RXO delivered my Dewalt air compressor the box was crushed and open and the motor was separated from the tank and mounts was broken. a picture was taken by the delivery man and the box was taped where the damage. I cannot use this compressor and have to send it out for repairs. No happy with this. RXO delivery were great today! They called the day before to let me know what time to expect them. Day if delivery I also got a call when they were 45 minutes away. Upon arrival, they quickly unloaded and set up my Peloton row machine. The gentleman were polite, jovial and efficien. They took all trash of the wrapping/shipping container with them when they left. I am having a worse experience with XPO, my refrigrator supposed to be delivered on sept 2nd weeks and they got it damaged and took it back same day and Samsung did send a replacement immediately which is sitting in their location for ever. they scheduled for Oct 4th and then put it back to hold and no further updates. it's a nightmare to reach out to them and get any sort of updated. still struggling to find when it would be sent!! read more

If I could give no stars, I would. I had a delivery for 12/5 with a delivery window of 1:30-5:30pm. I left work at 1 to be home for the 1:30 window. The confirmation text I received said I would be notified 30 min before arrival. At 1:01 I saw on my doorbell camera that they had arrived early without any call ahead of time. I was home by 1:15. At 1:50 I called to ensure they were coming back since they came outside my delivery window and was told my window was still 1:30-5:30. I called again at 3:50 when I hadn't heard anything. I was again ensured they were still coming and they would send a note to the driver. 10 min later I checked my tracking and it showed that my delivery could not be completed as I was not home. I have since called 9 times and sent an email. Every time I am told to wait until they scan my item at the local hub. It's 7 days later. Does it really take 7 days to drive back to the local hub (that is 25 miles from me) and scan my item? I have been told numerous times when I've called that they are putting in an issue and someone will call me. I have not received a single call. And when I asked if I could speak to a supervisor, I was told there is none that is available. You would think someone that has called in multiple times and asked about the same issue would be able to get some information. This is absurd and terrible business. read more

just had a mattress delivered and the gentlemen that delivered, set up and took away my old mattress were not only exceptionally polite, they mimicked having and engineering degree. They admitted that this was the first time they had ever put this type of mattress together before and it was the toughest assembly of the day. Truth be told, they made it look easy! They were so patient and very mindful of their surroundings and advised us to take down a few painting. They were such a good team and we are so thankful for such good workers and most importantly awesome humans. read more

Horrible customer service!!! After taking delivery of our couch 1 box was not delivered. Which is 1/2 of our couch. We tried to contact the delivery drivers and left messages with no response. Tried the chat function with RXO and she was absolutely no help. Only saying that I had to contact the company we purchased the couch from. I had already spoken with them and confirmed the entire couch was sent at one time. I called the customer service number where once again I was told that I needed to contact the company we purchased the couch from. I pulled up the email from RXO and told her that her email showed 4 boxes would be delivered. She said the delivery drivers confirmed delivery of of all 4 boxes. After going round and round on the phone my husband was finally able to contact the delivery drivers who said their invoice only showed 3 items were to be delivered. Meanwhile I was still on the phone with RXO who tried to call the warehouse (because she didn't know if it was open) after being on hold for a while I was told the warehouse must be closed because she got a voicemail and did not leave a message. I asked how the delivery drivers got the boxes of the warehouse is closed. She had no answer. After being " escalated" to another person to whom I had to explain everything all over again I was basically told nothing will happen before Monday and that I need to follow up with them. This is ridiculous!! We have 4 people in our house and 1/2 of a couch. Also, the pictures the delivery drivers took shows 3 boxes delivered but they confirmed online they delivered 4 boxes. Absolutely livid that I spent over 2 hours on the phone to get no where at all except a ticket number. I wish I could give Zero stars!!! Now we're here all weekend with no where for all of us to sit. read more

I had a confirmed delivery date for my new fridge, but the night before I got a text and an email saying it would now be delivered 4 days later. After many phone calls and having to get angry with all the excuses, shifting blame and run around I got a date for the following day of the original confirmed date. The guys that did the actual delivery were awesome...they did a great job...they get 5 stars!! Too bad those who do the logistics and answer the phones can't fall in the same category...there was no reason for all the drama if 1 they called instead of sending a text and an email when they couldn't do the confirmed date and 2 rescheduled it asap and not 4 days later...they created more stress and none sense for something that could have and did deliver the next day. read more

I have never used this company before but with getting a certain item from a company they are the ones that company choose to deliver my item. With that said they called to cancel my deliver 3 days before my scheduled date only to call me the following day to ask to set up a date.... really? Then only having a date 3 weeks out when I asked to speak to a supervisor none was available and I have yet to receive a call. They are the worst at customer service that I have ever dealt with and I will never recommend or use them again. I only gave them 1 star because I had to! read more

This company is awful. Was scheduled to deliver a Peloton ordered Nov 2021 never received any text updates despite sign up, showed up to our culdesac and allegedly took pics of our house and mailbox to prove delivery attempt despite never ringing our door bell, knocking on the door or otherwise attempting to the alert the homeowner who was present. This is all confirmed with our Ring camera, however delivery driver continues to lie about showing up. Called customer service, placed on hold for 30 mins, eventually spoke to someone not in the US and was told it would likely be another 6-8 weeks Feb 2022 before we could be rescheduled. It was impossible to get anyone else on phone able help rectify the situation. We are now paying for goods sitting in a warehouse through no fault of our own. Business is awful and delivery driver should be fired. read more

Awful company. Was supposed to get my Peloton Bike on May 12th. When they were 10 minutes out the realized that they couldn't deliver because someone on their crew wasn't allowed onto Military instillation, marked it as delivered, said they would get me rescheduled for later that week. Never received a call. Contacted Peloton, and they called XPO, they were not made aware of what happened and had to look into the "situation" and would call me within 24-48 hours (Friday at the latest). Friday came and went and no call. Called Peloton back to figure out what was going on, and again they called XPO and they told them they were unsure when they would be able to deliver my bike. Peloton gave me the company's number to call personally and get it rescheduled. New delivery date was May 20th, then AGAIN they are about 10 minutes out and they realize that one of their guys couldn't get on the military installation and would have to reschedule for the following Monday.... Okay cool we had a new date, then the next day got a call from XPO saying I needed to call to schedule a new delivery date. Called and they said that the first available delivery date was over a month out. I was not pleased. I called Peloton again, and a manager was able to contact XPO and it was delivered today 6/2/21. The guys that delivered were great! But if your company has multiple military installations in the surrounding area, you would think they would have the foresight to have a crew going to military bases that could actually get onto the bases. One time would have been an annoying but overlooked error, however two times and then rescheduling a reschedule the next day, just is just bad business. read more
