Drink orders were taken right away with a slight delay for food orders. We ordered the Fish & Chips, Ahi Sandwich (added a Caesars Salad), and Bacon Cheeseburger. All were well prepared, plated and very tasty. The beers were cold and refreshing. The service was a bit spotty, with extended wait periods between visits from the waitress. Not the place for a "date night" VERY LOUD! Sports on all the TV's bar in the center and music blaring. They also sat us next to the kitchen. The whole wall is open so all we heard was banging and clanking in the kitchen. (See pictures) food was sub par and very over priced. The food was not good. Something must be up with their food preparation team. - The kale salad had barely grilled Brussel sprouts (a lot of the pieces I received were still clearly uncooked). The grilled chicken I added was cold, salty, and tough. There was also too much Caesar dressing, but that's a personal preference. - The burger, which we requested to be medium rare, was just basically raw. A couple of bites in, and it wasn't edible. Service was fine. - Our server was nice. We were reluctant to tell her about the issues we had with our dishes, but she encouraged us to let her know and that she would tell her manager. - She requested her manager to come out not once, but twice. But the manager never did. The establishment didn't seem to care. - She ended up comping one of our dishes, which was nice of her. Ambiance - We were seated in their outdoor, shaded patio area which was nice with the fans. It was 80+ degrees but it was cool. - The table next to us was seated before us, and they waited 1.5 hour to get cold food. Needless to say, they paid for their drinks and left upset. My friend ordered the chicken sandwich which was good. But we had to ask for every single condiment instead of being offered to us. I ordered the margarita pizza, and it was par. They put so many tomatoes on it. It was soggy and I couldn't even pick it up. I had to ask to get Parmesan and pepper flakes, which should've been suggested when they delivered the pizza we had to ask for takeout boxes and they gave me plastic for my pizza instead of a pizza box which turned my pizza soggy by the time I got home she wouldn't give me a pizza box and had a bit of an attitude. Our waiter was Sarah M and maybe she's new but she definitely has a long ways to go before she'll get a decent tip from her customers. We ordered an appetizer which came after our entrees, and it was too late to cancel it so they gave us a complimentary dessert. Always love good service and our waitress was very friendly.
