Amazing happy hour. It's been years since I've been here. Came around 4pm on a Friday before it got busy. The appetizers were good and they have a ton of beers on tap. We got the queso dip and loved how it came with chips and tortillas. The tuna sashimi was super fresh! We sat at the bar and the manager came over to check out one of the employees. He made a lot of snarky comments about a couple of the employees to the bartender. As a former service industry professional, it's very bothersome to me. Yard House is a beautiful getaway in the middle of town. The full windows provided a 360 view of Naples. I sat at the bar and the waiters were incredible and kept the drinking flowing. They were knowledgeable about the menu and could accommodate any changes dietary wise. Yard House gives off a date night vibe but also you can bring your family. You can mix a casual or upscale outfit to enjoy this ambience. I ordered the cilantro lime chicken and the cauliflower quinoa rice was spicy but it was good over all. The food, service, and ambiance were okay, but this is the second time I've noticed extra charges on the bill for items not ordered or received. Most recently, our server Junior J charged us twice for an iced tea refill. The first time I let it go as an honest mistake, but twice is concerning. Went for a b-day event. My friend reserved for about 26 people. The place seemed new, modern and had nice atmosphere. Lots of big screen TVs all showing the NFL football playoffs. I thought it was weird that none of the TVs had the UFC fights specially when the fights were not PPV. I ended up snaking on different types of dishes mostly chips. Everything I ate felt good. The best was the ahi tuna poke. The service was good as well and the tablets they had for the kids really helped. My good friend and I have gone here several times over the last two months for drinks, so the review will be for that since we have only ordered a pretzel for food. The greeters have always been very nice. We sit outside because it is way too dark inside and the weather has been too nice to not. We have had really nice servers- Jules, Kevin and Kendall. They were all quick to greet us and our drink orders came quickly for the most part, which I guess means a shout out to the bartenders as well! Kendall and Jules were fun to banter with and seemed like they weren't bothered by me and my friend's chatter. I'd post a picture of us so they would be like "oh yeah those two" but my friend is apparently allergic to having a photo of us taken together. We usually order Moscow mules to start off. They are pricey, but Moscow mules have always been one of those drinks that don't cost much to make but they charge it up. They make a pretty good Moscow mule most days, but sometimes they will put too much ginger beer and not enough vodka, thus causing my friend to proclaim that she "is going to be ghetto" and order a shot of vodka on the side. That has happened for 2 of the maybe 12 total mules we have ordered in all of our visits. They have a LARGE selection of beers, most of which are not even on the menu. It may make sense for me to take a walk around the bar the next time so that I can see all of the beers. A large chunk on the menu are IPAs, which I find vile. I usually will get a Funky Buddha Floridian because I saw it on tap. If they have it, the Stiegl grapefruit radler is AWESOME! We always order at least 2 of those but they didn't have any today and we were so sad. My friend drown her sorrows in another moscow mule. One time, my friend did venture into the hard seltzer side of the drink menu. She decided on the watermelon one with a shot of vodka added to it. They may not have mixed it up because she took one sip of straight vodka and declared it undrinkable. I finished it for her because that is what friends do. We have never ordered a meal there for no other reason than we just wanted to have a few drinks and relax and the meals did not fit anything we wanted to eat while challenging our livers. We have ordered the pretzel and it was realllllly good. The beer cheese was ok at first, but as it cooled down, it became an unappealing congealed mess. We liked the mustard much more than the cheese. It was really big too, definitely enough to share, or if you are my friend, give me a piece of it while she horks down the rest. I have never seen someone eat so much and be as thin as she is, but that is another story. Overall, a good place to hang out and chat over drinks. We really wish they would change the music up because we have heard the same songs repeatedly when we go there, but that is really nothing but our opinion. So if you stop by Yardhouse because this review ignited a fire in you and you see two friends sitting on the patio arguing over how many times one of them went to the bathroom, then know it is me and my friend and send us over any of the drinks mentioned above (except the seltzer). read more

I have been wanting to try this place for awhile. We stopped here right when it opened to avoid crowds and we ate outside. Everyone wore masks and there was hand sanitizer on every table. However there was a large patio and hardly anyone there, yet they sat people right next to us, which I did not like. Then they put the shade down on the patio, which made things hotter. I think enough people complained that they lifted the shade. They have an extensive menu. We ordered the calamari which was phenomenal. It had three sauces, which were all unique and delicious. I ordered the pork burger which sounded unique with bacon and blueberry ketchup. It tasted ok. We ordered the mac and cheese for my daughter and it was so watered down that I had to send it back.. I never send anything back. The service started out great, very attentive,but near the end we were waiting and waiting for the check and it wasn't even busy... So my experience is definitely mixed.. with so many restaurants I probably won't be back. However, this place definitely has promise with a diverse menu and beautiful patio, it could be five stars if executed correctly. read more

Started out with the calamari. It was light and nicely breaded. The calamari was not chewy and the sauce as it came with were very good. Next I tried the Nashville chicken sandwich. This was also really good. The chicken tasted very fresh and had a light crisp fry on it. I was surprised that the chicken was not hot because when I was in Nashville that is pretty much all they served. This had more of a sweet sauce on top of it which was good but just not what I expected. The onion rings that came with it were also pretty good but the fries that came with the other peoples meals in my party were just average. First of all we Love Yard House and have been to multiple locations. It is easy to see now why we were always told the Naples location is one of the lowest performing. There was one bartender on a busy weekend afternoon and he had zero interest in moving faster than painfully slow. When the food finally came out , it was so overcooked it was inedible. We sent it back and no one came out to apologize or ask if we wanted something else. In the Sarasota location, if we had an order wrong or over cooked, we had managers, kitchen staff come out to make sure it was corrected. In Naples, there is such a lack of caring that it makes us not care too. We will never return. There are too many places that are willing to put the effort in and this is not one of them. read more

This is not happy hour, let me pluralize and make it happy hours. Running from 3 PM to 6 PM, Yard House offers a select group of appetizers and all pizzas at half price. That's an amazing deal. Then to put some icing on the cake, their extensive selection of beers were $2 off. Said another way, you don't want to miss this happy hour. Three of us shared a varied menu of appetizers; fried calamari, sliders, poke nachos, and a cheese pizza. The biggest hit was the nachos, bold flavors, it was amazing. The other items we tried were mediocre. The calamari was too crispy for my taste, while at the same time the crust on the pizza was a little too soft for my wife. The sliders could have been cooked a little bit less. The service was prompt and efficient and there's plenty of offstreet free parking in the lot. Clearly, the best part of this happy hour appetizer offer is that you get to check out lots of different items on the menu offered at a super aggressive trial price. The Yard House is a really fun place to go to watch sports. The food is not bad, bartenders are accommodating. The only problem I have is it so cold in there! You guys are spending way more money on your AC. People from Florida are used to being hot so if they come into a room, that's 72°. That's quite chilly for us. There is no reason the restaurant needs to have its temperature set at 68° or whatever it's set at to wear in the middle of summer I have to wear a sports jacket. Not cool. Everything else I give you five stars you guys are gonna save a little bit of money if you turn your AC to a more tolerable temperature for your customers! read more

The best yard house I have been to. From the moment we walked in and how they welcomed us was incredible. The ambiance was nice and chill. They sat us down immediately and the server came with a click of a button when we were ready to order. As a starter we ordered fries calamari (little oily) but taste great and BBQ chicken wings which were amazing. My mother enjoyed her 20oz Ribeye with mash potatoes and Cesar salad, my sister loved the chicken sandwich with sweet potatoes fries and I order the vegan burger changed the raw onions to caramelized onions and a side order of the most tasteful onion rings. Sorry y'all Yardhouse doesn't do it for me. I've gone a total of 6 times (Yes I've kept track). I have to say the last two times is when I actually enjoyed something from the menu, but this isn't an establishment that you'll see me raving about and recommending when you want somewhere to eat. BUT everyone I know loves this place so it could just be me. Two things I will recommend are the Dragon fruit lemonade, sweet Jesus that drink was GONEEEE in 2 seconds flat. Also their fries (sweet potato & the truffle fries) are pretty good. Overall their entrees aren't bad, but average at most. P.S. it's pretty cold in there so bring a jacket :) read more

Went here on Sunday for beers and lunch and had an excellent time. Our server was outstanding, a friendly greeting, informative about the beers on tap, and the menu offerings, and speedy with what we needed. We ordered a couple of draft Corona Premiers and they were nice and cold. Most beer here is on tap, and boy do they have a ton of selection! The place looks really cool inside with a dark modern look and lots of tables and booths. For lunch we ordered the half turkey club sandwich, Korean beef taco, and the tortilla soup. The later was amazing with it being nice and spicy. The Korean taco, although small, was delicious with really good flavor. The turkey club was huge, and it was only half the size of the regular one. It had lots of good quality turkey and bacon. For dessert we ordered the apple peach cobbler with caramel ice cream--fantastic! It was warm and just melted in your mouth. After 10 pm in Naples there are not many choices. Thee restaurant and concept is cool. We were surprised at how well staffed the place was for late in evening. Shrimp app was great. Bartender was also very attentive. Food temp and times were exceedingly slow. The place was not slammed but the kitchen was bringing down the ship. Our fries were dead on arrival. Asked for new ones. I normally go to the Yard House and sit at a table. However the last two times I've sat at the bar. My friend said that since we were only going to have a few drinks and appetizers it wouldn't be fair to the server taking up a table for a "snacks ". So we sat at the bar. The first time the food and drinks were ok but the service from the bartender was not great but we at least got our drinks. Monday evening we went again and the service was horrible. It took 15 minutes to get a menu and another 10 minutes to get our drinks. We got our appetizers another 15 minutes later. Forget it if you want anything else because we were not going to get anything else. The Bartender was too busy talking to his "regulars ". He walked by several times and said nothing. We wanted to get his attention but forget it. They only have two people behind the bar serving and it's busy but this is was ridiculous. We sat there for another 20 minutes and nothing happened. My friend who happens to work for Darden was embarrassed. I said I was leaving and my friend stayed and told me it was then the bartender finally came over to get the bill and payment. I guess they were afraid we would leave without paying. I told the manager and he just stood there and said nothing. I will never sit at the bar again. I planned to have a nice lunch & then shop this afternoon. My server was very attentive. This review is not a reflection of his service. I ordered a Cobb salad with chicken. The presentation was nice and initially the salad tasted ok. After eating about 1/3 of it, I mixed it up and tried to eat a piece of chicken and some ingredients from the bottom of the salad. As soon as I tasted it, I had to spit it out. There was a strong chemical taste that was much like what I can imagine a cleaning solution to taste like. The server politely & apologetically took it away saying that he would speak with the manager. He offered to bring me something else but I was truly nauseous from the taste that the food left in my mouth. After about 15 minutes, I told the server that I wanted to leave. The manager had not come to the table to speak with me but the server brought me my check for the salad and my Diet Coke. I questioned him because I really expected that something would be taken off my check. He said he would ask the manager to speak with me. She came to my table and introduced herself and was very polite & apologetic. She asked me if I had ever dined at the restaurant before. I told her that I had been there twice with good experiences. At this point, she agreed to not charge me for the salad or my drink. Whew! At least there was no argument! Will I return to the Yardhouse in Naples? Probably not. It's hard to find vegetarian food so it is nice they have a vegetarian menu... however, I've tried the GARDEIN "wings" and the "hand battered chicken tenders" - the wings are just little popcorn chicken bites but without much flavor except the sauce you order.. the tenders look nothing like the photo online.. they were definitely overcooked, dry, and lacked flavor. I arrived from the Frozen Tundra and headed to this place. Service was excellent. Thank you to the manager Sonia and to my server Amanda. Sonia is a great team leader and mentor for the staff. Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I sat at the bar with Covid measures in place. Make sure you check out their daily happy hour from 3-6pm. They offer half-price apps that are delicious and filling. I ordered the POKE NACHOS -- marinated raw ahi, crispy wontons, avocado, serranos, white truffle sauce, sweet soy ginger sauce, sriracha aïoli, cilantro, green onions, nori, sesame seeds. Large portion and a MUST! Then I order the FRIED CALAMARI -- spicy tomato sauce, roasted jalapeño tartar. Well seasoned and not oily. With over 100 beers on tap and $2 off each tap during happy hour, you can't go wrong. Multiple TVs on which to watch the game.
