I came in that store 10am an left out at 10:43a on 6/13/26. I just wanted to print some copies. I didn't receive any help being it's the first time going into that store. The guy there looked at me and rolled his eyes. I just needed help. I even told the other worker I will pay you something for your help. I didn't get the copies that I needed and was glad to leave that office depot. I hope that those 2 workers read this and being kind and helpful to people no matter what color they are. read more

Connor at the Creedmoor Rd. Raleigh, NC Office Depot went above and beyond for me. I was in Houston trying to coordinate a last-minute print job for an 8 AM meeting in North Carolina. There was a mix-up with the order, and it turned out I needed 15 bound, color copies instead of just one,0 late in the day, no less. Connor could tell how urgent it was and made it happen before the store closed, even though it meant extra work. His professionalism and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a success, and I truly appreciate his efforts. read more

I had a great costumer service experience at this location. Came in for a poster in a rush. They made it for me in one day. It got ruined pretty immediate, however I came back 7 days later the manager Stacy fixed it for me with no problem or attitude. Everyone is so friendly here and willing to help. I just spent 10 minutes on the phone (3 on hold), listening to two separate employees attempt to talk me out of ordering a $5 item online, for store pick-up. The reason? "My people aren't smart enough to figure out that it is for a customer. They will lose it". The alternative is to order online and pay $10 shipping(for my $5 item). Ah! A friendly neighborhood Office Depot... In a shopping center with at least 10 excellent restaurants. Need I say more?!

I made a mistake. I did not order enough supplies to be delivered by my normal vendor. I ran in this morning to grab a couple things. I was in the store for 20 minutes, most of it standing in line waiting for someone to show up and actually check me out. No one said a word... The guy that was stocking did come up. And was nice at first until I asked him to use my rewards card. Then he literally rolled his eyes at me. I would like to apologize for be an imposition to this store and I promise it will not happen again. I got ticked because of the eyeroll. And that behavior is NOT nice, so stop yelling at your customers that you are nice and that they have no reason to be upset with you. But it's ok... Amazon delivers... read more

This review actually applies to ALL Office Depot Office Max stores because it is a corporate policy. The in-store price on merchandise is often much HIGHER Than the online price, even if there is no online sale going on. Today I was charged $9.92 in the store for an item regularly priced online for $5.29. When I went back to complain I did receive a credit, but Office Depot does not alert customers to this likely discrepancy. You will only get the lower price if you know about it and ask. The cashiers know nothing about pricing and can't check on it at the register. So bring your smart phone with you and do for yourself what Office Depot should be doing for you. There are better places to get your office supplies. I won't be going back. read more

I went in today to get a wireless printer and the store manager was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He took his time to help me find the printer that would best suit my needs and give me the best value over time. In fact, he was so helpful that I decided to go ahead and invest in a shredder as well. He showed me all of the options and their different features and was patient until I made a decision. He even carried my purchases out to the car for me - you don't find customer service like that anymore! I highly recommend the Creedmoor Road location for any of your office needs! read more
