FedEx to the rescue!…read more We were preparing for a grand opening in Wendell, and one of our activations involved a scavenger hunt with custom "golden tickets." I had ordered everything in advance and had it shipped directly to the site. FedEx showed the package as delivered and signed for, but once we started searching the mailroom, the package was nowhere to be found. Time for Plan B. Thankfully, I had the original ticket file. I sent it to this FedEx Office on Capital Boulevard around noon and requested a straightforward print job: color tickets, approximately 3 1/2 x 6 inches, printed on regular paper and cut to size. Nothing elaborate, but I needed them that day. By 6:30 p.m., they were ready -- and perfect. I had to drive into Raleigh from Wendell because there wasn't a convenient FedEx Office near the client site, but the trip was worth it. Pickup was quick, parking was easy right in front, the staff was professional, and most importantly, the finished product was exactly what I needed. No drama. No complications. They simply got the job done. I've always had good experiences with FedEx. It can cost a little more than some alternatives, but I appreciate the tracking and accountability, especially when I'm shipping or printing something important for work. When you're facing a deadline, reliability matters. And since I was already driving into Raleigh, I made a lovely dinner reservation afterward. Crisis solved AND dinner? I'll take the win! Thank you to the team at the FedEx Office on Capital Boulevard for helping turn a potentially stressful situation into an easy fix. Professional, efficient and dependable. I love me some FedEx!

I use this FedEx office location frequently for scanning and printing (postcards, posters, etc)…read more The staff is so kind and very helpful. I have had a good experience every time. My one note if you're scanning is that the scanners can only do about 10 pages at a time if you're scanning and sending to an email address. So it can take a little bit if you have a big print project.

The UPS Store is located in the Sutton Square shopping center as Winston's Grille and Metro Diner…read more It is a busy shopping center, so finding parking isn't the easiest. The store seemed on the busier side, and not all of the employees knew what to do. This could be because of a new hire being trained, though. My package got to where it was going, so all is good there.

I was about to be absolutely crushed with shame and embarrassment at being unable to attend my own wedding. I still don't completely understand how I missed such a basic requirement, thinking my passport was valid for the better part of a year! I rushed online to research some kind of solution, believing I was simply f-ed, and Legal Passport was an option. I contacted them and worked with Paul, and the same day he had me on track to put my documentation and authorizations together, ship overnight to his courier team, an appointment at the regional agency for an urgent passport (I do not live in a state with an agency and would have had to flown to one, assuming I could get an appointment). I found out this disaster was the case on Saturday, had the documents with Paul's team on Monday evening, the passport processed completely by the government by Tues evening, and the passport in my hand on Friday with 5 days to spare. Really incredible. I have read reviews that Paul is rude or otherwise unprofessional. This was not my experience. He can be sharp, but it is because he wants perfect execution of what you need to put together and send so that there are no hiccups and you receive your passport. Every hang-up will be a delay and reduce your chances. He is not a magician - the government can simply take a long time or have an issue with something minor that you missed. He was extremely responsive to me on call and email and took sometimes 8 calls from me in a day. I also imagine he is dealing with a ton of very stressed people looking for an instant fix to an issue. Paul and his team helped me avoid what would have been an absolute catastrophe both financially, emotionally, familial-y. Thank you so much to you and your team. I highly recommend Legal Passport.

Great place to ship your packages…read more Your "local" UPS store can charge you anything they want, but the UPS store, owned and operated by UPS has to charge per the schedule. This place is always staffed, during working hours, and everyone that I have dealt with is knowledgeable and helpful. If you have things to ship let them walk you through the options, there are many. Great place to do business.

Additionally, the facility for some reason has a weird disconnect with FedEx customer service. They don't have a way, according to them, to view who you are coordinating with, or how to become involved with customer service tickets, even if you provide them a ticket number and representative ID number and name. Tl;dr - workers seemingly incompetent, but if nothing else they are extremely ignorant; facility doesn't seem to coordinate with customer service well/reliably.

Also my package has been in Kernersville, NC (about 90 mins away) since Friday and the status got updated to out for delivery everyday since Saturday (writing this on a Tuesday) FedEx truly sucks. Also there is no number listed to call the actual location and check if packages have made it back to the facility.
