I called to give some feedback and they wouldn't tell me who the manager was or even apologize. After a long day of swimming and hot summer sun, we needed something delicious and quick for a long drive back to San Antonio. Yaghis was open and close by so we went in, and we are so happy we did! The service was very fast! The feta pizza was delicious. The crust was perfectly chewy yet crisp. The toppings were plentiful and covered every inch! They were really giving with the amount of feta & basil on that pizza! Wow! Chose 'Bacon Chicken Ranch' Pizza and 'Feta Pizza' with a Diet Coke. Both slices of Pizza were Huge and Pizzaliciousness. Don't remember the Girls name, but she earned the "Dollar-Bow-Tie" Award for going above and beyond the norm. Found this place on a whim after a very long morning dealing with our elder mother. This place popped up and I just happened to just go with the flow this time, and I am glad I did. My go to for take out pizza and salad. I like the pizza, especially the white pizza, but the tomato sauce is also pretty perfect. Good thin crust, especially when it's heated in a skillet over a low heat for that straight-out-of-the-oven crunch. Believe it or not, my favorite menu item is the garden salad. It's not much different from most side salads, but the freshness of the ingredients makes it just a little extra. The other salads on the menu are also delicious. Friendly folks behind the counter; variety in toppings is nice. First visit I opted for a pepperoni and shroom and a margherita. Immediately noticed 50 percent less grease than my local NYC pizza outlet in Hays County. Meat slice was nice with a crisp but easy tearing crust. I'm normally not a cherry tomato person, but it paired perfectly on the basil and cheese classic combination. After taking it home I warmed it up in the oven and we totally devoured every single peice and everything was GONE. So I rated this a four star review because even though the pizza was really good I took a star away for it was a little dry and I mean it was a smidgen too dry otherwise a fantastic pizza and all the extras Tomato sauce was given to us about four small dipping containers which in fact was amazing to dip. Next time I order here I want to see if they can make me the pizza and make sure it taken out when it is still moist then I will give them a five star review. Went in this week for a couple of slices during lunch time, before 3pm. They said lunch special of 2 slices and a soda was over (?). Um, ok, maybe lunch special ends at 2pm, but I wouldn't know since it's not published anywhere?!?! The short young guy with the adolescent beard working the counter was an absolute dry, stoic, unfriendly DISGRACE of an attendant! You're not doing me any favors idiot when I'm paying for your food. Pretend to care and say thanks when someone helps to contribute to your employment. If you don't want to be there, then kindly step aside and I'll pick out my pizza, warm it up in your oven myself and leave exact change on the counter for your accountant to come and collect at the end of the day. The pizza, generally pretty good and the closest thing to NYC pizza I've had. So I'll give you 3 stars for the pizza. Minus 2 stars for the Cardboard cut out moron working the counter. This is my first time trying Yaghi's!! It seriously did not disappoint!! The pizza crust is perfectly chewy and just the right amount of thin. The toppings tasted fresh and we also got a Caesar salad that was fantastic!! The dressing was so good along with those cute little garlic knots!! I was in such a panic over the missing wallet, I declined their offer. BUT, I was so impressed by their kindness that I wanted to give back with a positive post.
