This place has the best happy hour! I just wish they offered it for takeout too, but I'll take what I can get. The food is really tasty and a great value. They always get my order right, and the drinks are seriously outstanding! Everything is presented so nicely, and the customer service is great. Definitely recommend coming here to celebrate a special occasion! You get a free dessert.
I used to love coming here to grab and drink and get some good food. Feel like the food has gone downhill. It's just mid. The kiddos liked the pizza. My daughter didn't like the Mac n cheese. It was too rich. She was only able to eat 2 bites. The salad was pretty basic. The chicken was really dry. The fish and chips was soggy. I did like the Parmesan truffle fries. That was crispy with a good balance of truffle and garlic. The ribeye and veggies was really bland like they didn't season it at all. I liked the sweet potato fries. It was crispy and had a good crunch to it. Had a good balance of crisp and potato. No one likes soggy fries lol Great place to grab drinks, but the food is whatever.
Last night, we had a party of 11, and I really want to give a shout-out to our amazing waitress, Maria! Our wait to be seated was a little longer than anticipated, and my son had to leave for work just 20 minutes after we were seated. When Maria came around to take our drink orders, my son explained that he needed to leave soon, ordered a lemonade to go, and asked how long it would take for the poke nachos to come out if he ordered them. Maria assured him they would be out quickly and immediately went to the kitchen to put in his order before returning to finish taking everyone's drink orders. Within five minutes, his food was out! He was able to enjoy his meal before heading to work, and he said it was delicious! The rest of the evening, Maria continued to be attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and that kind of service deserves recognition! The food was delicious, too, but Maria really made our visit extra special. Thank you, Maria, for taking such great care of our group! We appreciate you!
Came during Happy Hour, which was Monday though Friday from 3pm to 6pm. Was told the wait was going to be 15 to 20 minutes for a table. Opted sit at the bar. Emiliano, bartender, was great. He was working really quickly, but did not forget about me. Order the Dragon Fruit Cosmo for $9.99 (Happy Hour took off $2). Also got the Poke Nachos for $8.50 (Happy Hour made it half off). Was happy sitting at the bar, watching the game. The cosmo was strong and alright. The nachos were very saucy this time. Will be back during Happy Hour.
Had a great experience with our waitress Dana. The drinks were great tried some new ones out this time around. The area they sat us was a little to close to kitchen so all we heard were dishes clanking I would suggest requesting a different area especially since they had just opened and enough tables to not be near the kitchen. The music is always great. Food was yummy the spicy tuna stack so tasty.
I stopped by yard house for a quick solo lunch. There's plenty of seating Inside and out. I had the lemon pepper wings and a fish taco. I ordered extra lemon pepper rub that I wish they added in instead of on the side but everything was delicious anyway. Crystal was my server and she was good. The menu is huge! There's a lot I'm interested in trying so I'll be back.
After a long hard drive the Yard House was my final destination. The restaurant was pretty full for a Monday evening and I requested a table for one. The bar was mostly full and made it difficult for me to grab a seat. The restaurant has many TVs showing Sports with a very relaxed crowd. My server came quickly to the table and I was able to order the spinach dip along with the Ahi tuna salad. The tuna or the salad was extremely fresh but a bit salty over all the spinach dip was rich and creamy and is a Yard House classic. Not a bad place to check out if you're in the area.
First time at this Yard House & it's huge! It definitely feels like a brew pub inside with the bar in the center with a huge beer collection. Came on New Years Day so it was pretty busy but their wait list is easy and didn't take too long. They have such a wide variety of beers which is cool. I got a sour beer and it was good. We got chicken lettuce wraps for the table which were delicious. I ordered the two peppers jack done medium and it was cooked perfectly and tasted so good!
$31 after tax for this sesame crusted ahi tuna dinner is absolutely pathetic. What the actual ... you guys need to really re-evaluate the price and value to the customer on this one. Here's the description of the meal: "seared rare, crispy garlic, sesame seeds, jasmine rice, charred baby broccoli, baby tomatoes, creamy ponzu sauce." They don't tell you that you're literally getting a 1/4 of tuna steak... kind of misleading. Not to mention the baby broccoli was basically nonexistent. Staff was on point in the front and at the bar, always a great experience otherwise. But the kitchen needs some attention, because this was definitely one of the more lackluster meals at YH in recent months.
I'm leaving a 5-star review for our amazing server, Alex! She was the sweetest, most patient, and attentive. I'm not usually the biggest fan of Yard House. I find the food a bit mid and overpriced. However, the dish she recommended ended up being really good, and she truly made the entire experience enjoyable. Thanks to her, I had a great visit. Thank you, Alex!
The food has always been top notch at any Yard House I've been to, and this is no exception. We were greeted and welcomed at the door by our darling, well mannered and hospitable hostess. Our server was attentive, upbeat and helpful. I had the Poke Nachos appetizer as my meal. It's every bit as delicious as it looks with thin crispy chips topped with fresh vegetables and sauce that complimented the dish. Last but not least, also fabulous sushi grade Ahi Tuna Poke, pleasingly marinated. My sister in law had grilled chicken salad that was generous. She was pleased with it and went home enough for her next meal. From start to finish, highly recommend Yard House. Our compliments to Management, Chef, Hostess and Server. Well done!
We got seated in a timely manner, which was the only good thing for our happy hour. I ordered a Chardonnay before we even ordered the meal. About five or 10 minutes later we ordered our food for happy hour and the food was delivered and I still didn't get my Chardonnay. It was delivered halfway through us finishing our food I mean, how hard is it to pour a glass of Chardonnay and the place was only half full. My friend ordered the sliders which were lukewarm and the fries, which seemed OK. I ordered the chicken bites buffalo style not only were they semi cold, but I must've gotten the end of the basket because there were a few actual chunks of chicken on top and underneath was nothing but breaded flour that had been fried. There was no meat inside of them highly disappointed. We tried to flag down the waitress, but we never got her attention until she was ready to give us our check. I tried to get accommodated for the late drink delivery and cold food, but she just kind of looked at me and laughed at. Yeah that would be nice wouldn't it? I will think twice about going there again, especially for happy hour.
We were seated promptly in a booth in the back. Our server's name was Grant and he was on top of it! He asked if we were tight on time in case he needed to ensure our orders got to us as fast as possible. We didn't, but I appreciated him asking. Our orders still came out in a timely fashion. My buddy got a ribeye and I ordered the pork chop, and wow, it was one of, if not the very best pork chop I've ever had. It was so moist, juicy, and very flavorful. Definitely recommend if you want a change from your typical protein order. The poke nachos were also very tasty. So good that I ordered another to-go for my wife. Grant made sure all the ingredients were packaged separately so that nothing got soggy in transport. Great food and great service; this Yard House is doing well. We celebrated Valentine's Day a little early due to a scheduling conflict tomorrow.. and what a bonus! While busy, we only had a 20 minute wait to be seated today which is not bad for this popular gathering spot in the AV. This may have to become our regular plan going forward.. Genius! The restaurant and bar always has great energy. I love the music they pipe through the sound system, and for the sports fans there are several screens showing live games. For ladies going for a night out, I didn't pick up on any creeper vibes. Our server was a friendly young lady named Vanessa. She was incredibly attentive and no glasses were allowed to go empty without the offer of a refill! We arrived early enough to avail ourselves of the Happy Hour specials which was an added bonus. Half-off on our favorite apps and pizza? Yes, please! When you order apps during Happy Hour, they don't bring you a smaller version of the dish like some places. Our Poké Nachos were brought out only moments after ordering, and they were delicious! Fresh cubes of ahi tuna served over wonton nacho "chips" with their signature sauces. Perfect for sharing! Their Fried Calamari has a light, golden brown and crispy coating. No rubber bands here, they're tender! The two dipping sauces are just a little spicy and are perfect accompaniments to the calamari. We enjoyed the Onion Ring Tower, too. Could only finish half of the generously sized order. We also ordered their Pepperoni & Mushroom Pizza. Thin crust, just how I like it.. but not dry like a cracker. It was crisp and chewy, a great base for their sauce and toppings. First time trying their pizzas, and it won't be the last. I ordered the Long Beach Tea which was refreshing and tasty! A pretty hue for the occasion, too. The bartenders are as gifted as the chefs! We 100% enjoyed our visit to Yard House, and our server Vanessa (well, her name tag said Antonio.. a long story) was a large part of making our experience so positive! My husband and I came with some friends a couple months ago but we hated the service, our server was just throwing the coasters at us and not even a hello out of him. We decided to go again last night because well the food is amazing and just hoping the service would be good. When I tell you if I can give this restaurant 20 stars I would !!! We were greeted with a big smile and sat at a booth and that's where we met Melvin our waiter. From that point on it just felt as if we were family . He treated us with so much respect. He's the most kind and sweetest person. Always made sure we were okay with everything. He did ask if we were celebrating anything special and we responded with our great news and showed compassion. Mom and I stopped in for lunch, and this turned out to be an absolutely delicious meal with a wonderful server. We ordered crispy Brussels sprouts, which were out of this world. The gochujung sauce and perfectly cooked Brussels were the best I've had! I got two tacos, vampire and grilled Korean beef and both were flavorful and had great texture. Mom got the grilled cheese and tomato bisque and said it was tasty. Finished with a buzz-free mojito and the meal was rated to perfection. Our server was quick on his feet, very personable, and attentive. We'll definitely be back. read more
We ordered the pretzel. Came out piping hot. Delicious. Fluffy. Not hard. Ordered the Korean bbq cheesesteak. Sooo good!! Split it with some one else. It's big. Super good!! 10/10 Lavender martini. 10/10. Strong and delicious! Ace Pineapple cider 10/10 if you like pineapple and ciders. Long Beach tea was good as well 8/10. Tastes more of tequila. After watching a movie, we stopped by for an early dinner. It wasn't even 3pm yet but it was a good thing though we beat the rush hour. We were seated promptly. Our server is attentive and kept on refilling our water glasses. While waiting for our order, I looked around and the place got filled up fast. Well, you can't blame the customers, Happy Hour is a great way to spend your hard earned money. We ordered our usual: Fried Calamari: on point. Crispy, well seasoned and fresh. I ravished them. Carnivore Pizza: I had 2 slices and my SO finished the rest. Definitely a must order. Chicken Tenders: We were so full that we took it home. Tasted better the next day. We finished the crispy fries though. A good place to watch games and enjoy a nice relaxing meal or a beer. They have like maybe 20 TVs around the restaurant. Usually when it is busy, a wait is always 30 to 1hr. Ample parking. Clean facilities. Casual. read more

Instead of Happy Hour they should call it thrilled hour, or ecstatic hour. We had the best time. The food kept coming. The food was delicious. Alberto our waiter was super fun and attentive. Our drinks were never empty. Alice the manager must be running a tight ship because every employee we met was happy, helpful, and hard working. The ambiance was great, loved our server. The wait was about 15 minutes to get our table then our server "EMILIANO" was very friendly and got our orders right away. He went above and beyond. The food was so delicious and on point. Emiliano's customers service is OUTSTANDING way to go Yard House. We will come back and of course ask for Emiliano. This place has the best happy hour! I believe it starts after 3pm. My boyfriend usually gets beer on tap and I get a margarita or a mojito. Sometimes an espresso martini. Our favorite happy hour appetizer is the poke nachos. Their chicken strips and pizza is pretty good as well. We usually sit at the bar, and the bartenders are very attentive. We love the vibe, it's usually busy and lively. And we always end up striking up a conversation with some really nice people. read more

My friends and I came here this weekend for a birthday dinner. We had a reservation but the place was definitely packed! The service took awhile, possibly because it was so busy but it took awhile for us to get our food and drinks. I ordered the poke nachos, sooooo good! I also got the Jambalaya, delicious!!!! I've been craving seafood so they definitely satisfied my cravings!! I got the smoked pink dragon margarita, it definitely is an acquired taste, it made me feel like I was camping every time I took sip lol. Came for happy hour with a friend on a Thursday night and this place was PACKED! The food was good and the iced tea was refilled as much as we wanted. We got several different items and I would reorder everything except the chicken tenders..they were over-fried to the point that it was dry. We got the chicken lettuce wraps which were very good. The edamame was lightly seasoned which were also good and the sliders were good too. When we left around 7, there was a line of people waiting to be seated. Service was almost nonexistent, we had to flag down our waiter a few times but I suspect that was because they were really busy. If it's busy, when your server is asking if you need anything, make sure you tell them everything at once! read more

I finally got my friend to give this Yard House another shot and the food was great. Our waitress took a break and we got a new waitress midway through who wasn't at all attentive. We asked for our bill and they bring a pos terminal. If you have to bring the tablet, just bring the check. I swipe my card, tip, and said bye to the waitress. I then used the restroom while my friend waited up front. They had plenty of time to let us know if something was wrong. Instead, my friend gets a call saying we didn't pay. I call back and get the manager Omar, who happened to be the same manager my friend talked to months ago about some gross nachos. He must've remembered, because he ends up comping us. Don't blame us for your staff and system shortcomings. Certainly, don't call us 15 minutes after we leave the restaurant to accuse of of skipping out on a $20 tab. & I have a receipt. read more

We had a small film day in Rosamond and decided to stop here before heading home. The place looked very nice, we got seated right away. Our waiter was (superstar) Alberto. He was FANTASTIC!!! Attentive, cordial, professional, funny, charming all around. We had the guacamole/poke nachos/pretzel appetizers. For a drink I had Pineapple Express, which was refreshing and delicious and a vampire taco. The food was delicious and arrived in a timely manner. Highly recommended!!! read more

So disappointed today! A waiter by the name of Crystal that was picking up drinks from the bar to give to her customers was picking mint leaf's to put in customers drinks with no gloves. another young lady by the name of Aracelia did the same thing. The waiter was then handing a bag full of mint and was picking it apart and putting it into cups for the bar tenders with no gloves she did the whole entire bag. Not sanitary at all when she's touch everything from menus to plates to grabbing cups taking your order, please do better. read more

That answer is based off what the Los Angeles County Health Department decides. I was there last night, it was 37* and even with heaters, it was freezing.
Do u have TVs in the patio?
Yes, there are TVs in most of their outdoor eating area. Just be sure to tell them that you are there to watch a game or whatever and they will give you an appropriate table.

Hi Kristina! We have a limited Takeout menu available right now which does not include tacos. But rest assured, they will be available once we are able to open our dining rooms back up again!

Hi there! We will not be open for Christmas day, but will be open Christmas Eve. Last call for food and beverages is at 10 pm on Christmas Eve.
What time does the kitchen close?
Sunday through Thursday 11pm Friday - Saturday 1 am. Last call is five - 10 minutes before.
