I have a hard time imagining USPS picks packages form this place but will not allow them to print the label in a receipt to indicate they accepted the package or to weigh and measure package to ensure the postage is correct. I was fully expected to be told to buy a small roll of the tape hanging on the wall since that is how the USPS clerk handled my previous request. Update Dec 2025: A convenient location BUT.....a few issues:…read more 1) Parking is terrible especially when the driver of brown UPS truck cannot even park between the white lines! Maybe a newly licensed driver? 2) UPS driver puts all the bags with packages on the sidewalk! So much for porch pirates! 3) Getting to the door to enter, a large rock is a hazard other customers have complained and now another. Use an adjustable hinge at the top or put leg attached on the door to prop it open either are less hazardous than tripping. 4) Plug in fragrance and excess colognes are nauseating-might be UPS driver and employees but offensive with smells that overwhelm as I had an asthma attack, not cool. Generally, the staff are kind and welcoming but sometimes I feel otherwise and this is problematic given the nature of the business. Please escalate to management for UPS driver to park out back and leave spaces for customers. Also, the UPS vehicle is in need of tires! I can say without hesitation that this place is a rip off! I had obtained an empty overnight…read moreenvelope from a USPS facility and was told it would cost $30.14 to overnight it to CA. Since I wasn't ready to send my documents that day, I went to Goin Postal another day b/c it was closer to my home. I was then told it would cost over $97 for the same service. She then proceeded to tell me of other options; i.e., not overnight, but USPS 1-2 business days, not guaranteed, for over $75; or FedEx for over $67, guaranteed by noon on the second day. I asked why the big price different from what I had been told at USPS, and she stated it was their fees! After I decided on FedEx, she then argued with me that she could not verify the address. I told her the spelling three times, then she finally stated, "Oh, I'll spell it that way," and of course it worked. She also asked if I wanted it to be signed for, and I stated yes. I had marked it on the original label, but she had to put the entire envelope into a FedEx envelope and apparently did not mark it to be signed for, because when my daughter received the envelope the driver rang her bell and left it on the doormat! These were very important documents, and had they fallen into the wrong hands, it would have been devastating. Overall, very dissatisfied with Goin Postal for the price gouging and lousy service.

The guy at the Qwik Ship was super rude and unprofessional. We were told on the phone prior to pick…read moreup that he wouldn't have the 2 Dollies that we requested. He said he only had the appliance dolly. When we arrived he was still being rude and indeed tried to charge my card an extra $100 without making us aware. I understand policies, but it was never told to me. My husband was upset because of how he was already acting rude and then trying to charge me extra without explaining. He then went and got a backpack with a knife on the side of it. While walking out he proceeded to try to argue with my husband. He then got in his car and got a gun and went back into the store. We get to the truck and the trailer where he said the one appliance dolly was only to find out that it was a furniture dolly that wasn't going to be helpful at all. I wanted to request a refund for it, but was afraid of more confrontation so I declined to do so. A total waste of money and horrible service. Willing to try another moving company instead of U-Haul next time.
