I love this store. But it seems the people who run it make up the store hours as they go. The website says they are open at 9 am. I'm in their parking lot and it is 10:45am. The doors are locked, nobody is answering my knocking and nobody ever answers the phone. It just rings and rings. No voicemail. Tried the toll free number, call cannot be completed. This is the third or fourth time this exact scenario has happened. However, when they are actually open, I find the selection amazing and the people very pleasant and helpful. A&B is pretty much the go-to-place for anyone with a business. If you need fixtures, a cash register, tags, bags, racks, shelves, etc. This place has them. They also recycle and reuse TONS of stuff from businesses that have turned over their 'fixtures'. Did you always secretly wish to have a 'Dockers' display rack? Now you can! Even if you do no own a business, this place has some 'interesting' furnishings at super cheap prices. You do have to hunt around, but it's got some cool cases, giant hot dogs with chalk boards, drink coolers.. Hey, maybe you have a collection of oakley sunglasses, you can find a fixture here to display them in STYLE! For the Roadside attraction geek - this place also has an IMPRESSIVE collection of mannequins. They are eerie, because they are all nude, staring at you, while lacking various anatomy. Some of them have interesting names given by the staff - male, female, old young, it's a strange sight. They have a sister store in Greensboro that is even bigger than the Raleigh one! *Note, they also BUY fixtures but don't expect to make bank. Terrible customer service. Placed an order online and was short shipped with no communication from them. I had to call to report. Asked for a refund for items that were not shipped. No refund was issued because the person who does refunds was not available for weeks on end. Called in total about 8 times to resolve the issue including agreeing to take the items because they said they could ship in a few days, but that didn't happen. I am still waiting for a refund. It's been 5 weeks now. I own a business and I would never keep my customer's money if I owed them a refund. Very questionable management if you can't refund a customer or ship them their order in 5 weeks time. read more

I have been shopping from this store since 2007. I love the items they carry, and just to browse around. Today, I shopped in the store for an item and the cashier did not give me back my change. We were so busy talking, and exchanging the merchandise I had got that she forgot to give me my change. Now I have mixed emotions to shop there again. read more

I spent almost $2000 with them they ware smiling when they took my money but when it came to delivery they made me regret that I spend every cent with them. The customer serviced hanged up on my face 10 times the manager Aaron would not reason when he couldn't deliver. Anybody that had any sense do not buy from the A&b fixtures in Raleigh there is alternative and cheaper prices in Georgia I tell anybody's reading this do not go there you going to waste your money and you will get the worst service of your life. A&B is the place to shop at if you have a business. If you need bags, tags, boxes this is the most professional place to go and get about anything that you need for your business.
