I arrived from the Frozen Tundra and headed to this place. Service was excellent. Thank you to the manager Sonia and to my server Amanda. Sonia is a great team leader and mentor for the staff. Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I sat at the bar with Covid measures in place. Make sure you check out their daily happy hour from 3-6pm. They offer half-price apps that are delicious and filling. I ordered the POKE NACHOS -- marinated raw ahi, crispy wontons, avocado, serranos, white truffle sauce, sweet soy ginger sauce, sriracha aïoli, cilantro, green onions, nori, sesame seeds. Large portion and a MUST! Then I order the FRIED CALAMARI -- spicy tomato sauce, roasted jalapeño tartar. Well seasoned and not oily. With over 100 beers on tap and $2 off each tap during happy hour, you can't go wrong. Multiple TVs on which to watch the game. We got seated right away, which was awesome. The food not good at all. My husband got garlic noodles with beef and snow peas, the beef was poor quality and snow peas not cooked well. I got the mac and cheese, which was not good at all. Would not recommend and we won't be going back. read more

This place has over 100 beers on tap. That alone should attract you in. Atmosphere is pleasant. Inviting, bunch of TVs, and great music with alternative and rock playing in the background. Service was real good. Our server was very knowledgeable about the beer selections. I had one while on the clock...shhhhh. I ordered a Fried Chicken sandwich and it was borderline excellent. The chicken itself was great. The cheese was good but I would have preferred something a little different. Fries were good also. Altogether a great place. I'd recommend. My first experience at Yard House was memorable, to say the least... It took half an hour to get my first beer. My friends all had their drinks (they arrived a few minutes earlier). I'd eaten 2 courses (soup and apps) before the waiter came over and gave some sob story about how our drinks were rang up under a different waiter's name and sent to a different table, then they had to fix their system, and blah blah. (He didn't think to bring the drink with him at that time, either.) The manager came over after that and took care of us for the rest of our time there. The drinks were flowing after that. SHE is the reason I'm giving four stars. The food was good, but no one at my table ordered anything amazing. (Except for the truffle fries, actually... YUM!!!) I ate at the Yard House tonight, not my first time. Unfortunately, as I sat at the bar, a good 6-8 seats down from me a patron sat and shouted F-bombs that could be heard at some distance away. This continued throughout my evening meal. When I said to the bartender that I thought he had been over-served, his response was "not yet". Totally insensitive to the rest of his patrons. read more

Wonderful restaurant in Park Shore in Naples. Huge bar in the center of the restaurant with what seems like hundreds of beers on tap, many made there in house. Tons of outdoor seating in the side and by 41 with TV's everywhere. The menu is huge and takes a while to get through. The spinach and cheese dip was amazing with toasted flat bread, all homemade. The grilled cheese with tomato bisque soup was fantastic too. Truffles fries were also amazing. The service was fast and food hot. The music is a bit loud and it is kind of a bar atmosphere, but that is the ambiance of the place. The prices are a little bit more than a typical chain, but the food here is much better. Lots of vegetarian options. Will be back for sure. read more

Service is usually very good and the place is very cool as well. Salads are excellent. My last trip was disappointing. We've eaten there several times and we usually had a good experience. This is the first time I ordered fish and chips. Server brought me what I consider to be the nastiest burned block of what I suppose contained fish. It was so horrible to look at that I had no interest in trying it. I can't believe the cook was okay with serving this mess. Management needs to remove this thing from the menu and learn what fish and and chips is supposed to look like. read more

Yard House has always been our favorite go-to restaurant in California to hang out with family, friends and co-workers. The food is always deliciously consistent, the service is excellent and the ambiance is lively and friendly. So happy they opened a Yard House in Naples. We had one where we came from. Love the fact that there are so many options. Chances are everyone in your group will find something they like. My daughter had the kid's chicken tenders. The hubby and I each had a lunch special. (Unlike many restaurants, they offer lunch specials on the weekends also) I had the Korean taco and kale Caesar salad. Hubby had half a roast beef dip and clam chowder. I stopped by for a quick beer and an app after seeing they had a location down the street from me. The food and beer were consistent as other locations I've been to, but as other Yelpers have reviewed below, the service was really lousy, which is what made me hesitant to come here initially. I sat at the bar, and there was one bartender servicing the entire bar, which I hate bc you know you're just going to get subpar/rushed service, especially at such a large bar. And to make matters worse, this was early afternoon on a Saturday, and was not anywhere near busy. There was a manger in a black polo working normally, but everyone else was just standing around talking. My cold app took at least 15 minutes, the bartender never even asked if I wanted a refill, and I couldn't flag anyone down to change the tv to save my life. We ordered an appetizer for the table & no plates!! We ended up getting them ourselves!!!! & the machine she gave us to pay broke TWICE & wouldn't print receipt. Of course my husband had to fix it because she wasn't to be found. She never checked on our drinks or if we needed anything. Outrageously bad service.
