When you have 5 other companies being bought out everyone had there own way of doing service for customers. Own way of thinking. It's a shame we had so many customers that wasn't satisfied. Speaking only for myself. I tried my very best to service my route customers best way I could. Even when they were upset or mad. I felt when I left my customer locations they felt better knowing that someone cared. Some even Said they were sorry and said I know it wasn't your fault. I worked for YRC/Yellow for 25 years. And still miss the employees I worked with and some of my regular customers I delt with for years. To the customers that wasn't satisfied. My apologies. Things wasn't perfect but it was a great company to work for and the best benefits I ever had. It changed my life completely after the doors closed. And it's never been the same since.     I have used this company to palettize items I have bought at the Denver Gem shows. The first time,…read morethey wer great. Let us stack the pallete ourselves with the knowledge of heavy items go on the bottom lighter or more delicate items on top The second time i used them they let us stack it but then restacked it on a news pallete and reversed the way we had done it and put the heaviest items on top. We did end up with damage but it was minimal. This year was our third time and I went to great lengths to make sure it would be shipped as we had stacked . It would not be moved on to another pallete or restacked. They agreed to this. When we recieved our shipment they had restacked our boxes onto another pallete. We had substantial damage this time and I sent photos to their main office of the damage. I spoke with a woman named Danielle Marquez and she agreed this was not right and said she would call me back after speaking with the branch. She never called back. I subsequently called her back 5 times and left messages for her over several weeks and she did not reply. She did forward the problem to the branch manager Chad, who said the only way it could have insured it is if they packed for us, which I do not trust them to do. They did infact repack and that's what caused the damage. They have made no effort to compensate for their damage to our product. I have recommended them to several friends at the gemshow and will now let them know not to use them. I know this is a long review, but I wanted to represent the company accurately.

Welp, those dates arrived and no sunroom after I stayed home both days waiting because Ceva requires a person over 18 to be home to sign for the shipment! Shipment was delayed, okay we understand. Our party is not until June 8th anyways hence the reason we choose a company with the delivery date on May 21/22. Date got moved to May 29th. I check the track your shipment website, they moved the delivery date to June 3rd!!!! Three times moving a delivery date? I am an understanding person but our party is on June 8th. I'm not trying to put up a sunroom within 5 days before a party. I have other projects I need to complete before then. I tried to call the actual company to see if we could pick it up from the logistics hub and sat on the phone for an hour. Finally, I woke up my husband and showed him the reviews and we were lucky enough to finance one through American Sales!!!! Oh, and we will have our sunroom in 2 days! It would suck to not be as well off as we are in this economy and not be able to just finance another $5k purchase while waiting on a refund!!!! Dear Mathieu Friedberg, please fix your company!
