I realized I forgot to take off a piece of the component from the equipment I was trying to return, so I had to cut open the sealed box and then reseal it. I asked the store clerk if they have a tape gun I can use and she actually helped me to tape up the box. I was fully expected to be told to buy a small roll of the tape hanging on the wall since that is how the USPS clerk handled my previous request. This far exceeded my expectation of the level of service.

Since I wasn't ready to send my documents that day, I went to Goin Postal another day b/c it was closer to my home. I was then told it would cost over $97 for the same service. She then proceeded to tell me of other options; i.e., not overnight, but USPS 1-2 business days, not guaranteed, for over $75; or FedEx for over $67, guaranteed by noon on the second day. I asked why the big price different from what I had been told at USPS, and she stated it was their fees! After I decided on FedEx, she then argued with me that she could not verify the address. I told her the spelling three times, then she finally stated, "Oh, I'll spell it that way," and of course it worked. She also asked if I wanted it to be signed for, and I stated yes. I had marked it on the original label, but she had to put the entire envelope into a FedEx envelope and apparently did not mark it to be signed for, because when my daughter received the envelope the driver rang her bell and left it on the doormat! These were very important documents, and had they fallen into the wrong hands, it would have been devastating. Overall, very dissatisfied with Goin Postal for the price gouging and lousy service.

They probably dread my presence, I've always got a ton of items to print and lots of things to send, but this store handles all of the my requests very well. Prices do get high, even for printing a page or two, but I think the quality of the service makes this store worth visiting. Maybe a newly licensed driver? 2) UPS driver puts all the bags with packages on the sidewalk! So much for porch pirates! 3) Getting to the door to enter, a large rock is a hazard other customers have complained and now another. Use an adjustable hinge at the top or put leg attached on the door to prop it open either are less hazardous than tripping. 4) Plug in fragrance and excess colognes are nauseating-might be UPS driver and employees but offensive with smells that overwhelm as I had an asthma attack, not cool. Generally, the staff are kind and welcoming but sometimes I feel otherwise and this is problematic given the nature of the business. Please escalate to management for UPS driver to park out back and leave spaces for customers. Also, the UPS vehicle is in need of tires! My husband scheduled a delivery for between 3:00pm and 6:00pm today. I rush home from work to be here. Arrive at 2:45 to see a 702 lb pallet at the end of my driveway. No call to let us know they were on their way or close. I call the company to find out what the heck happened. Apparently the driver needed to use a different truck for the delivery so that is why he was early. Whatever that means, but still no communication. No delivery paperwork was left or signed by me verifying it was delivered. I call the company and spoke to a man that didn't really seem to give a crap about what happened. I was told the drivers can verify deliveries by sending photos. My husband was also never made aware that curbside meant they wouldn't even bring it down our driveway which ever other freight delivery we have had has done for us. All he was told was they won't bring it inside a business. So now we have this huge pallet at the end of our driveway and have to figure out how to get it down to our garage. So I asked the guy on the phone that if I had been home, basically everything would have still went the same way. He said well the driver probably still knocked on the door to see if you were home, but he should have called and left the paperwork. Oh wow that's great. All he says to me is sorry and he will make sure this driver is leaving paperwork and calling like he's supposed to. They will email us the delivery receipt, but not until Monday. Seems that customer service means nothing to them, just that they dump off their deliveries.
