Great experience with Rxo. I was well-informed throughout the process of delivering my new washer and dryer. Their servicemen were respectful, efficient, and timely. Thank you Rxo! read more

I contacted the individual that responded to my review and a senior specialist contacted me. He basically just apologized and asked if there was anything that they could do. I said that I didn't feel confident in the apology and also explained that the installation team had taken a flashlight that I let them borrow during the installation, probably by mistake. He then sent me a gift card for $150 for my inconvenience and to replace the flashlight. This type of response goes a long way to rebuilding confidence in a company, especially because I have another appliance being delivered. I changed my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars based on this response. read more

Incompetent communication. Took me a week to get a reschedule of installation AFTER I reached out to LG and Sam Club. After a scheduled time for the dishwasher installation for this Friday. However, the delivery driver did not contact me BEFORE or AFTER they arrived at the property. (which I do not live in or anyone for that matter). The original delivery time was set for 1-4 PM the driver arrived at noon. The only form of communication I got was a call that I missed from the call center. On the voicemail, they said the install team might arrive early and the driver would contact me 30 minutes before arrival (I never got that call). I ended up calling RXO to 3-4 times today and probably spent around 90 minutes on the phone with them trying to get a reschedule on Saturday. Yet nothing was fixed. Now I am stuck here with an uninstalled dishwasher on a house that is supposed to be sold on following MONDAY. Nightmare situation rooted in poor operation and internal communication of RXO. Here I am stressed out and frustrated. UPDATE: I got a call this morning at 8:30 and the installation tech informed me 30 min before arriving. Service is complete. Delivery service and installation were good. BUT the scheduling and communication are a total nightmare. read more

My experience is that this company is probably the worst to work with. Horrible customer service that can't help with order delivery, as the reps are all in the Philippines. Order was missed 3 times so far. And then they called that my product is dented and asked what I want to do.... Ummm, please deliver my order without any dents.... that's what I want. We'll see what happens, but so far this has been a very frustrating experience, and I will never buy from a company that uses this delivery service. I would give this company zero stars.  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE read more

I am disgusted with this company. We ordered a washer and dryer three weeks ago. They rescheduled the day it was supposed to arrive and didn't make a huge deal out of it since it was going to be a four day delay. The 20th of last week they gave their delivery time from 1:30 to 4:30. I stayed home all day waiting the washer and dryer. 5 o'clock rolls around and I have to go to my son's soccer game. My husband came home before I left. As I was leaving he told me that they change the delivery time from 1:30 to 4:30 to 530 to 8. I get home from my son soccer game at 6 o'clock and my husband informed me they marked The delivery status as "nobody was home" when trying to deliver. My husband called and demanded to speak to the manager but of course no manager was available his calls either got disconnected or the person on the other end simply didn't give a crap about the issue. It gets rescheduled to today 25 October with a delivery time from 1:30 to 5:30. My husband called around 1130 to make sure the delivery was supposed to still take place today and the lady on the phone told him everything was fine and that it will be delivered today. Come 3 o'clock my husband gets an email stating that the delivery truck that our washer and dryer is on was stolen this morning and we will have to reschedule for a different time. How was that so when the lady on the phone told us that the truck was out for delivery? This company doesn't give a shit about their customers. They're a bunch of liars who can't get a simple job done. Also the "seamless" and hassle free" approach doesn't seem to be working too well for you. And a automated response is the last thing I want to see. read more

Crew were extremely courteous and very careful with moving the appliance downstairs through small entryways. Were cautious in removing old hoses that were corroded and didnt want to hurt the inlets, able to get the new washer set up correctly and functioning. Great service, quick delivery and installation. They were the third party service for a Castlery purchase.

Once the day was picked there was excellent communication about arrival time. Chair was unpacked and placed in my home carefully. Very polite. My favorite part was when, without even asking me, he already knew from internal communication, that I have dogs. The delivery man asked me first of my dogs were secure before opening the front gate to the street ~ "I don't want them to get out." No delivery person has ever been that thoughtful before about keeping the gate shut until knowing my dogs were secure. read more

Two young men delivered a very heavy box to my house. I asked if they could put it in my basement? They had no problem doing that for me. I was very grateful! My basement is a walk out, but it's down a hill to get to from my front yard. They both were very friendly and happy! So nice to see people that enjoy their job! read more

Xpo delivered and installed my tonal. Called to say they were 1/2 hour out. And arrived in 1/2 hour. Did an attractive install in 1/2 hour. Unusually quick and effective. Also: my wife is immuno-compromised. They were fully masked, maintained distances and were very covid safe. Thank you. read more

I had a refrigerator delivered. The 2 guys that came out worked very hard. And were very polite. The had to find my water shut off for the fridge, I had no idea where it was at. Then they had to take my front door off in order to make it fit. The old one was even harder for them to take the had to take the front doors off still in order to get it out of the house. But they never got cranky. They were very polite through the entire delivery and haul away. read more

After more than 80 reviews, this is unfortunately the first time that I rate a business with 1 star. Really bad logistics. I ordered 5 mattresses from a company that uses RXO for their last mile delivery. We were originally told they would deliver 4/11. Well they did not show and said they would be there 4/18. Missed that one too. Then they said they would come 4/19. Another no-show. The driver said they could not find the address. Untrue, the address shows in Google, Apple and Waze, plus FedEx and UPS found us. Today, is 4/20 and they are telling me now my mattresses will arrive sometime the week of 4/23! Big problem because I won't be here that week. I have been asking customer service for a solution and all I get is that someone will call.....been waiting for 36 hours and no call. DO NOT USE RXO.....EVER read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Despite the lovely little "contact us" message from my first review NO ONE has responded or contacted me at all. I was rescheduled twice more by automated text, again, no human courtesy, and despite paying for delivery to my unit, when they apparently showed up today instead of calling the contact number, they call me to state they refuse to take it to the unit and left it in the lobby, hung up on me and left. So now not only have I lost out on money spent being there to receive the first two delivery days they failed and lost out on buyers for the old couch, but now I have to spend money finding someone to come move the couch to my unit...When I paid for it to be dropped off at my door to begin with! And if I leave it up at the front desk until I can get it moved, I owe a daily storage fee to the center. I tried calling customer service and got the same exact script I've heard on my fifteen other calls, same inability to escalate, same pointless platitudes. The absolute incompetence of this company is incomprehensible and unacceptable. I will be filing a small claims court suit at this point over these repeated failures. read more

What an absolute horrible delivery company. We are on the second round of delivery for the same light that has taken almost 2 months. The first light was supposed to be delivered on 3 different occasions, I heard excuses from the client would not accept delivery to we cannot locate the light. I have spoken to 8 different employees at the warehouse all giving me different excuses. Jeff, the manager at the XPO warehouse is useless and never returns calls. We had to re order the light. I received a phone call yesterday the light would finally be delivered. Guess what, they can't find this light either! Total incompetence! They lost it again.....the original light was sitting in their warehouse May 20th..... My husband has stayed home for 4 days waiting for this!!!! Every week I was lied to and said they physically saw the light and it would be delivered. When I gain ally spoke to a manager, he fessed up and said it had been lost for over a month, yet I kept being lied to and saying they had it. Cut to the 4th attempt at a delivery for 2nd light. I called this morning and confirmed and the employee sounded very weird , I asked it it was in the truck , she said yes. I called back at 4 to make sure it was being delivered today..... Oops, not sure what happened, it never made the truck....again! Are they running a scam, or does XPO just really need large entry way lights for their employees? Called to speak with the manager again, Jeff, whom by the way never calls me back and is not helpful in any way. Conveniently, he is in a meeting. Do t use XPO, they are truly the most incompetent business I have ever dealt with! read more

I purchased a new refrigerator from Samsung. This was the delivery service they use. The delivery team was on time within their 4 hour window. I got a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. There was concern that the refrigerator might not fit through my front door. The team was very careful and made it fit with no harm to my home or the fridge. Both guys were friendly and got the delivery and installation done efficiently. I would most definitely recommend them or use them in the future. read more

DO NOT USE. It has been about a year since XPO delivery personnel destroyed my walls when delivering a mattress. They pushed the railing into the walls somehow, causing multiple holes that had to be fixed at my expense. I have been trying since then to be reimbursed, sent multiple emails and had phone conversations - providing them with proof and whatever else they needed. Eventually they just stopped answering me. Today I received a second letter saying that my claim is being closed due to lack of communcation - there was no contact information or anything else to raise issues to (the first I immediately contacted and had reopened with the contact information included in the letter). If XPO is delivering anything for you, ask for someone else. I'm sure it's fine if they don't damage anything but, if they do, buckle up! read more

Ordered appliances through Samsung, who used XPO for their delivery service. They canceled my initial date (set through Samsung) without calling or informing me. Then when I realized it wasn't being shipped on the day it was initially promised (EVEN after speaking directly to a representative that it would be delivered on that day) we weren't allowed to schedule the delivery for a week out. EXTREMELY disappointed with the service. Will do everything in my power to never get anything delivered through XPO again. read more
