This location opens and closes one hour later than the Meadowmont location: 9:00am-7:30pm, Monday-Friday and 10:00am-5:00pm, Saturday. Both locations are closed on Sunday. If I need to go to the UPS Store after the Meadowmont location has closed for the day, I will come to this one. (The Fordham Blvd location in Chapel Hill has the same hours as Meadowmont.) I came here and dropped off a bag of used Nespresso pods to be recycled. The bag had a prepaid shipping label on it. The UPS Store employee gave me a drop-off package receipt (standard). During my visit around 4:30pm on a Saturday, the store was busy with a socially-distant line outside and everyone mask-compliant. There were two employees and only two to four customers inside the store at a time. The employees were polite. They worked fast and efficiently. This is UPS Store #5399. It's sandwiched between four businesses. The parking lot in front can get congested. I suggest parking around the corner on the other side of Mattress Firm. It's much easier to pull in and out there.

However, once we got inside a store clerk came out from the back, asked what we needed done (binding of class notes), took the papers and said it would be 5 to 10 minutes. Less than 2 minutes later, someone brought it back out and escorted us through the crowd to the cashier. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes total! The staff was friendly and cheerful! If you need something bound its around $5 which is great! I recommend this store for all your office and mailing needs! Tip: If it looks crowded don't be discouraged! They are quick!

I spoke to a coworker this am when I got to the office, she confirmed with me that her letter was en route to the client. Thank you again for your help Torian. Job Well done!! Tammy K

It was completely mobbed so looked up the nearest packaging store and landed here. This place is jam packed with all kinds of things for sale, a wall of PO boxes, and behind the counter were mounds of packages to be picked up by UPS and the USPS. The lady who greeted me was super friendly and took care of me right away. What a relief compared to my visit to the post office! I don't know if there's an upcharge to send through this place, but I imagine so. Nonetheless, it was worth it not to have to stand in a huge line at the RTP PO! My package is on it's way to my friend with plenty of time to spare.

Thanks to the system being down, Latoya and Kristin were not able to check customers in using their computers. Kristin was so kind to use her very own cell phone to check customers in so that business would run as usual. Once the ladies got me all checked in, i was given my truck and keys and off we went. They were so nice and kind and the computer issues were understood. I found it amazing that they didn't stop to sweat over the computers but they found a 'work around' and continued working! Way to go Kristin & Latoya! In regards to the truck, it drove great! They have parking next door that you can utilize so you can leave your car parked with them while you take the rental truck.

I was mailing something really important - it was unfortunately kind of heavy and I had a pressing deadline to submit it. When I walked in I was a bit stressed trying to figure out how to get it there, but the lady working there was very friendly and knowledgable. She absolutely took care in helping me find the best option to ship it- taking time to look at the different prices and delivery times for the different companies and types of shipping. I was so grateful to her for helping me find a secure way of shipping that would get everything on-time and for the best possible price. She really knew what she was doing, but on top of that she cared enough to spend the time with me to help me get the best price and evaluate all of my options. I will absolutely be going back here anytime I need to ship ANYTHING. It's great because they do USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL all in one place so you can figure out what is best. Fantastic customer service, easy parking and accessibility, and very convenient :) THANK YOU!
