My 78 year old father accompanied me while I was trying to print some important medical documents. It was my first time visiting this location, and I was having difficulty with the printing process. When I politely asked Javier for assistance several times, he was dismissive, condescending, and unnecessarily rude. At one point, he even laughed in my face. My father witnessed the entire interaction. After we left the store, my father told me that he had experienced the same type of disrespectful treatment from Javier in the past, which is why he stopped coming to this location altogether. It was disheartening to hear that this behavior appears to be a pattern rather than an isolated incident. In contrast, Tashara was exceptional. She was patient, courteous, professional, and genuinely kind. She treated us with respect and provided the level of customer service every customer deserves. Employees like Tashara are an asset to this location. I sincerely hope management addresses Javier's behavior because no customer, especially elderly customers seeking assistance with important medical documents, should be made to feel belittled or mocked. Tashara deserves recognition for her outstanding service.

They were 3 days late picking up (they actually forgot about me). We've done this a lot with other shippers, and often they just want the product, not even a box. So we packed the merchandise in the same plastic bag it came in, without sealing it. The counter staff (who were very nice) said it needed to be sealed. "That will be $1." Seriously, they charged us $1 for a single piece of cellophane tape. That's the last dollar I will ever spend here. With that kind of cheap attitude from the owner, they're not worth patronizing.

According to the advertisement on the exterior of the business they offer copying services, faxing services, USPS services, and stamps. When I checked in on Yelp a coupon for 10% popped up. The clerk was friendly and made sure to ask if I wanted a receipt while dropping off my package. I would go back if I was in the area and needed any of these services.

Upon entry, there was a lonnnnnnnng line & the 2 young ladies at the register didn't speak. They had no problem speaking to each other while popping gum and complaining about their work hours. Ummm, ok. Unprofessional. I was looking for something in particular, but they organize their clothing by color and not necessarily by type of clothing. That made it harder for me, so I ended up leaving pretty quickly. I've never had the energy or patience enough to look through piles of things to find what I need. So, thrifting has never been my thing. I may come back another time. Today was just not a good from the bad customer service to the musty odor in the store beating me upside the head and giving me a headache the entire time. I will do a new review if I return.

Prices here are so -so compared to others. Just not sure why things always seem to look like such a hot mess here...if it's due to a lack of help , or if it is a lack of strong leadership from management, but it needs top to bottom improvement in overall store cleanliness and organization. There are clumps of dust everywhere on backs of shelves, dust on the cart wheels, and there is no clear section for dishes, glasses, toys, baby items, baking pans, or tools, you name it , it's all over the shelves, spread out everywhere all mixed in together. I was only a week out from my own wedding overseas when I realized my passport was expired, when I…read morewas sure it was not. After months and months of planning, reservations, research, spending, and family and friends booking flights and lodging... I was about to be absolutely crushed with shame and embarrassment at being unable to attend my own wedding. I still don't completely understand how I missed such a basic requirement, thinking my passport was valid for the better part of a year! I rushed online to research some kind of solution, believing I was simply f-ed, and Legal Passport was an option. I contacted them and worked with Paul, and the same day he had me on track to put my documentation and authorizations together, ship overnight to his courier team, an appointment at the regional agency for an urgent passport (I do not live in a state with an agency and would have had to flown to one, assuming I could get an appointment). I found out this disaster was the case on Saturday, had the documents with Paul's team on Monday evening, the passport processed completely by the government by Tues evening, and the passport in my hand on Friday with 5 days to spare. Really incredible. I have read reviews that Paul is rude or otherwise unprofessional. This was not my experience. He can be sharp, but it is because he wants perfect execution of what you need to put together and send so that there are no hiccups and you receive your passport. Every hang-up will be a delay and reduce your chances. He is not a magician - the government can simply take a long time or have an issue with something minor that you missed. He was extremely responsive to me on call and email and took sometimes 8 calls from me in a day. I also imagine he is dealing with a ton of very stressed people looking for an instant fix to an issue. Paul and his team helped me avoid what would have been an absolute catastrophe both financially, emotionally, familial-y. Thank you so much to you and your team. I highly recommend Legal Passport.
