I ordered an expensive pellet grill from Home Depot in December, with a delivery by 1/9. no one has contacted me and the tracking started to show delivery scheduled for 1/24. Not only did I call several times with concern, I've tried to see if it can be escalated and delivered sooner that 1/24. No go, they also will not give me the phone number to the local facility. I have a major event on 1/21 that drove this purchase. Its a big deal! I even offered to go with my trailer to the facility and pick it up myself. I am feeling put off, no one willing to help, and tons of negative results from contacting customer service. This is not how you provide a service. read more

They put it in the garage and after a week and a half and several calls, no one comes to finish the installation. I was forced to cancel and request a return and refund. Just received my mattress today (8/31/23), so will start 100 day trial after it relaxes (unfolds) fully) for a night. Only difficulty with our entire experience was what seemed like a disconnect in the delivery process. That is, we elected to purchase the "White Glove" service- $150 option. This means the delivery staff take the old mattress away and set up the new Tuft & Needle mattress. In our case, the delivery involved the mattress first being shipped to FedEx, which then had to deliver it to RXO for the "White Glove" delivery/removal/ setup. We were not made aware of this process in our local Tuft & Needle store at the time of purchase. So, 10 days after purchase, I started calling to find out the status of our delivery. Worst shipping company ever. It's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. They lost part of our order and couldn't locate it for over 2 weeks. When they were not willing to work with us to get the other part of our shipment, I explained that they lost it. The woman responded "I lost it??", like a child. We wound up cancelling our order and just picking it up at Home Depot ourselves. Not to mention, the guy that delivered our first part of our order was older and unable to bring to boxes out of the truck. Luckily my husband was home and helped him. Our boxes were stacked 7 high when it says clearly on the box they shouldn't be stacked higher than 3. I don't understand how this company is still in business. They have had my product in their local hub for 3 weeks now. They are unable to schedule a delivery any sooner than 1-day out for a 4-hour window on weekdays only. I've told them numerous times I am willing to work with them and burn a day off but I can't schedule that the day prior. On two occasions we were able to sync windows and customer availability, they no-showed. The first time they called later than the window offering to install after and the second time they didn't show without even a phone call or email. When they were late on the first attempt the 'customer service' rep tried to make it my fault by saying "But we were only going to be xx minutes late!" "Abysmal Customer Service, Organization, and Efficiency" would not be an understatement here, and would make for an accurate company mission statement. Family is in town for Christmas , and your team decided to not show up, upon tracking, claimed they delivered " delivery complete " to be exact. Your chat on the website had zero information besides it was cancelled en route for no reason. This is beyond unacceptable for the price of the product they are hired to deliver. Ordered a fridge from Samsung September 4th with a delivery date by RXO on October 15th. On around October 10th I got notified that the delivery is unable to be completed with no reasoning. After calling every day and speaking to dozens of supervisors and whoever else, I still had no answer. I kept getting the answer of to just wait. Wait, wait, wait. Finally I got in contact with someone who admitted that the fridge was lost. Was told to WAIT. After a few days of no answers they finally found the fridge and made a delivery date of November 3rd. Well it's the 3rd and they cancelled the date the day of delivery. I called again with no help other than to wait. This company is atrocious at helping customers and resolving issues. Currently contacting my bank to try and get my money back because Samsung is refusing to. read more

I was supposed to receive a delivery and installation services yesterday between 3:30-7:30. I was called at 9:30pm and told they were missing a part and would be able to deliver and install today. Today I called to ask when I could expect the delivery and they said it was full and the soonest would be over two weeks from now. RXO and the delivery driver have been unresponsive and promised to call me back without doing so. Now, due to their error all of my food in the fridge and freezer will go bad and I will be without a fridge for two weeks. The only reason I didn't give this company a 5 star is because it took 2 attempts in order for me to get my treadmill delivered and set up. The 1st delivery drivers said that one of them had a "pulled muscle" and they wouldn't be able to take it upstairs and install it at all. Problem is that I can't just take off work at the drop of a hat. So I had to wait another 3 weeks for two other drivers to come out to take it upstairs and install. My $4500 Tonal has been held hostage by RXO since they first tried to deliver it to my neighbour (and after my 4-hour window had already expired) on February 17th, 2023. Luckily for them I had already been waiting around all day and I directed them to the right house before things got embarassing... or so I thought. Unfortunely, RXO decided not to send all the parts they needed for installation so they took my Tonal back to purgatory. In hindsight, I should have demanded they leave the bulk of my property with me in case I never see it again. February 24th, 2023. I am Schrodinger's cat. RXO attempts to deliver my Tonal again - only this time I am apparently not home. There were no cars in the driveway and I wasn't sitting at the window for hours in anticipation of them completely missing their window, so maybe it's my own fault for expecting somebody to actually knock on the door. March 6th, 2023. I am writing to you from still within my 4-hour window from the comfort of my own home. Both my husband and I have been here all day. My husband, in fact, has an office window overlooking the front of the house. Don't ask me how RXO was already here and failed the delivery without even having shown any movement on their order tracker.
