The UPS Store is located in the Sutton Square shopping center as Winston's Grille and Metro Diner. It is a busy shopping center, so finding parking isn't the easiest. The store seemed on the busier side, and not all of the employees knew what to do. This could be because of a new hire being trained, though. My package got to where it was going, so all is good there. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

Very disappointing experience. I arrived at 6:25 p.m. just to return equipment. As a customer was leaving, the employee came outside, locked the door, went back in, and started pulling down the window coverings. I was standing there with my Spectrum equipment bag in my hand, so it was obvious I was there to make a quick return. My car was parked directly in front of the store, and the return would have taken less than a minute since it only required a quick scan. If the store closes before the posted time, there should be a sign letting customers know. Closing the doors several minutes early, especially when a customer is clearly walking up to make a simple return, is unprofessional and discourteous. read more

Go to a different location! The UPS store on Falls of Neuse Rd. Closes at 6:30PM when the other locations are open till 7PM There's always a long line at this location and parking is not the best. Customer service could be a lot better. I suggest the Strickland Rd. Location. read more

I have been coming to this store for many years and I have always experienced Five Star service. Aman the owner and Dillon the store manager are pleasant, knowledgeable and dedicated to providing exceptional service. I sometimes ship expensive items and I totally trust them to expedite these shipments. A couple of times Dillon has had to trace shipments due to warehouse issues in New York. In these instances, he goes the extra mile to follow up with me, keeping me informed on the shipment, insuring that the package is delivered to its proper destination. Great follow up and communication! You can trust this store to deliver exceptional service each and every time. read more

customer service is lacking at this location. Tuesday, May 7 I arrived with an Amazon package to return, additionally, I wanted to print and make copies. Liz, the associate informed me that I must package the item before she could return it. I have often taken Amazon returns and have never been informed that that was necessary.. she made no effort in resolving my issue I would have purchased packaging if I would have been informed that was my option I have a disability, which I am legally blind. Normally, I am treated with respect and offered assistance due to my disability. After reviewing other comments made by other consumers, I realize that the bad customer service that I experience is not limited to only myself I do, however, feel that I was discriminated against due to my disability I emailed my concerns to the store and I received a reply that was rude and slander in nature. Be advised as a consumer not to expect customer service at this location thank you read more

I found this store and its employees exemplary in service, willingness to serve and assist with mailing, very friendly. One DOES have to abide by Amazon guidlines when returning items and they are clearly posted on each and every Amazon return site. I found the employees friendly, courteous and helpful, but customers HAVE to do their homework! I have used their services twice, very happily, No rudeness, or discourtesy was witnessed by me. I will continue to use their friendly, expert services. BTW, I do live in Raleigh, NOT Frisco! read more

The service is excellent. Nathaniel was incredibly responsive to my needs and always had excellent customer service.

Great store! I come often to mail packages and make Amazon returns. Always a short line and friendly person to help me.

I want to shout out Brian for being a person of exceptional customer service and of integrity! He displayed exceptional customer service when i came in at the last moments before closing, i know how tough that can be at the end of a long day but he didn't make me feel unwanted, he welcomed me with a warm attitude and with the expert knowledge to get me squared away just 10 minutes after closing time! Thank you! read more

We were really impressed with the variety of services that the UPS Store offers. It was a Saturday and we needed a notary before mailing a letter certified mail, and we were able to handle all of that right there on the spot. The young gentleman there was very courteous even while waiting on us. He was focused and took special attention to our needs eventhough the line grew with new customers. The only downside, I would recommend staffing the place with more than one person, and cleaning the computer keyboards that the customers use. It was a bit tacky. Otherwise, I definitely recommend their services. read more

This is the only shipping store I use. I often have to send packages internationally to my son. Every item is expertly packaged - even the most fragile ones. Not one Moravian cookie was cracked! The staff is friendly, helpful, and will go above and beyond to help the customer to save money. Even if you have to drive a little out of the way, this UPS store is every penny. read more

Avoid this location; their business practices are predatory and dishonest. I was told one price at the register, then charged a higher price after I agreed to the work at the price quoted. The manager explained that there was an extra fee added after I noticed the higher amount being charged on my credit card. While the amounts involved were quite small, it is not okay to tell a customer that the charge will be one amount and then to charge an additional undisclosed fee after you have their credit card. I have no issue with the fee itself, only the fact that it was not honestly disclosed when I asked what the cost would be. The manager remained courteous and I don't believe intentional deceit was involved, but it is an unacceptable business practice to tell a customer that the charge will be a lower amount, have them agree to the work, then charge a higher amount. I do not recommend using this location for this reason. read more

Sign says 8am open Monday. It's 8:45am and counting... already a whole line waiting. I gave up and drove to North Hills UPS. I'm confident that was faster than if I continued to wait just for the store to open. read more

I go into this store about once a week. I use this store to take care of my faxing, copying and computer needs. I have always gotten the best service especially from Dylan. UPS is the worst carrier service I have EVER encountered. The first time they lost my package with no explanation. The second time I paid almost $60 for overnight service and it was delivered 2 days later and they made excuses as to why I couldn't receive a partial refund. I will NEVER deal with them again. read more

I wish I could award you 6 stars, however, 5 is the max :). This store was trusted to ship a $1,000 mid-century chrome dinette with 6 chairs and to say they did an outstanding job would be an understatement. Every piece was wrapped and protected beyond what would be required for a safe shipment -- very much appreciated. Highest recommendations to anyone in need of their services. This store overcharged a nonprofit and UPS corporate said they are all privately owned so they can overcharge if they want and nothing can be done about it. The nonprofit was charged $430 to ship four boxes across the country (they needed to be there in 5 days) - two boxes were super small. UPS corporate told me that the nonprofit was completely overcharged in their system. I have that in E-mail but they said I have to go in and talk to the manager and beg for the money back. I've decided to just use Fedex in the future AND disclose their overcharging online. Their employee also had no idea what she was doing and took forever to process the four packages. read more

I was shipping several chairs out of state. I asked for a price to get an ok from the person paying the bill. The woman told me it would be $400, which seemed high to me but was approved by my customer. When I went to pay, the woman then told me it would be $475! I didn't want to go back for another approval, so it cost me $75. Courteous and patient service, but you need to be clear about the price you tell your customers. Not going back. read more

I came into this store to ship a package with a prepaid label. I did not have packing tape at home so I had to use scotch tape. The lady at the desk was VERY polite! She had a welcoming smile on her face and taped my box up correctly for free! She also gave me a card a 10% off discount and a card where I get to save money every time I visit. Great service! We have been frequent users of this UPS outlet for years now and we have always received friendly, efficient service. We've never had any problems and they make sure every package is right before they send it. They have helped us find the cheapest and best way to send packages many times, even if we forget to ask. The computer system they have is great and saves so much time. But - the best part is that the owner is an exceptional man who takes care of all of his customers like North Raleigh still a small town. His kindness and cheerfulness makes the day better for everyone who enters for an otherwise mundane chore. They're the best! read more

They saved me $30 by moving me into a smaller box. Much cheaper and more helpful than another shipping store I tried.

The service was so wonderful, I wanted to cry! This isn't my usual UPS store (the other location is also wonderful), however, this particular day (a rainy Saturday), I was meeting some friends on this side of town and needed to ship a package. The associate was so pleasant and courteous, and she took her time with me (there were about three others waiting in line), while multitasking (assisting others). I was so appreciative of her professionalism! On that following Monday/Tuesday, I went back to the store to return an item. Once again, she was just as wonderful as she was on the previous Saturday (along with her other co-workers). WOW, is all I can say. When you receive such wonderful service, I believe it's worth mentioning! Thank you! Happy Holidays! read more

The employee Caleigh had a horrible attitude, she was rude and rushed me and smelled like a pack of cigarettes when she greeted me.
