The store seemed on the busier side, and not all of the employees knew what to do. This could be because of a new hire being trained, though. She took my account number, pulled up my account, scanned the modem, & printed my receipt. I was in and out in about 5 mins. The parking wasn't bad when I was there. Google said that this was supposed to be a FedEx Office Print location. It was not. I ubered to the location to get my document setup and printed just like FedEx has always been able to do. This location lacked the proper skills to setup the documents and was only able to print but wasn't able to figure out how to set it up. Was a wasted trip. I'll continue to stick with FedEx office and print for my printing services.

When I arrived there were several folks in front of me but employees were at most of the desks and the line moved quickly. The employee who helped me even apologized for the wait which I didn't think was long at all. But I am used to the extremely long waits and bad service at the post office closer to me. So venturing out to other post offices lets me know they aren't all like that and some are even pleasant. This office also carries a large variety of stamps if you are looking for specific ones.

I asked one of the women if I could borrow a pen because there were none at the register I was standing at. I had looked around. She just stared at me. I politely asked again because it appeared she did not hear me. she continued to just stare at me without saying anything. I then asked again politely but a bit louder. She slowly walked over to the other desk and got a pen then slowly walked over, handed it to me while staring at me, and said nothing. We are really scraping from the bottom of the barrel if these are the type of people that are getting hired to be in front of customers. Absolutely horrible.
