I can say without hesitation that this place is a rip off! I had obtained an empty overnight envelope from a USPS facility and was told it would cost $30.14 to overnight it to CA. Since I wasn't ready to send my documents that day, I went to Goin Postal another day b/c it was closer to my home. I was then told it would cost over $97 for the same service. She then proceeded to tell me of other options; i.e., not overnight, but USPS 1-2 business days, not guaranteed, for over $75; or FedEx for over $67, guaranteed by noon on the second day. I asked why the big price different from what I had been told at USPS, and she stated it was their fees! After I decided on FedEx, she then argued with me that she could not verify the address. I told her the spelling three times, then she finally stated, "Oh, I'll spell it that way," and of course it worked. She also asked if I wanted it to be signed for, and I stated yes. I had marked it on the original label, but she had to put the entire envelope into a FedEx envelope and apparently did not mark it to be signed for, because when my daughter received the envelope the driver rang her bell and left it on the doormat! These were very important documents, and had they fallen into the wrong hands, it would have been devastating. Overall, very dissatisfied with Goin Postal for the price gouging and lousy service. read more

The service is excellentand they offer a wide range of services from notary to PO Box to load of shipping options. They also offer shredding services at great rates. I particularly like the email notifications when incoming mail is slotted in your PO Box. The store includes services that cover in handy with copying, shipping supplies and stamps. read more

I've been here several times for various things but mainly shipping packages and stamps. The prices are definitely higher than what you'd pay at the post office but I appreciate the convenience. They also take old packing peanuts and air filled packaging materials which I appreciate. They tend to try to get u to use Fed Ex 2nd Day when ground may get it there just as fast so check online prices and ask them specifically for times for both. I do appreciate the convenience of this place being so close and having so many services. read more

I made an international shipment through these guys on July 25 and paid ton of amount which is around 20% higher than direct FedEx and the most concerning fact is they totally missed my package and don't even know where the hell is my package as the tracking number never show up in the FedEx site at all and i am wasting my time in calling them and every-time they say we got your concern we will call back but nothing happens.. I personally don't recommend to get in this store at all... if you want directly send them from FedEx or UPS but not here... accountability is totally missing and forget about customer experience ... read more

I've been in here on several occasions but my last visit will be my last visit. I was suspicious that the woman who works there was charging me more than what it actually cost to mail my packages through the US Postal service. She would never put the price label on my package in front of me but I always thought it seemed really high for what I was sending. This last time she charged me $3.86 to send a small package that would arrive in 5-7 days. She wouldn't let me see the label she put on it. I called my dad in Connecticut to ask him to look at the envelope and see what the price was. It was only $2.54! She charged me 50% of the price of the package to ship it. RIDICULOUS! I will drive the short distance to Dolphin to pay what it actually costs. If there is an additional service charge, they should at least make you aware of it instead of her deceitful manner. read more

I would avoid using Goin Postal to ship packages, at least pre-labeled returns. Twice I have used that as a FedEx drop off point for returns of expensive items (in both cases, MacBook returns), and in both instances the items disappeared after being dropped off. I receive receipt of drop off, FedEx never receives the item. Actually, happened with an iPhone return once too. read more

I use this place FREQUENTLY. So convenient, great owners and staff who always ensure everything is perfect. We mostly use this for sending packages but their others services are excellent. Some of the posts on here about overcharging is unfounded. There may be an additional charge, but you pay for the convenience of a local store, just as in any business. If they charge exactly as USPS, where do they make any profit? Just like I buy stamps at my bank or Harris Teeter, there is an added charge. If I don't like it; I can drive to the post office. Great folks here. Try to think before posting. read more

It pains me to use their services. The prices are outrageous. Its convenient in terms of where I live so when Im in a rush I do use them but out of principle Id rather drive 15 mins to the Fedex store. I just paid 70 cents for one black and white copy; 50 cents of that was to email them the form I needed printed. I could see if they incurred costs for me to email them but they do not, highway robbery in my opinion. They also upcharge by $3 to send a flatrate USPS envelope ($6.95 to $9.95). Not sure how that is legal but thats crazy to me. read more

I have visited this location two or three times for mailing, FAX services and for information. The woman who runs this office is quite efficient, professional and knowledgeable. The last time I was there was quite busy, and she was the only one at the desk but did not seem at all stressed - gave everyone ample time and attention. read more

My wife and I have both been in there on separate occasions. Each time we asked to mail a package using the lowest cost method. To my wife's credit, she balked and took her package to the Dolphin gas station on 55 and Green Hope School road. GP's lowest cost was around $13, at the Dolphin, it was less than $7. In my case, I told the woman, NO TRACKING, NO RUSH...she prints out a USPS mailing label that is 2 day express with tracking and tells me that is the cheapest possible way. I paid, but I will never use them again. read more
