Found RDU Cell Phone Repair on Google and called them with questions related to an iPhone 13. The…read morephone has a battery health of 61% and displays a message that the battery health is not in a good condition. It cuts off and on and I'm just not interested in buying a new phone. The guy who answered the phone let us know that he could fix the issue and have it done within 20 minutes. We came to the location right away and located Curtis who was the gentleman that was going to help With my phone. The suite/office is located inside of a building. The location has a lobby waiting area, however Curtis let my daughter and I wait in the office as he fixed my phone. He told me and showed me how my battery had extended (physically it was making my screen bulky), which was contributing to my battery life being horrible with my phone.
