Slight panic ensued as this was a big surprise to not be able to enter my home. The hub called Aldeco and a gentleman came by in 20 min. Louie found the sticking lock to be used and rusted on the inside ( see photos below). Louie replaced the rusted lock with a brand new just opened out of the plastic lock.He showed me the difference between the new lock he put in and what Advance put in.
