i got some film developed here and got 20 scans out of 24 back and had to call them 2x after waiting over the time they told me when i dropped the roll off. finally got my negatives back and the others are there but they just didnt scan them?! Came here to get my film developed for the first time so i was worried because i have nothing to compare it to. Nicholas explained the process and how long it would take. He told me it would take a week unless i'd like to pay for the expedited option which could be down same day/next day. I settled for the week option and got it 8 days later. I asked to get them printed and emailed digitally. Print with email is $30 each film and $15 extra for getting them into full frames instead of half frames (since my film camera takes half shots). I got 2 films developed for a little over $90 with tax. They came out wonderfully but i think some of the photos weren't developed. But the ones that were, were done so great. I will keep developing my film here for the time being and digital images are sent to your email but PSA: THEY EXPIRE WITHIN 30 DAYS so make sure to download them within that time frame. read more

Had trouble with film developing - both B&W and E6. The B&W had chemical stains, and the E6 was cross-processed. Staff is super friendly, and gave me a free roll of film, but the processing is very expensive compared to mail-in services, and takes a long time, and then came back unusable (E6). Obviously most of their business is digital and service-based, but I'll go somewhere else for film processing. read more

Maybe two minutes at Walmart but they were out of 8x10 paper... saw this place in parking lot so I ran over used the kiosk, paid double than it would have been at Walmart and waited for over 20 minutes and finally left - couldn't wait any more and my gift was not able to be completed. Dropped one roll of film off for processing, they said it would be done Saturday, I even called the day of and they said it would be done. I live an hour and a half away so I wanted to know when they'd be done so I could pick up my negatives and they wouldn't give me an answer except for "probably today" when they originally guaranteed it today. It is 5 o clock Saturday and haven't heard anything. Will not be coming here again. read more

I was greeted promptly and I was in and out in 3 minutes. The gentleman mentioned that this month they had a 20% off special on film processing, bringing my total for 2 rolls to only $24... score! He also asked if I wanted my photos same day for an additional charge, but if not it would be on Monday since they have a 24 hour turnaround time. I told him Monday would be fine. We had a painting scanned here for the purpose of the artist having prints made from it. (She didn't scan it before sending as it was a commissioned painting and she doesn't usually do prints.) So we needed the scan to have her signature. The first scan was beautiful but had cut maybe a 1/8 inch off the bottom but sadly, that was right where the artist had put her signature. I called them and the owner was very apologetic. I ran back today and they did it while I waited and were SUPER nice and fast! The owner even came out and showed me the scan on the computer before I left. AWESOME customer service. They have some really gorgeous stuff in there and do wonderful metal prints, photo restoration, and other artwork from your photos. We will definitely be taking all our photo printing and restoration work here! read more

Had a print done and they cropped the picture without telling me and told me to buy another if I want the whole picture. I went here 1st time last week after ordering off their app. I got there and they didn't have my pictures I was very upset. The gentleman helped me do them on his PC in the store and had them printed for me in like 10 mins I ordered about 30 pics all different sizes. Meatless to say I was impressed w both the time as well as the quality!! Went home showed them to my hubby and yep ordered more lol. Used the App again this time they went through not only did I get confirmation but they called me the next am to let me know they got them. They were ready for pick up later that day. I wasn't able to get them until yesterday but again quality was amazing! All my pictures look perfect!!! The staff is wonderful!! Great place to get custom photograph items like calendars, posters, or photo books. Owners are very helpful with navigating how to upload your pictures to create memories. Easy to use website if you are saavy enough to do it yourself, but if you are a novice to the technology, they are more than happy to guide you through the process. Call it a bad first impression. Had checked out their website briefly before going to get a roll of black and white film processed. The website advertises having film developed same day. That sounded good to me. Went there, b&w film is the exception to that, has to be sent away and it costs more. That much is on their website, but I hadn't done my homework to find that out, so that's on me. However, they told me definitively that the place they send it away to can't push or pull f/stop in development. A photo developing specialist that can't push or pull is not a specialist to me. Also, even though it had to be sent away, they also didn't have the ability to conveniently mail it directly back to me, so I had to make another trip. When I went to pick up the order, they also hadn't prepared the digital scans that I had paid for. That last bit is petty, I know, but it was the cap on--not a bad experience, but rather a subpar experience. And subpar is not a what I want to pay for. read more
