We ended up making car fresheners, perfumes, lotions, and candles. You start off by picking your favorite scents and combinations. If you're anything like me and my mom, we are very indecisive, luckily they help you pick out scents and combinations they think you'll like. Seriously amazing staff! They were so patient with us to make sure we got the scent we loved. Overall, the process took about an hour, and depending on what you make, you'll have to come back after 3 -4 hours to pick up your items. When we came back around late noon, it was packed, so I definitely don't recommend coming at that time. Definitely go early in the morning or maybe a couple hours before they close. The prices weren't overly expensive at all. I can't remember the exact total, but I think I got around three items and only paid about $70. We ordered a coffee table from them that had to be special ordered. We've had it less than two…read moremonths and noticed that the molding on the side of it was peeling away, so we attempted to file a warranty claim. First of all, you can only make claims via a web form, which we did, and included a picture of the issue. They stated they take up to 48 hours to reply, and they pretty much did that to the minute. They basically accused us of physically damaging it, mind you that was off a single picture we sent, and then informed us we would have to pay for the repair. Didn't offer to send anybody to check it out, or even offered to allow us to take her to the store for an assessment, they basically just tried to put the blame on us, when we did nothing to cause the damage. I've used other stores such as Bob's discount furniture, and when we had a warranty issue, they sent someone to our house, to not only verify the issue, but also make the repair. I could've purchased this table elsewhere, and based on this, I will in the future because they refused to stand behind the products they sell.
