They probably dread my presence, I've always got a ton of items to print and lots of things to send, but this store handles all of the my requests very well. Prices do get high, even for printing a page or two, but I think the quality of the service makes this store worth visiting. You can tell everyone enjoys being with each other, and it brings good energy to the store. Everyone is super polite, and will get you through. I was about to be absolutely crushed with shame and embarrassment at being unable to attend my own wedding. I still don't completely understand how I missed such a basic requirement, thinking my passport was valid for the better part of a year! I rushed online to research some kind of solution, believing I was simply f-ed, and Legal Passport was an option. I contacted them and worked with Paul, and the same day he had me on track to put my documentation and authorizations together, ship overnight to his courier team, an appointment at the regional agency for an urgent passport (I do not live in a state with an agency and would have had to flown to one, assuming I could get an appointment). I found out this disaster was the case on Saturday, had the documents with Paul's team on Monday evening, the passport processed completely by the government by Tues evening, and the passport in my hand on Friday with 5 days to spare. Really incredible. I have read reviews that Paul is rude or otherwise unprofessional. This was not my experience. He can be sharp, but it is because he wants perfect execution of what you need to put together and send so that there are no hiccups and you receive your passport. Every hang-up will be a delay and reduce your chances. He is not a magician - the government can simply take a long time or have an issue with something minor that you missed. He was extremely responsive to me on call and email and took sometimes 8 calls from me in a day. I also imagine he is dealing with a ton of very stressed people looking for an instant fix to an issue. Paul and his team helped me avoid what would have been an absolute catastrophe both financially, emotionally, familial-y. Thank you so much to you and your team. I highly recommend Legal Passport.

I was fully expected to be told to buy a small roll of the tape hanging on the wall since that is how the USPS clerk handled my previous request. He said he only had the appliance dolly. When we arrived he was still being rude and indeed tried to charge my card an extra $100 without making us aware. I understand policies, but it was never told to me. My husband was upset because of how he was already acting rude and then trying to charge me extra without explaining. He then went and got a backpack with a knife on the side of it. While walking out he proceeded to try to argue with my husband. He then got in his car and got a gun and went back into the store. We get to the truck and the trailer where he said the one appliance dolly was only to find out that it was a furniture dolly that wasn't going to be helpful at all. I wanted to request a refund for it, but was afraid of more confrontation so I declined to do so. A total waste of money and horrible service. Willing to try another moving company instead of U-Haul next time.
