was "cash only" because there were no signs but they had an ATM machine in the corner and I thought generally that's the only reason why they have an ATM machine. I asked if they accept only cash the lady told me "yes" i kind of looked at her and she gave me an unsure look and then I said do you take card? And she also replied "yes". So I was just like ok and hopefully they just accept our card in the end. In conclusion yes this places takes both card and cash for any future reference. And a pho craving is satisfied for cheap! I've gone to this location a handful of times and there is always this younger guy who always comes off really rude. He doesn't greet customers or say much. He literally will just walk up to our table (a little to close for comfort) stands there while looking outside until we are ready to order. He doesn't acknowledge the order. He will just write it down and walks away. He also has a lot of attitude and sass. The food is still okay but I stopped going here just because of the customer service alone. I typically don't give out bad reviews but unfortunately I feel like the service really was disappointing. Never have I felt like we were inconveniencing the staff for coming in. Lady with glasses and hair clip was rude. Body language and facial expressions were clear as day. Staff sat in the corner often ignoring the customers and would forget items. I ordered #11 pho and it was disappointing. Very bland and meat was tough to chew. I typically go to Pho Star just a couple of meters down and their service/food is so much better but they were closed already. Oh man, the food is terrible here. The egg rolls filling didn't even taste like real pork, couldn't even eat them. Also... No fish sauce as a side to dip them!?!! What?! The pork spring rolls is only pork and lettuce. Lettuce wasn't even crunchy ... gross. No real peanut sauce for them it was Hoison sauce. The spare ribs seasoning was also no very tasty. Listen I'm from Santa Ana (here in Riverside temporarily )and I am used to super authentic delicious Vietnamese food from my neighbor city Westminster. The service is not excellent as they don't consistently check in but if you're a regular you know how to help yourself to to go bags and containers. The food is great. Nothing special but classic. Don't mess with it if it's not broke right? They make a great bowl of pho on a cold day. I usually get the Tai Gau, fatty brisket and rare steak. The portions are pretty good for a small. You know city of Riverside CA has a lot of good Ethnic places and than there is Pho Ha! Its good for certain dishes but I would give literally "MINUS" points for customer service. We ordered Crispy Tofu in one of our dishes, we realized when the check came that they charged us for "extra tofu" we never wanted extra tofu we wanted crispy tofu. Anyways they charged us a whopping $1.25 for extra tofu. That is like buying a block of tofu from local grocery store. Anyways, again food is decent, but the customer service sucks here. And to be honest they already have their set clients. So me putting a yelp review won't really bother them too much. I ordered normal pork spring rolls, not sausage, and when I went to pick up my food, I asked again just to confirm I was getting what I ordered and they said yes.
