I'm basing this on the friendliness of the owner and their willingness to help my daughter. She went in trying to reprogram a dodge dart key, spoke with the store via yelp and was told they may not be able to do it (it's cause of a safety feature on the dodge dart) but he said he'd try. He didn't even charge her once he realized he couldn't do it and even advised her on how she could get the key pin from the dealership and come back with it so he could program the new key fob. I looked up in Yelp and found this locksmith with 5 stars rating and I agree 100%. I needed to get my keys made for the new lock and found this store so I went. While I was in store, a customer came in with a picture of a door lock and locksmith was very knowledgeable and gave professional advises. The shocking thing I overheard was how honest the locksmith was and told the customer that the problem wasn't the lock. Who doesn't want to sale but I know he will not sale me something that I don't need. Secondly, their price of locks are very reasonable. My husband brought a multi lock for his dad's house in a store on Ave U and cost 25% more. I truly recommend this place to anyone who lives by and even anyone who don't live in the area but needs an honest advice and to purchase merchandise that isn't over priced. read more
