I've been to a few different UPS places since I moved to the area and I will not go anywhere but this location anymore. I always end up seeing the same man that's been there a while, and he's incredibly sweet and helpful. Anytime someone is struggling with a box or something, he runs over to help. I've been to other places where the people were cold and unhelpful. So I'll drive a little further to go here instead. read more

I had used this store for a mailbox The manager is the most rude unprofessional person I have ever met I spoke with the owner to express I displeasure with her rudeness. He said he was going to address it I went to close my box out and the manager again acted like a first class bitch. Notary did nothing. Said I needed "power of attorney" but did not put it together that my name was on it and that they'd be able to watch me sign it. very rude person. tried to explain my lawyer was on the phone since they said they needed a lawyer yet they did not even want to speak to him and said we needed to handle it between ourselves.... that is why i am going to get this notarized we already handled it ourselves.... 0/5 stars from me. read more

Went in for a notary to sign a document for the DMV. The guy argued with me about my signature (my LEGAL SIGNATURE that is printed on my driver's license) and made me write every single letter of my first middle and last name before he would notarize and stamp the document, because "I can't read that name and sign it, you basically just initialed it". I tried to explain it was my signature, he refused to listen, and when I turned the document into the DMV they couldn't accept it because it wasn't MY SIGNATURE. don't bother with this notary. Waste of 5$ because I had to have it re-done at the DMV. Waste of time, money, and energy. Who gave this guy the certification to be a notary?? read more

This is my local UPS store so I use it regularly. Nice staff and the store is very organized and efficient. The only thing I wish is that all their employees were notaries. You need to call ahead to make sure a notary is present, as they do not consistently have one there. read more

Friendly, helpful and very responsive. I brought a box of gifts to be shipped and they took over for me, including finding an appropriate sized box, the quickest and least expensive way to ship. I prefer this particular UPS store over the Post Office for mailing and shipping. read more

I had a difficult time with Amazon regarding a return and Richard, the UPS store employee, patiently worked through the issue, including staying on the phone with the Amazon representative until everything was completely resolved. The guys working at this store were rude to my wife, myself, and another couple that drove two hours to meet us at this location to have some documents notarized. The did however direct us to the branch a couple miles down the road near Harris Teeter and Walmart. The staff at the other store was knowledgeable and helpful. read more

I have had good service here in the past, and everyone has been polite, but was shocked when I was told there was a small fee to print, and it ended up being over 2 dollars for printing one black and white page due to my use on the computer which amounted to less than two minutes one of which was taking their computer to find my hard drive. That price is ridiculous. I will not be back. The library charges 25 cents - thats about 88% less than UPS. read more

I cannot say enough about the amazing people and services offered at this UPS Store: Easy to work with, great pricing, incredibly reliable and kind, greatly skilled... and that's just the start! We, a 501(c)(3) fundraising group, came in needing lots of different items printed and the owner, Charles, definitely knows and understands the pace, demands and energy needed for a big job. He is phenomenal at laying everything out and delivering final products that well exceed expectations. So much so, that our out-of-state group orders from them now as well! This UPS store is the best one I've been to. I sent a package last Monday from NC to ME and it arrived in perfect condition within four days! The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I took a package here today and it needed ONE piece of cellophane tape on the top. They were going to charge me $2.00 extra for that! I walked next door to Science Safari and the man there was quite willing to give me one piece of tape. read more

I ship items regularly to out of town friends and family as well as buyers for my small business. I ALWAYS receive EXCELLENT service at this UPS Store. Even though there are 2 UPS drop offs closer to me, I'd prefer to drive a few more minutes and get treated like a valued customer - like the way I try to treat my own customers.
