Ordered a Serta box spring April 16 2023. Delivery was set for April 28th due to being told someone had to be home. I took off work due to the time frame being delivered between 3-9pm. I have cameras for proof NOBODY showed up. I then receive a message saying I had to schedule delivery due to driver rescheduling. I called the 800 # and was told they couldn't tell me anything I had to call Serta. I called Serta and the lady blamed it on RXO. I'm beyond frustrated, I took off work had the bedroom all set up ready to go and NOTHING! Now since someone has to be home, I had to reschedule for another Friday because that's the only day my job allows my office to be closed due . Now I have to miss another day of NO PAY for someone who actually wants and needs to work all because the driver! Ref #- sh_5c7b0ce1ed8b May 5th 2023 update. After speaking with the owner I was assured my item would be delivered today in the morning. I can say it was delivered about an hour ago. I just received a delivery from RXO. The delivery personnel were polite and courteous. I like that they were careful with my new appliance. Before they started they looked at where the new appliance was going and then it didn't take them long to get the new appliance off the truck, then take all of tge wrappings off and carefully bring it in the house. UPDATED: The company will respond to your negative review with some fake concern and a way to reach out to them. That is a waste of time. They don't respond when you email the information they ask for. It's just for perception to make it look like they care. They absolutely do not. Original review: By far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. The delivery guys themselves were great, but everyone else at the company is a nightmare. The day before my scheduled delivery, they confirmed the delivery window via text and email. Less than two hours later, they pushed the delivery back by eight days. I called and they confirmed that they had my product in the warehouse, but that they were going to let it sit there for more than a week before delivering it after previously confirming that it would be delivered on time. No one could or would explain why. I asked if I could pick it up myself as it was surprise gift for someone and therefore time sensitive, but I was told no, I was not allowed to pick it up. My product had to sit there for eight days. There was no possible solution. They just held the range hostage for eight days and offered no explanation or resolution. Totally unacceptable read more

I have had issues with this company with two different samsung orders. I was supposed to receive a delivery time frame the day before the delivery date. The order had been sitting at the warehouse for 5 days. When I contacted the warehouse to ask why my delivery time hadn't been updated I was told it wasn't getting delivered that day because they were "at capacity". Its unreasonable to expect customers to wait until the night before their delivery to find out it's either not happening that day or they don't have a time frame available. The customer service is rude and non existent, you're better off talking to a wall. I canceled my order because of the unprofessionalism and difficulty with scheduling the delivery. read more

Was scheduled for delivery today, received text that refrigerator would be delivered today November 30th. Was text a tracking number to track progress. At 12 I get a call that the order cannot be delivered due to having to deliver another customers order, I would be called back with a new delivery date. Fine I understand things happen. The new delivery date given to myself and Samsung is March 2023!?!?! 4 months from now??? If I could give zero stars I would. Due to hurricane Ian and heavy rain projected in my area in NC my Samsung fridge delivery was rescheduled automatically via text without my approval/okay that the date would work. It was supposed to be a Saturday but instead they made it Tuesday. Come Monday morning I call to change it as Tuesday 10/4 would not work, Samsung and XPO said sure. XPO attempted to delivery still on 10/4 and when I said it's a vacant home it didn't work I already spoke with your team in reschedule, they said they'd take it back to warehouse and call to reschedule. I received no call by 10/11 confirming my delivery for 10/13 or 10/14 like I scheduled. XPO put in a ticket as they STILL HADNT scanned my product back to their warehouse. It's been there since 10/4! They put a ticket and said 1-2 days. I've called every day since and no good answer except they will email and hope they scan it so it can be scheduled. NO CALLS FROM THEM. Cannot reach a human. Call this location? They automatically hang up on you after a few rings! They read from a script saying they can only email not call and have someone LOOK and locate it in their warehouse. This is the most absurd thing I've ever heard and I used to have to have deliveries searched for in warehouses to ensure it was there or on their dock by BOL or PO. Never heard that the company refuses this. They lost my appliance and won't admit to it. Only reason they are refusing to scan it in after 10 days and now multiple tickets put in by XPO Customer Service AND Samsung TO XPO. Would never recommend. So unorganized. I ask for management on phone and get the run around and nobody. WHERE IS MY APPLIANCE?! At this rate it needs to be next day delivery and someone PHYSICALLY look for my PO in this warehouse! read more

I wish I could give negative stars for this company. I ordered a fridge from Samsung and it was supposed to be here the 9th, but that afternoon I get a message that I need to schedule my shipment. Why would I need to schedule a shipment that had been confirmed numerous times by text and email? I call and I'm told that the truck was too full so they had to take it off. You're literally a logistics company, you should know how to calculate how much freight can safely fit on your truck. I was then told the next available delivery date was 2 weeks out. I told them I wanted it the next day but they refused. A few days later I get a message that i was rescheduled for the 13th. I clear my schedule and wait for the phone call. Instead I receive a text message from a google voice number stating the truck broke down and they're returning my fridge to the hub. I call them again and I'm told they're still in route and they'll have the driver call me. Well I didn't get a phone call, nor my fridge. They also didn't reschedule my shipment. Meanwhile the Samsung website says they attempted to deliver my fridge at 8pm on Sept 11. I don't understand how this company is still running. I only ever talk to people who read off a script and refuse to escalate the call to a manager or team lead. It's also impossible to get in touch with the hub in Durham. I called the only number I could find and he just redirected me to the very unhelpful call center. I wish I could cancel this order but I got it on sale and we NEED a fridge! read more

Not at all the same experience as what Redditers were saying about XPO and Peloton deliveries. I got my tracking number months ahead of time, and I suspect everything was fine because I didn't move the date too much (delayed 3 days as my original date was 12/25 and I was going to be out of town). The delivery people were very nice,did not leave trash everywhere and helped bring my bike up the stairs since I could not. I wish XPO itself would provide more tracking info before the bike gets to the warehouse -- would have made me less anxious during my 2 month wait for the bike but I had a delivery window time about 3-4 days in advance (better than expected). I drove from Richmond VA to Durham, NC to help my aging relative receive and set up a mattress delivery that was ordered through Amazon. The delivery date was selected so I could be in town when the delivery was due. On the morning of the delivery, we got a call that the delivery would be delayed due to difficulty with the delivery carrier, and they offered to set up a delivery for the following Tuesday. I explained that I had come from out of town to be here for the delivery, and asked if there was any way they could make the delivery happen today. Jackie arranged it so the delivery arrived on time, and the delivery guys were very efficient and polite. I really appreciate that despite the delivery company having a driver/delivery personnel shortage that day, they were able to work our delivery in, it really made a difference for our family. XPO was supposed to deliver my Peloton bike+on 10/24/20 (ordered on 9/20/20) but called the night before to let me know that they would not be delivering the bike because they had too many to deliver, and rescheduled my delivery to 10/31/20. Today is 1/13/21 and I'm still waiting for that bike+. XPO continues to tell me there are no bikes to deliver, yet neighbors who ordered bikes in November and December had their bikes. It's been 16days I have been waiting for a resolution and still they didn't find if my product is out for installation or not. Such an irresponsible process to frustrate the customers. If you wanted to have your business running profit/successful don't choose RXO or XPO logistics for delivering your products to the customers. It leaves a black mark on your product and business.Also they will not compensate for their mistakes that cause lot of loss for the customers. I looked up on BBB and it says RXO is not accredited. I talked to daisy said the sooner date available as dec14th michelle said she will request for a compensation and Charles said the early date is dec15 from resolution team. And now they scheduled it to Dec23rd but again now they are saying Dec28 as the earliest delivery, They are not taking it serious. Ultimatly the customers has to suffer a lot. . Don't use RXO or XPO . This is the order number from samsung to RXO US365736278 They don't take any thing serious , they are not even compensating for my loss. worst company for your delivery services or any other logistics.
