When I brought problem to the owner, she stated that it was empty and went into great detail to explain why she claimed that. She claimed that the code I was getting was due to something I downloaded off line (which was untrue), and that she would not meet me even part way in replacing my damaged cartridge because it was empty. I calmly took my cartridge and stated I would go somewhere else. As I walked out the door, she stated "We don't need customers like you!". Really? You don't need long time customers or my referral? OK, here it is. If you choose to shop here, I recommend you verify the amount of ink in your cartridge by having it weighed, to be sure it is filled accurately. As for damages, well, don't go on the weekend. I made that mistake and an note is posted on the counter that states they only take returns on the weekdays. So after 2 trips, I went home with a damaged ink cartridge and insulted by the owner.
