The staff is always friendly when I'm picking up my prints and double check everything with me before I walk out the door. I like doing things from the comfort of my home so I expect to be able to print out a shipping label. No matter what I did, the website would not accept my information. So I went to the local FedEx center to get a label and ship it. They told me that they couldn't print out a label for me so I had to go to Walmart to get it printed. The one in our local Walmart has rude and condescending employees. I told he employee this, he shrugged and said that he was sorry but their center doesn't print out labels and the store in Walmart was the closest FedEx that could. I went to the UPS literally across the street. The cost was the same but no hassle. I definitely do not recommend this company as a whole. They should take another look at their business model to make all of their centers customer friendly.

This all signifies to me that there is a terrible manager in place at this Walmart / FEDEX location who does not care about ensuring that families get their holiday packages. The regional manager or Southeast Reps need to be aware of these break downs in efficiency and people first customer service. Any number of customers who need assistance in the store can wait on line while a phone call is answered. If not on the first ring, perhaps on the 15th.
