I'm disabled with a twisted kneecap and when I get to the door, within a minute in which he could have waited....he leaves the heavy box on my staircase and is already inside his van/truck....backing up in reverse to make another delivery. Although he saw me standing on my porch trying to lift the big box from a standing position with a knee brace, trying to drag the bulky rectangular box inside. If I had lost my balance I'd be at the bottom of 15 stairs, worst off than a twisted knee. I'm letting the sender know. A big international retail corporation. I've never heard of Budget, their headquartered in India. They sure didn't impress me. Panache: UPS doesn't have it. Their new method makes one attempt at home delivery. After that they drop your package, box or envelope, WITH YOUR VERY PERSONAL AND PRIVATE INFORMATION ON THE PACKAGE, INCLUDING YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER...at one of their access locations. Which could be a dive restaurant, funky unestablished overnight so-called business, usually in a bad part of town. Where any number of people can view your private information. Then you, the recipient, has to drag your butt to whatever shady location, show your driver's license or ID to these strangers to prove who you are, risk getting mugged or car-jacked, get your box, package or envelope and make your way home by car, bus or walking. Wow! Remember that whoever shipped you that package paid UPS a lot of money to get that package delivered to you....but UPS only tried once. And you had to pick up your package. DHL? Whatever happened to them? FedEx - Not quite perfect BUT the best so far.

We've done this a lot with other shippers, and often they just want the product, not even a box. So we packed the merchandise in the same plastic bag it came in, without sealing it. The counter staff (who were very nice) said it needed to be sealed. "That will be $1." Seriously, they charged us $1 for a single piece of cellophane tape. That's the last dollar I will ever spend here. With that kind of cheap attitude from the owner, they're not worth patronizing.

The store was clean and had a variety of shipping supplies inside. According to the advertisement on the exterior of the business they offer copying services, faxing services, USPS services, and stamps. When I checked in on Yelp a coupon for 10% popped up. The clerk was friendly and made sure to ask if I wanted a receipt while dropping off my package. I would go back if I was in the area and needed any of these services.
