The salesperson sweetly took me around the entire shop, making suggestions and when I came to a decision, she said that she could wrap each in a little baggy with a ribbon- they looked so cute! In 30 minutes total I was walking out with my gifts and a smile on my face. We came back a few weeks later for their pride night market. It was a joyful, friendly setting and I got a chance to learn about the different vendors, as well as the MANY different kinds of workshops they hold at Di Luna- from candle pouring to tile paining to writing. This is a really nice gift shop and I appreciate that it is women-owned. Not only do they have some really nice gifts you don't see everywhere but you also can ,are your own candles which is loads of fun. You can schedule a group workshop so others can join you. Me and my daughter visited the store today and this was an important thing for me to share. As somebody who loves writing letters and postcards still, I have deep nostalgia respect for penpal ship, I was super excited to see that Del Luna has a section of their store dedicated to postcards sendoff. There's a large selection of wonderful postcards that you can purchase and then give you a stamp. When you're done with this process, you can decorate your card address. It put the stamp on it and even have them send it out. It's such a simple yet wonderful idea and I'm so glad they have it. Completely worth the value. Service is always wonderful. read more

They also had a cute little outdoor market going on with all women-owned pop-up shops, which made it even more special. Saturday I stopped by Di luna candles because I thought there was gonna be a Saturday market, but they've stopped doing that in favor of the evening markets on Fridays. They sell fragrant candles which you can refill once you used them. Today I picked up two candles and a very cute puzzle. During the holiday you can rent their space for meetings, parties, etc. The outdoor patio has lights and is covered with sun shades; it's available to book for $100 an hour, and the inside classroom is available for $50 and hour. read more

The candles smell amazing, my daughter and mom are very sensitive to smells and they can go into this shop without getting a headache from the scents, thank you. I have been coming here pretty much since they opened and I love every visit. The candle shop is gorgeous and has so many locally made and women's owned businesses promoted. The personally go for the candles as they are locally made, soy based and non-toxic. The pricing is comparable to big companies like bath and body but why would you go there when you can support a small business that in my option is much better quality.
