I ended up needing to call because I wanted to be sure that the paper was nice quality paper and not standard paper! And I wanted to change the size. When I called I instantly spoke with a girl and she couldn't really help me so she put me on hold. A guy came back to phone and informed me that he had already printed the items because I had paid for them but encouraged me to come because he could solve the issue a little better so I did. When I arrived there were only a few people in the store and I was immediately greeted. A guy named Joe checked me out but I realized that the guy I spoke with named was Darius. Each of them were very helpful and accommodating. I ended up keeping everything the same and walked out a satisfied customer. The parking lot was very and the store was well kept! I was met with silence, followed by a sharp response: "We put them away for the day." I tried to keep things light by saying, "Okay, well, hi--how is everyone?" but received only a curt "We're good." I waited in line quietly until a young lady assisted us. My daughter, overhearing, asked about the puppies, and I explained there was usually a Great Dane and another dog. That's when a male employee interjected harshly: "I had to put the Great Dane down--you should be careful with what you promise." I was stunned, both by the rudeness and the sad news. The female owner then clarified that the dog had MS and could no longer walk, which explained the decision. I truly apologize for unintentionally reopening that wound; I had no idea, given the time since my last visit. A lot can change in two years, and I understand the pain of losing a beloved pet. That said, the tone and delivery were unnecessarily aggressive and off-putting. I simply wanted my daughters to share in the positive, dog-friendly experience that first drew me here for my business shipments. Unfortunately, the vibe now feels cold and unwelcoming--the energy is gone, and without that unique niche, there's little reason to return. I still don't completely understand how I missed such a basic requirement, thinking my passport was valid for the better part of a year! I rushed online to research some kind of solution, believing I was simply f-ed, and Legal Passport was an option. I contacted them and worked with Paul, and the same day he had me on track to put my documentation and authorizations together, ship overnight to his courier team, an appointment at the regional agency for an urgent passport (I do not live in a state with an agency and would have had to flown to one, assuming I could get an appointment). I found out this disaster was the case on Saturday, had the documents with Paul's team on Monday evening, the passport processed completely by the government by Tues evening, and the passport in my hand on Friday with 5 days to spare. Really incredible. I have read reviews that Paul is rude or otherwise unprofessional. This was not my experience. He can be sharp, but it is because he wants perfect execution of what you need to put together and send so that there are no hiccups and you receive your passport. Every hang-up will be a delay and reduce your chances. He is not a magician - the government can simply take a long time or have an issue with something minor that you missed. He was extremely responsive to me on call and email and took sometimes 8 calls from me in a day. I also imagine he is dealing with a ton of very stressed people looking for an instant fix to an issue. Paul and his team helped me avoid what would have been an absolute catastrophe both financially, emotionally, familial-y. Thank you so much to you and your team. I highly recommend Legal Passport.

This place is jam packed with all kinds of things for sale, a wall of PO boxes, and behind the counter were mounds of packages to be picked up by UPS and the USPS. The lady who greeted me was super friendly and took care of me right away. What a relief compared to my visit to the post office! I don't know if there's an upcharge to send through this place, but I imagine so. Nonetheless, it was worth it not to have to stand in a huge line at the RTP PO! We've done this a lot with other shippers, and often they just want the product, not even a box. So we packed the merchandise in the same plastic bag it came in, without sealing it. The counter staff (who were very nice) said it needed to be sealed. "That will be $1." Seriously, they charged us $1 for a single piece of cellophane tape. That's the last dollar I will ever spend here. With that kind of cheap attitude from the owner, they're not worth patronizing.

The store was clean and had a variety of shipping supplies inside. According to the advertisement on the exterior of the business they offer copying services, faxing services, USPS services, and stamps. When I checked in on Yelp a coupon for 10% popped up. The clerk was friendly and made sure to ask if I wanted a receipt while dropping off my package. I would go back if I was in the area and needed any of these services.
