After months and months of planning, reservations, research, spending, and family and friends booking flights and lodging... I was about to be absolutely crushed with shame and embarrassment at being unable to attend my own wedding. I still don't completely understand how I missed such a basic requirement, thinking my passport was valid for the better part of a year! I rushed online to research some kind of solution, believing I was simply f-ed, and Legal Passport was an option. I contacted them and worked with Paul, and the same day he had me on track to put my documentation and authorizations together, ship overnight to his courier team, an appointment at the regional agency for an urgent passport (I do not live in a state with an agency and would have had to flown to one, assuming I could get an appointment). I found out this disaster was the case on Saturday, had the documents with Paul's team on Monday evening, the passport processed completely by the government by Tues evening, and the passport in my hand on Friday with 5 days to spare. Really incredible. I have read reviews that Paul is rude or otherwise unprofessional. This was not my experience. He can be sharp, but it is because he wants perfect execution of what you need to put together and send so that there are no hiccups and you receive your passport. Every hang-up will be a delay and reduce your chances. He is not a magician - the government can simply take a long time or have an issue with something minor that you missed. He was extremely responsive to me on call and email and took sometimes 8 calls from me in a day. I also imagine he is dealing with a ton of very stressed people looking for an instant fix to an issue. Paul and his team helped me avoid what would have been an absolute catastrophe both financially, emotionally, familial-y. Thank you so much to you and your team. I highly recommend Legal Passport.

I have to mention that I actually called initially 2 weeks before that but had to wait for the 811 service to come and mark the ground because I was moving the mailbox to a different location. Although I didn't buy my mailbox from them directly (I had already ordered everything I needed from Lowe's) when Tyler initially came by to install my mailbox, we discovered that the bronze metal 4 inch numbers ended up not being able to fit on the mail box post area intended for their display. I was heartbroken. These numbers matched the ones on my house, and I did not want to downsize or change the font type. Tyler brainstormed an idea where he would custom build side planks from scraps wood that he had at the shop and would cover them using flashing like you use on a house so that they would be as resilient as the polyurethan post and match almost perfectly and would require little maintenance. Not only was this custom it was an inexpensive as he charged only $20 to make the planks. He sent me a mockup during the workday for my approval and was I so happy that he was even able to attach them the way I preferred, vertically on the post. He took my supplies with him and assembled my mailbox at the shop reducing the time needed to install at my home to less than an hour. He was knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. He even swapped out the mailbox mount plate because the one I purchased was too small for the XL mailbox that I bought. The concrete was included and he removed my old mailbox and disposed of it for free. He thought of things that I did not, like saving the soil from the new hole to fill the old hole from the previous spot and kept a perfect plug of grass to make the old hole look like it was never there! I had a wonderful experience with this service and if I come across anyone needing a new mailbox in his service area I will gladly recommend him. Look at how wonderful my mailbox turned out. I…read morecame in today, just after 1200 on 26 May 2026, with an Amazon return and was told that I would have to purchase an additional box to place it in to return it. Once I pointed out that the product box is what it was shipped to me in, and pointed to the Amazon label affixed directly to it, they then said that I didn't bring the printed shipping label and that for them to print a shipping label would cost "a couple bucks". So I left and took the package to a different UPS store a few miles further down Strickland Road, where they scanned the label from my phone and printed a shipping label, no questions asked, and placed it on the box for me. Easy as can be. This isn't the first time I've had this kind of unhelpful service at this particular location. On several occasions I've sought to ship items and had the staff make it difficult and or outright refused to help for things that are pretty simple to ship. Occasionally I have had good service. Today was the last straw and I will never be back to this particular location. Do yourself a favor; drive a little further.

It was completely mobbed so looked up the nearest packaging store and landed here. This place is jam packed with all kinds of things for sale, a wall of PO boxes, and behind the counter were mounds of packages to be picked up by UPS and the USPS. The lady who greeted me was super friendly and took care of me right away. What a relief compared to my visit to the post office! I don't know if there's an upcharge to send through this place, but I imagine so. Nonetheless, it was worth it not to have to stand in a huge line at the RTP PO! My package is on it's way to my friend with plenty of time to spare.
