Processed my order quickly and quality of prints were great! Staff was very friendly and efficient

Great photo store for prints and film developing, you can mail in a roll with your email and they'll send an invoice as soon as they get it. Very friendly, but the standard turnaround time to get digitals in your inbox is ~1 week. I think they can get pretty bogged down busy, but I've also experienced other photo labs hustle to get my shots back asap. I've called to ask for an update once and they said everything was scanned, just needed to be uploaded, and they'd do it "sometime tomorrow". And that's exactly what happened. You can pay extra to get them back faster, but they're also a tad pricey to begin with. read more

Came here to get my film developed for the first time so i was worried because i have nothing to compare it to. Nicholas explained the process and how long it would take. He told me it would take a week unless i'd like to pay for the expedited option which could be down same day/next day. I settled for the week option and got it 8 days later. I asked to get them printed and emailed digitally. Print with email is $30 each film and $15 extra for getting them into full frames instead of half frames (since my film camera takes half shots). I got 2 films developed for a little over $90 with tax. They came out wonderfully but i think some of the photos weren't developed. But the ones that were, were done so great. I will keep developing my film here for the time being and digital images are sent to your email but PSA: THEY EXPIRE WITHIN 30 DAYS so make sure to download them within that time frame. read more

i got some film developed here and got 20 scans out of 24 back and had to call them 2x after waiting over the time they told me when i dropped the roll off. finally got my negatives back and the others are there but they just didnt scan them?! I went here cause i live closeby despite friends advice not to and i should have driven a little further to southeastern camera to pay less and have the job actually done. read more

I've been coming here for almost two years with my little disposable cameras and they always get them back to me in such reasonable times. Not only this but they even offer same day processing of course if you drop off at a reasonable time obviously. Anyways I just wanted to leave a good review. read more

Never got my scans back and never got a response to the email I sent asking about said scans.

Great service and a very inviting space. I definitely recommend! Employees were helpful, kind, and engaging.

Very disappointed with my service. I took 6 rolls of film to be developed & prepaid. After several weeks I was told my order was ready.

Went to get film developed and received very timely efficient service. Reasonable pricing and fairly knowledgeable staff. Was extremely tempted by the collection of vintage and film cameras but had to pull myself away before I got sucked into it all. read more

Picking out Christmas gifts is serious business for me. What do you get for someone who already has everything? I always go down memory lane! Over the years, I've made and given a few photo albums or framed collages to loved ones as gifts and I've decided to do the same again this year. I ALWAYS used to print my photos at drugstores because I assumed it was the easiest option but when I looked into supporting a local business instead, I realized that it was just as easy and affordable! I placed my order online or rushed pick up and it was ready within an hour or so. Online ordering was super simple and they even allow you to upload images from your mobile device to their website through a scannable QR code which I thought was so convenient. Picking up the order was a breeze, too. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center this biz is located in and the staff were really nice when I walked in. I really enjoyed my experience with The FotoShoppe and plan on coming back for any and all photo needs from now on. So glad I found this biz! read more

Asked if they have high quality photo scan to digital image. Answer was yes. What was delivered was a 300DPI resolution. At home, I can do 600 and higher. It would be best if they had specified the resolution vs. "yes" read more

Got my film developed here for the first time, I definitely recommend! Not only were their staff super friendly and helpful, it only took two days and I was emailed my photos and they turned out great!! Thank you FotoShoppe read more

Fabulous results. Took a very large ver faded photo of my daughter and me in to have it restores. Probably one of the JCPennies shoots. It came out fabulous. I can't tell you how amazed I was. It's like magic! read more

Had trouble with film developing - both B&W and E6. The B&W had chemical stains, and the E6 was cross-processed. Staff is super friendly, and gave me a free roll of film, but the processing is very expensive compared to mail-in services, and takes a long time, and then came back unusable (E6). Obviously most of their business is digital and service-based, but I'll go somewhere else for film processing. read more

Locally owned business offering photo printing services. It is located in a former Wolf Camera property, and one of the persons operating this business managed for Wolf. The main emphasis here is photo printing services. There is a limited inventory of cameras (Nikon & Canon), camera accessories, and frames for sale. You are dealing with photo professional here. Photography classes are offered, as well as camera repair. A rewards program is available for a yearly fee which offers monthly specials as well as discounts on photo prints, etc. Nice touch is a seating area where you can wait while your photos are being printed. read more

The only place in North Carolina that I know does same-day film developing! I live about 2 hours away, but it's better than waiting 2 weeks at CVS or Walgreens. I also found out that you can mail film to them- turn around time is about 3 days. The pictures came out great. The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this place. read more

The people here are really kind and and get what you ask for done! Came in 2 times with film to develop and had it developed the next day or the same day. I recommend it for anyone looking for fast film development! read more

Needed a quick picture printed out - nothing fancy, would just take a minute if my printer was working. Maybe two minutes at Walmart but they were out of 8x10 paper... saw this place in parking lot so I ran over used the kiosk, paid double than it would have been at Walmart and waited for over 20 minutes and finally left - couldn't wait any more and my gift was not able to be completed. Very disappointed. read more

Very poor photo restoration service and way overpriced to boot. Last time I trust them with any of my old photos.

Dropped one roll of film off for processing, they said it would be done Saturday, I even called the day of and they said it would be done. I live an hour and a half away so I wanted to know when they'd be done so I could pick up my negatives and they wouldn't give me an answer except for "probably today" when they originally guaranteed it today. It is 5 o clock Saturday and haven't heard anything. Will not be coming here again. read more

I am so impressed with this place! I was tired of going to Walgreens to get my film developed so I thought I would give this place a shot. They gave me a date but the film was ready within hours. It was very reasonably priced especially with the quality and the great service I received. I already recommended this place to all of my friends! Thank you guys so much! read more

Cannot express how impressed I am with this place! I had a not so great experience elsewhere with film processing, so I came here after seeing the positive reviews. I am so glad I did! I was greeted promptly and I was in and out in 3 minutes. The gentleman mentioned that this month they had a 20% off special on film processing, bringing my total for 2 rolls to only $24... score! He also asked if I wanted my photos same day for an additional charge, but if not it would be on Monday since they have a 24 hour turnaround time. I told him Monday would be fine. I guess I got lucky, because just a few hours later my files were in my inbox! These folks were so nice and the service was insanely fast, I will definitely be back! read more

I have never printed photos before and after visiting two retail chains with malfunctioning equipment, decided to go to a professional place. My phone is an iPhone4 with almost 900 pics so I was a bit intimidated too. Anyway, I decided on about 25 photos of multiple sizes and went to Fotoshoppe. Emanuel never flinched when he saw my phone and walked me through using their equipment. He was nearby to help when I had questions. I picked my photos up later that day. It's definitely my go to place! read more

I am a fine art, large format photographer who has been pulling his hair out trying to find a business - preferably local - to scan my large negatives. I have found it at the Fotoshoppe!!! Not only are they clean, high quality, high resolution scans but the folks there are top notch and have the customers best interests at heart. I will look no further and enjoy what hair I have left!!! Thank you Mr Cole!!!!!! read more

Once again the Fotoshoppe staff has outdone themselves. The custom calendars I ordered are absolutely gorgeous. I am not in the area but have learned over the years that I can depend on Emanuel and Ernest to provide exceptional, professional service. It has not mattered if it was an order for a single standard sized print or a large canvas print, the results have been great. Of course, they have earned my trust and I recommend The FotoShoppe to anyone needing photo processing services. read more

We had a painting scanned here for the purpose of the artist having prints made from it. (She didn't scan it before sending as it was a commissioned painting and she doesn't usually do prints.) So we needed the scan to have her signature. The first scan was beautiful but had cut maybe a 1/8 inch off the bottom but sadly, that was right where the artist had put her signature. I called them and the owner was very apologetic. I ran back today and they did it while I waited and were SUPER nice and fast! The owner even came out and showed me the scan on the computer before I left. AWESOME customer service. They have some really gorgeous stuff in there and do wonderful metal prints, photo restoration, and other artwork from your photos. We will definitely be taking all our photo printing and restoration work here! read more

Do a good job with the film development but for $100 for 4 rolls of film I would hope so. Had a print done and they cropped the picture without telling me and told me to buy another if I want the whole picture. Could have bought the equipment to develop my film for less than the cost of coming here. read more

I went here 1st time last week after ordering off their app. I got there and they didn't have my pictures I was very upset. The gentleman helped me do them on his PC in the store and had them printed for me in like 10 mins I ordered about 30 pics all different sizes. Meatless to say I was impressed w both the time as well as the quality!! Went home showed them to my hubby and yep ordered more lol. Used the App again this time they went through not only did I get confirmation but they called me the next am to let me know they got them. They were ready for pick up later that day. I wasn't able to get them until yesterday but again quality was amazing! All my pictures look perfect!!! The staff is wonderful!! Very sweet very helpful especially to crazy ladies having a temper tantrum lol. ! Prices are awesome and quality is amazing!!! Can not praise them enough!!! read more

Call it a bad first impression. Had checked out their website briefly before going to get a roll of black and white film processed. The website advertises having film developed same day. That sounded good to me. Went there, b&w film is the exception to that, has to be sent away and it costs more. That much is on their website, but I hadn't done my homework to find that out, so that's on me. However, they told me definitively that the place they send it away to can't push or pull f/stop in development. A photo developing specialist that can't push or pull is not a specialist to me. Also, even though it had to be sent away, they also didn't have the ability to conveniently mail it directly back to me, so I had to make another trip. When I went to pick up the order, they also hadn't prepared the digital scans that I had paid for. That last bit is petty, I know, but it was the cap on--not a bad experience, but rather a subpar experience. And subpar is not a what I want to pay for. read more

My son needed some nice headshots for college applications. After finding a very good photographer, we needed to find a place to print the photos. Our "photo-quality" home printer was not sufficient, and the reviews of drug store and office stores did not indicate consistent high quality. We decided to try the FotoShoppe because it was a specialty shop. We received great service and outstanding prints. My family will certainly us them again! read more
