Delicious food! We have been twice this week and have had great experiences both times. I ordered the cobb salad with chicken (dressing on the side) tonight and loved it. It had just the right amount of goodies! It was a busy evening but we were seated quickly, only having to wait about 10 minutes. Our waiter was attentive and the food came out quickly. I would really say 3-1/2 stars. We went here expecting the reliability of a smaller chain, and that's what we got. We ordered the onion ring tower and I had a flight. My wife was happy they had Tito's. They were short one of the beers for my flight and subbed one. A risk, but I was fine with that. Second round, there were two beers they were out of. That's a bit off-putting, but they have so damned many options its almost to be expected. Wife ordered the Carne tacos, I ordered the Vampire tacos. Service was prompt and attentive throughout. Food was tasty, and of a reasonable quantity. By the third flight, I was prepared with options, but they weren't needed. Restaurant has a nice, shaded, outdoor seating area. Many TVs inside. They were busy but didn't seem overwhelmed (a rarity for this area at this time of year). Prices were average+. Location was right on 41, a short walk from the hotel, but no sidewalk into the parking lot (not at all pedestrian friendly). read more

We got a gift card for one of about 5 restaurants, and thought we would try Yard House. Now...I am not a restaurant snob, and I'm pretty easy to please. I ordered the vodka shrimp pasta, and my boyfriend got a steak. We were both really disappointed. The shrimp pasta was really, REALLY bland. I TRIED to like it. I doctored my leftovers up at home with salt, pepper, and a little parmesan, and it certainly helped, but I just cannot communicate how utterly tasteless it was. The boyfriend's steak was mediocre at best, and the loaded mashed potatoes were served barely warm. Again...NOT food snobs! We went home and called his parents and asked about their experience, and they said they didn't like the food either. Argh! 900 miles to have yucky food. Should have gone to a local place with fish tacos or something. Looked like a fun place to have beers and watch a game! That should have been our plan! Eek. Methinks not. Cool place to come and watch the game or get drinks. Food was average. Burger was overdone when ordered as a medium-rare. Drinks were great. I ordered the crab, lobster and shrimp with zucchini noodles. Didn't really see the lobster and the crab was kind of chewy. Wish I'd gotten something else. Too much of the same thing. Steaks are good but VERY fatty. Service was great but waited 15-20 minutes for a table when there were over 10 open and set for customers. Probably wouldn't dine here again. read more

I had a bad experience there last April and I tried to give it another chance but the food was bad and the service was not good. That being said the prices are the same as a good restaurant with excellent service and delicious food like Bricktops for example. The management at Yardhouse can not see what the problems are and can not get this business up to speed to justify the level of cost to the quality of food and service. I have never been treated so poorly by this manager in any restaurant. It is what it is so must give them 1 star based on 2 experiences there ar dinner time. read more

My husband and I are vegetarian. And we decided to check out this place today. We had my Mom and her husband visiting from Ohio. We originally planned to go to Celebration Park that day but it was closed until October. I was a little hesitant thinking Yard House was just another steak and potatoes restaurant. So surprised to see the menu! It has so many great options for vegetarian also it's clearly marked on the menu. Also food they have many great choices for any meat eaters. Just gonna say this first: Overall a quality restaurant with a huge food/beer selection so I give it 4 stars but I have to vent about something... I am driving home right now steaming mad about the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich I just ate. As I type this I am driving completely recklessly and if something happens to the other drivers on the road it's not my fault. This sandwich was a complete joke and a slap in the face to anyone who has ever tried real Nashville hot chicken. Bottom line: Either they mistakenly gave me a regular chicken patty or this sandwich is not spicy at all. Now, I'm not one of these people that had an insane interpretation of spicy. I actually don't even like spicy food most of the time. But this sandwich is an abomination. This restaurant is doing a disservice to anyone who had never had Nashville hot chicken and comes here and goes "oh hey I've always wanted to try hot chicken, I'll order that." One other thing, I'm not sure if it's this way for local sports teams but if you come up here to watch the game, they're just playing music over the speakers, you can't hear the game. Wasn't a huge deal for me but I think there can be some kind of conpramise here maybe like 70-30 music-sports audio. First time I've been here. Upon entering i was greeted by a very friendly gal. Seated us right away. The place wasn't busy at all. Our waiter was very nice and friendly. Answered all of our questions. I got the Grilled Korean bbq beef tacos they were weird. They had carrots and cucumbers in them. The beef was good. The rice was too spicey and took away from the flavor. My sister got the Classic Ranch Salad. She said it was good. The salad portion size was enough to be a meal in itself. For her entree she got the Fried Chicken Sandwich. She said it was ok and that Chic-fil-A Chicken Sandwich is better. The prices were a little high. Manager really cool, gave nice recommendations for different beers, passed us off to the bartender who ignored us for almost 30 minutes as we looked to order food. Luckily the bill was in front of us, we paid and left to grab food somewhere else in the plaza, started off as promising but this proves the struggle is real with post covid employment, good help is hard to find more so than ever in the Naples restaurant biz! Love going to the Yard House! Fantastic atmosphere and friendly service. Lots of beers to choose from and a great food menu. Seating is great, indoors or the patio, both with booths. Food is excellent. So far we've tried the mac n cheese, Korean BBQ short ribs and their chicken wings. All were great and very well presented. So I know these are chains but I've always liked Yard house I went to my first one in 2006 in California it's like an upscale Ale house the food is really good and there is a wide rage of things from bar food like wings and street tacos to seafood pasta and steak. More options of beer than you could ever drink. I gave them 5 star to live up to the potential... there are some kinks but this one is brand new... also it's right near my house so I'm the 2 months they've been open I've been here like 10 times lol I just wish they had an outside bar the inside one an entire end is for servers and the rest of it is a mob scene. Either way nice staff, cool place, with good food I would highly recommend. read more

I love the fact that a bud light draft is $5.50 that is such a great deal!!! said no one ever. Miss me with this- should be called crap house since the prices are terrible. Good wings, but you can tell its only a matter of time until the food gets plated as is and the kitchen staff is already neglecting aesthetic appeal. They have only been open since Monday they are working out the kinks. Completely understandable. I'm sure once they are all settled in I'm sure they will be great. Meal/appetizer average price $12/13 entrees around $20 drinks around $10/12. Beware of the tacos. Great new spot in town!! I went on a Friday to meet some friends to check it out. We met at 7 and actually got 3 seats at the bar. It was packed. I've been to the Yard House in California and the decor feels the same. It has a very nice atmosphere with good music. Despite being packed, the bartender's did a pretty good job of making sure my drinks were full. For a chain, the drinks were surprisingly not weak. I ordered this hot chicken featured dish and although I didn't really read the description, it was delish and was served with pancakes and spicy jelly and ranch. We recently visited Naples Yardhouse and had disappointing service and burnt food. When the Yard house first opened it was rocking good food and service but now I have to say they have slipped to a low with service and food quality. I am sad to see this happen to such a big investment to our community. I can no longer recommend the Naples Yardhouse to my friends or customers as I have done so in the past.
