Pre registered for TSA Travel and it probably took all of 3 minutes to complete. Very satisfied. HOWEVER, pre-registered my husband and went to this location as a walk-in. No one was waiting yet they refused to let us in as we did not have an appointment. I understand that appointments are honored first but we were in the area (30 miles from home) and I know from previous experience that it takes all of 3 minutes to scan your passport and take a picture and pay $78 for lousy service. read more

I've had some things that I needed laminated and decided to try the printing center here at Staples. They make it really easy to upload documents for printing and pickup. The printing has been really fast - sooner than they estimate - and the product has been good. Whenever I've gone to the store, it's felt kind of large and empty, but the service I've gotten there has always been friendly and helpful. read more

After a great customer experience (5 stars) with Robby (Staples (Kildaire Farms Rd, Cary), I decided to order some ink cartridges online so I could take advantage of 30% off. Having it delivered to my home would be convenient and there were no shipping costs because I ordered 4 cartridges. Well, not so much. They split up my order so now I have to drive 25 mins away to pick up 2 cartridges while the other 2 are being delivered. How does that make sense? They should have delivered it all together like I ordered it. And the Help Desk was no help at all. The Chat didn't work. Give Feedback does nothing. So if you have a problem, too bad. I've always liked Staples but the online experience was very disappointing. read more

As per usual, I listened to my fellow Yelpers when it came to choosing a Staples. That may sound silly to some, but honestly, if you want to know which location has better customer service, why not go off the opinions of others? There are two other Staples stores closer to my house, but when they have two stars and all the reviews are based on customer service, you wonder if it's worth the quick drive if you're going to be stuck there all day standing in frustration. This location was super attentive to my needs in helping me design the invites I needed for my son's birthday. They got me exactly I wanted in a quick manner and let me know the different pricing options they had, not trying to up-charge anything. I really appreciated their patience. I saw them working with other customers with the same amount of patience and attention. It was very impressive how they were able to multitask and help everyone in such a proficient and professional way. read more

Typical office supply store. Prices are a bit higher than Wal-Mart for the exact same items. The main thing here is selection. You won't find a lot of things here at any other store because this is what they do! Printer supplies for almost any type if printer new or old. Paper products in evey color and thickness. These guys were very helpful to me. I was trying to mail out Save the Dates for my wedding and needed small squares of cardstock with info printed on them to go with the magnets I was making. I wanted it to be goo quality and on cardstock so I decided it'd be easy to get it printed at Staples since it's so inexpensive per page for color copies and I'd only need ~6 pages. I was having trouble getting my info in a useful format to send to them and I got something together eventually and sent it off. They called me back and said that the quality of the prints wasn't coming out very crisp, so they would be happy to re-type the info AND fit more cards per page for me since the info was so short (less than 8 lines per card). Not only did they re-type it, they let me see it before they re-printed and showed me that everything was still spelled correctly and in the same font I had used. EXCELLENT customer service all around and incredibly friendly folks. read more

They have stuff that you need but non existent customer service. I had a document on legal paper that needed to be copied and shrunk down in color. Between the paper size color and shrinking I thought it would be easier to just ask the customer service person for help rather than make 8 wrong copies. I stood for a bit and she didn't look up, then curtly told me she'd be with me in a few minutes when I asked for help. Then she told me she couldn't help me and that I was welcome to use the self serve area. Really? I can? Thanks! Fed Ex Kinkos 2 miles away took care of it for me in 3 minutes. read more

This is a great store! Yesterday I was having trouble with my printer. I really needed to print a postage label. Marissa at the counter was very helpful and went the extra step to be kind and patient with me. She was a doll. Any time that I've gone to this store, the staff is pleasant and helpful.
