    Went to Atlantic ave to ask about lost package, the girl at customer service was horrible. I was in,out in 2min. Aren't they supposed to give good Customer service? What has this world come to,how do you Lose a 78lb box

    Absolutely horrible customer service. Did not follow delivery instructions and when asked where package was delivered, they would not help me find it and said I had to file an investigation myself. My package said DO NOT CRUSH when finally received, my package was crushed. Did not help solve my issue, told me exactly what I had been told multiple times which was incorrect.

    Dear UPS: I'm sorry your driver is a lazy piece of shit. I'm sorry that your customer service blows dog balls. I'm sorry that you've gotten so big that you now think that your customers exist for your convenience. That having been said, when your "account specialist" says to be at a customer "service" center on a Saturday...driving with my own gas...on my own time, I expect the package and not excuses and attitude.

    I chose this location because it was convenient to my home. And I needed to get some things printed…read morefor a campaign that I am on for Bumble! I submitted the order online because I was unsure if I would be able to wait for it to be printed had I walked in. The instructions for online were way to follow. I ended up needing to call because I wanted to be sure that the paper was nice quality paper and not standard paper! And I wanted to change the size. When I called I instantly spoke with a girl and she couldn't really help me so she put me on hold. A guy came back to phone and informed me that he had already printed the items because I had paid for them but encouraged me to come because he could solve the issue a little better so I did. When I arrived there were only a few people in the store and I was immediately greeted. A guy named Joe checked me out but I realized that the guy I spoke with named was Darius. Each of them were very helpful and accommodating. I ended up keeping everything the same and walked out a satisfied customer. The parking lot was very and the store was well kept! The employees were nice and easy to speak with! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking to print things. But make sure that you fully understand what you are printing online! Lol!
