Tim was quick to answer my phone call, answer my questions, and after I sent my email with the design for the poster, he got back to me quickly with pricing. Overall, the turn around time felt fast, I ordered Monday and picked up by Thursday AM. I am sure you can get faster if needed. And the pricing felt fair! When I went to pick up, I got to meet Tim and that's always nice. I also got to meet their sweet greeter - a little pup and all she wanted was her belly rubbed. I could have stayed there all day. A great experience! I love supporting local and will definitely use them again in the future.

Another printer recommended me, and I am so glad they did. Not only did they do the posters, they helped me think through my Instagram photobooth ( couldn't explain it well enough over the phone, but they understood me and got it done.) Everything was ready by 5:30, and they even gave me some notebooks. The shop is cute and welcoming, and the staff was so nice (they said, we usually don't do this..but...) and I appreciated it. Great photo store for prints and film developing, you can mail in a roll with your email and…read morethey'll send an invoice as soon as they get it. Very friendly, but the standard turnaround time to get digitals in your inbox is ~1 week. I think they can get pretty bogged down busy, but I've also experienced other photo labs hustle to get my shots back asap. I've called to ask for an update once and they said everything was scanned, just needed to be uploaded, and they'd do it "sometime tomorrow". And that's exactly what happened. You can pay extra to get them back faster, but they're also a tad pricey to begin with.

He told me it would take a week unless i'd like to pay for the expedited option which could be down same day/next day. I settled for the week option and got it 8 days later. I asked to get them printed and emailed digitally. Print with email is $30 each film and $15 extra for getting them into full frames instead of half frames (since my film camera takes half shots). I got 2 films developed for a little over $90 with tax. They came out wonderfully but i think some of the photos weren't developed. But the ones that were, were done so great. I will keep developing my film here for the time being and digital images are sent to your email but PSA: THEY EXPIRE WITHIN 30 DAYS so make sure to download them within that time frame.
