I came in the other morning to get my TSA Pre-check fingerprinting done. I just want to say that Michelle was both professional and courteous. On top of everything, she put me at ease and explained the process in great detail. I have also come in a couple of other times to the store to get a few of my documents notarized. Carolyn has been the Notary for both the times, and again she was both courteous and professional. I don't go to any other store to get these done and just want everyone to know that you will always get the proper service and expectation. Been in 4-5 times now. The staff is always so nice and this last time I had a real project. I needed to ship some fishing rods and I made this box for them. I came in on. Sunday at 4pm. I think it may have been the owner working. He laughed at my box and said, let me help you out here. He packaged the rods up super well and I was totally impressed. That's when I realized they were supposed to have closed at 3!! It was an hour later and he just didn't say a word. Great customer service and I couldn't thank him enough! read more

TSA Pre check services brought me to Ship On Site. Signing up was easy, got an appointment, showed up for said appointment and seen within 5 minutes of that time. There are some chairs set up for people waiting for TSA Pre services. The agent went over instructions, when I should expect to get my information and asked if I had any questions. The Ship On Site store is pretty basic, but much cleaner and better organized than similar stores I've been to in the area. I'd recommend. read more

Pretty much the rudest staff of any public service place I've ever visited. I was getting a TSA pre-check. I was already perturbed by the service behind the desk, and then when thin small-framed, grey-haired lady took my fingerprints, I almost decided to walk out. She was incredibly rude. Like she't want to be there. And any question I asked was stupid and bothering her. Plus, I had an appointment, but they called walk-ins before me. I had a large, heavy package to ship and was able to call and confirm that it was a size they could ship. The manager on the phone knew the right questions to ask to be able to confirm and price the shipping. I walked into the store to get my TSA pre check. Little did I know I had to do the preliminary application on line. Carolyn at the front desk helped me frame by frame. She was incredibly patient with me. With her guidance I was ready to proceed. On my second visit she again helped me identify the legal documents I would need. I have been here twice to ship small international packages. The lady seemed friendly enough, but both times she said that she needed to open the box, and even the wrapped gifts, to see exactly what was in them so she could note which country they were made in. That has NEVER been requested when shipping international before! It made me very suspicious. Also, the first time I went in to ship an international package the price seemed high, and when I commented on it she said that gas prices had gone up. I didn't listen to my gut reaction to leave immediately with my package, and let her ship it. The second time I tried the same thing, and she said the cheapest method would cost $70 to ship a small box overseas. No way! I went to the US Post Office, and it was about $20. I ran into a problem getting my I-9 and called the store on a Friday night and Michael did everything he possibly could to help me we both called the company and waited on hold for over an hour and he stayed after closing to help me resolve this issue. I was able to resolve the issue with the company later on that night and went in Saturday morning and Michael was happy to help me and take care of what needed to be done. Needed to mail out some important personal documents with tracking and delivery receipt. The woman who worked with me was nice, helped pick out an envelope that was the right size, weighted it, asked me questions about how I needed it shipped, gave me the prices and options. She was professional. However, another woman working there kept worrying out loud that she overcharged another customer. "I think I overcharged that customer" is not something you want to hear anywhere, but she kept repeating it the entire time I was there while everyone ignored her! Made me really nervous about my transaction, but I needed to get the package out and they were the only place with hours that lined up with mine. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment so I was bumped to a walk in. 2 hours later someone showed up 20 minutes late for their appointment, did not get bumped, and got called before me. Do not use this place if you want to ship something. Went in to purchase a box and ship an item. Guy measures my item, goes in the back, comes back with a box - doesn't fit. Goes in the back, comes back with another box. $8+. During check out and shipment process, he tells me he will charge me $1.50 to tape my $8 box shut. I left and went to UPS store, paid for a box, they taped it shut & shipped it out. Tape included in box price. read more

Manager is very rude and disrespectful. I called to informed them that the fingerprint card they completed for me was rejected by the state of Arizona due to the quality of the fingerprints. I wanted to see if I can come in and redo the card at no expense since my company had already paid for it once. Not to mention the first time the worker had to do the fingerprint over 3 times and the last time she asked me to do it myself. After the lady on the phone was being rude I asked to asked for the manager and she stated that she was the manage. I asked for the corporate number and she stated that there was no corporate number, so I asked for the owner's contact information and she stated that it was on the website (it is not). Yesterday the owner and HR administrator of the company I work for went for the same service and was not pleased. People make mistakes and things happen but a nasty, disrespectful and unprofessional attitude is way too much. Our company will not spend our money and be treated so disrespectfully. If you're African American and walk into an establishment run by caucasians and the person standing/sitting closest to the door refuses to acknowledge or make eye contact with you... you know they've got a problem. After I walked in and went to the cash register to start my transaction, the same woman acknowledged a white patron that walked through the door after me... The woman who clearly had some "issues" may have been the owner. She was older (between 50 and 60) and her grey-ish blonde hair was pulled back... may have been the owner. However, I have to give SOME of their staff credit. Previous times when I walked in on different visits, there was a younger woman, probably in her 30s, with reddish-blonde hair sitting in the front. Her hair was cut into a bob. She would ALWAYS greet me with a sincere smile. read more

I was closing on an out of state house and needed documents notarized. I went in on a Saturday to find out if they could help me and the gentleman at the counter said they could notarize out of state documents and took the time to review the documents and found a blank that was missed. Overall this place is very positive. Staff are friendly and helpful and offer a variety of services in a convenient location. You do need to be aware of prices you are paying though. I stopped in to drop off several boxes cards to be mailed before the holiday. I also both several air mail stamps while I was there. The upcharge on the stamps was 100%. I expected an upcharge from the cost of the stamps and was okay with that for the convenience of not having to go to the PO right before the holidays. Paying double for each stamp though was excessive. I would still recommend this place but you should check prices before any purchase. read more

Went had to ship a package for Christmas. They opened up my box, rifled through my gifts and broke the candy canes that I had placed in there. We had only been in this place once before, because we had to ship something back to Amazon, so all we had to do was hand off the package. Today we went in there to send a package. The lady who helped us and about 30 other people (MaryAnn) is worth 5 stars - no 6! She was efficient and helpful and was very patient and customer focused, even though she could easily have been forgiven for walking out of the place. She needs more help! Thus my rating is not as good as it would have been. The owner needs to step up to the plate and get her some help or s/he is going to lose business (a couple people came in and walked back out on seeing so many people waiting all and only one person to help) and possibly lose her as well. S/he will have difficulty finding another person to work there who is as good as MaryAnn (we deliberately asked her name before we left so we could write a review). read more

Went for TSA PreCheck...don't know how they got THAT contract but clearly they are just another company taking advantage of the government checkbook. We made back-to-back appointments, according to the website, yet they split us by 2 other patrons who were walk-ins. Took us an hour to get through.
