Charging Port gave a free assessment, repaired the charging port for a fair price, and even identified a couple of other things that needed repairing. The assessment took a few days but that was OK, and they called and told me how much it would cost. When I picked it up, I could see in the back of their shop that they've got a sophisticated repair laboratory going on. They were able to tell me correctly all the past repair work I'd had done and even identified some other fix-its at no extra charge that made my ipad easier to charge, more compatible with other charging cables. A few months later it's still going well. Now we're getting a lot of extra life out of this old ipad. Sometimes these repair places are full of hassle and outrageously expensive. These fellows are no-nonsense pros that understand the competitive edge being good and honest at their work means.
