Made me a spare car key and programmed a new fob for me. Did it in 15 minutes at HALF the price of the other quote I got. Solid, honest locksmiths in an industry full of crooks. read more

Needed an electronic lock replaced. Called AIM on a Monday night at 5PM and they showed up at 9:30am the next morning. Alex, the technician, was awesome. He really took his time and went the extra mile to make sure my lock was working and connected to wifi/bluetooth before he left. I would definitely recommend them if you need a locksmith. read more

I'm basing this on the friendliness of the owner and their willingness to help my daughter. She went in trying to reprogram a dodge dart key, spoke with the store via yelp and was told they may not be able to do it (it's cause of a safety feature on the dodge dart) but he said he'd try. He didn't even charge her once he realized he couldn't do it and even advised her on how she could get the key pin from the dealership and come back with it so he could program the new key fob. I'm very appreciative that they didn't try to take advantage of us. Felt safe and seen here. Thank you so much. read more

I had my keys copied in no time, and they work perfectly! The service is incredibly fast and dependable

Needed someone to change the locks to my apartment and the guy that came was quick, efficient and honest.

I recently had a new lock installed by AIM Security Locksmith on a new apartment door in an old building and the results are excellent. AIM has an impressive list of retail, corporate, multinational, and public sector clients in NYC. They give all customers the same courtesy and professionalism as their top accounts. Do not hesitate to call or visit AIM, whenever you have any security needs. read more

John was amazing. He was at my apartment within 30 minutes with tools and got me into my apartment within 15 minutes He was honest and excellent and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. My day was horrible until he helped me out. He definitely was my angel of the day. Thank you dear lord for John of Aim Security. AND, on a separate occasion, he made about 5 different keys for my mom and they ALL WORK GREAT. I highly recommend Aim Security on 20th Avenue in Bensonhurst. read more

Jon and his team at Aim Security Locksmith were really helpful and responsive. The bottom lock on my Mother In Law's apartment wasn't working, and they were able to diagnose the problem with a few photos and fit me in the very next day, even with him being shortstaffed on his end. Despite the door being very old and the lock being originally installed upside down, John was able to do it in no time, and for exactly the amount he quoted. I can't recommend him enough, he will be our first call next time we need a locksmith. read more

After driving around with a busted ignition cylinder for over two years, I was finally able to fix it with the skillful expertise of Shea (sp??) First off, he immediately identified the mfr. of my car just by the part I had in my hand. He thoroughly explained my options and then went to work. Stage by stage, he updated me on the issues as he came across them. I had been on several online boards and everything he said/did was on point! Trustworthiness and truthfulness are absolute must have qualities for a locksmith, Shea and his compadre-to-be (sorry I didn't get your name) DEFINITELY HAVE THEM!!! What the stealership quoted to be an almost $1k job, a little elbow grease on my part and Shea's expertise at a very reasonable price, has my 14yo/130kmi. car back on the road again. I thank you and my son thanks you!! read more

Aim Security Locksmith - Yes, I drove like that for two years. Thanks AIM!! - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Friendly guy here who's been here for over 30 years. They sell American Locks here which is great as well as a bunch of different safes.

Thank you! Thank you! Just as we were going into COVID lockdown I found myself in dire need of extra keys. I called all over and no one could help me. But the owner of AIM came up with a creative and helpful solution. I called when I got there, put the original key in a bag with a sanitizing wipe, he met me at the door, and then returned with three extra keys and my change--no extra cost! We also had a lovely conversation six feet apart. Thank you again Aim! read more

Amazing service!!! The owner is very warm and personable! I told him what I needed and he explained the best way to go with things. He did not try to sell me things I did not need. Instead, he actually recommended what would be most practical and economical. The gentleman who came to repair my locks was both professional and courteous. It doesn't get any better than this!!! I will never use another locksmith again. :-) read more

I looked up in Yelp and found this locksmith with 5 stars rating and I agree 100%. I needed to get my keys made for the new lock and found this store so I went. While I was in store, a customer came in with a picture of a door lock and locksmith was very knowledgeable and gave professional advises. The shocking thing I overheard was how honest the locksmith was and told the customer that the problem wasn't the lock. Who doesn't want to sale but I know he will not sale me something that I don't need. Secondly, their price of locks are very reasonable. My husband brought a multi lock for his dad's house in a store on Ave U and cost 25% more. I truly recommend this place to anyone who lives by and even anyone who don't live in the area but needs an honest advice and to purchase merchandise that isn't over priced. read more
