I was fully expected to be told to buy a small roll of the tape hanging on the wall since that is how the USPS clerk handled my previous request. Thomas is by far an incompetent, disrespectful, and unhelpful individual. This ineptness is evident in his poor listening skills, demeanor, and lack of customer service knowledge and competency. I finally gave up trying to help this very young individual learn true customer service and left the business only to go 1 mile further up on Davis Drive to The UPS Store. Their demeanor and customer service were superb. The employee there had a wonderful personality, and was eager to assist. He provided me with the correct delivery quote. This proved to me that Thomas was quoting exaggerated figures which, were twice the amount. I believe this is a constant behavior towards people of a different ethnicity by Thomas. If I could have given this establishment 0 stars I definitely would. My advice as a trainer in customer service maybe try coaching this employee as he lacks all the traits and characteristics!

I thought it would be a quick in and out so I didn't bring the stroller for my infant. I first worked with Jarrin. Jarrin gave me pricing and different paper options. After the invitations were printed he told me to wait at the other register. I waited behind ONE other customer. The manager, Mary, asked me how I completed my order. I thought she was going to check me out, but instead she packed up to leave for the day. She did tell me that it wouldn't be that much longer. At this point, we'd been in the store for a while. After Mary left it felt like another 10 minutes go by. Mary had said on her way out, it won't be much longer. She knew we'd been waiting a while already. Jarrin had no register and is working on something. The ONE customer left and Felicia, working the register turns directly around and starts taping some stuff. I'm thinking it must be important because customer service 101 would tell you to help the customer that's been waiting it front of you. Minutes go by and Jarrin asks do I need something? I said I'm still waiting to check out. Felicia looks back and says I FORGOT you were standing there. At this point, I think we'd been there about 45 minutes. I'm standing there all of 5 ft. 9, holding a 20 lb NON-WALKING INFANT and my trying to occupy my DISABLED son. The kids were clearly TIRED and making NOISE. You forgot we were standing there??? The children and I get NO apology from FELICIA. She finally starts checking us out and the final total is 2.5 times what Jarrin quoted me. When I commented on this she basically said oh well. I didn't do it and glared at me. I could have paid it, but she was so nasty and rude. Instead, I went to Office Depot right down the street. The address is 5600 S Miami Blvd., Morrisville, N.C. 27560. I was in and out of 10 minutes and guess what, it was cheapest and most importantly they were KIND. This is my first time having any c/s issues at this location, but this will be my last. If you having a good day, FELICIA will try to ruin. If you're having a bad day, FELICIA will try to push you off the cliff. This hateful woman should be working in the prison, not in c/s. Anyone that would be rude to someone with kids, one disabled knowing I was waiting for almost an hour for 15 single page invitations. There's a special place for people like that and it shouldn't be working with people or near kids. Felicia did give me business card, tell me to press #8 for Mary and she spelled out their names.

They probably dread my presence, I've always got a ton of items to print and lots of things to send, but this store handles all of the my requests very well. Prices do get high, even for printing a page or two, but I think the quality of the service makes this store worth visiting. You can tell everyone enjoys being with each other, and it brings good energy to the store. Everyone is super polite, and will get you through. In the end, my stuff gets where it needs to go, so I cannot complain about that.

Update Dec 2025: A convenient location BUT.....a few issues:…read more 1) Parking is terrible especially when the driver of brown UPS truck cannot even park between the white lines! Maybe a newly licensed driver? 2) UPS driver puts all the bags with packages on the sidewalk! So much for porch pirates! 3) Getting to the door to enter, a large rock is a hazard other customers have complained and now another. Use an adjustable hinge at the top or put leg attached on the door to prop it open either are less hazardous than tripping. 4) Plug in fragrance and excess colognes are nauseating-might be UPS driver and employees but offensive with smells that overwhelm as I had an asthma attack, not cool. Generally, the staff are kind and welcoming but sometimes I feel otherwise and this is problematic given the nature of the business. Please escalate to management for UPS driver to park out back and leave spaces for customers. Also, the UPS vehicle is in need of tires! They were 3 days late picking up (they actually forgot about me). When they finally did pick it up and shipped it, they damaged it en-route and it took 2 days+ for every email to them to get a response back. It was a $900 mistake working with these guys. Never again.
