Ai ai ai. Honestly, if you have he choice, I wouldn't spend any more time debating whether or not to use Comcast. To set up my internet, it look 45 min on the phone, but whatever at least it works.. Decently. Then to set up my tv, one 35 min phone call to find out a technician needs to come over, then the phone like disconnects. Another 30 minute call (same process) with the outcome the same. A technician needs to come out.. Hey maybe you'll get lucky though and they will be fast and effective. Reviews say otherwise though. read more

Comcast is constantly changing my service prices. You would think they would value their customers more than they do. After every few months price increases. I get having a special to get people in the door however doing the price increases on long time customers that have been loyal and have always made all payments on time every month is shady. I will be switching my service asap to another company that appreciates customers and wants to keep them around vs push them away! Thanks Comcast for showing us how much you value long term members! NOT. Another side note... Comcast customer service is absolutely horrible. I have not dealt with this store in a while, but they are not any better than Comcast in general. I used to work in customer service for over 7 years, and what Comcast calls customer service is beyond a joke. The last straw with me after many years with them is when I moved I had them move my account to a new location. Well, they screwed it up from beginning to end. They had my old account and my new account on the same log in, which makes so I can not log in. They also "forgot" to move all of my email address to my new account, so I can no longer access them, and since I can not log in I can't access any of them. I called them 4 times, and after a minimum of 30 minutes on the phone (or chat) each time they didn't fix it. It is still not fixed after two months. Oh, they could see that they had messed it up some of times I contacted them, but they acted like this was my problem and that I should jump through all kinds of their hoops to get it fixed. They create a problem, but it is up to ME to spend my time trying to get them to fix it. I no longer have Comcast, and never will again. ANY ISP is better. read more

Worst experience ever! I got their service about 3 months ago as I just recently moved to Utah. The female manager was super sweet and helpful and told me I would get all these things with their service. Totally false and their customer service is horrible. I still don't have HBO as I was promised I would get it by 8 different people but still nothing. The service gets interrupted all the time and is super unreliable. I have had nothing but a headache dealing with this company and still 3 months later I am back to where I first started. read more

Quick service, but it was terrible. The girl seemed like I was an inconvenience to be asking for assistance. All employees were sitting there watch tv and just "hanging out". With so little customers, send people home. It was pathetic. read more

Our Sales manager, Andy Johnson, has been terrible. He promised us things he could not provide, he had our system set up wrong and billed improperly, and he is non responsive to our issues. I have emailed, called, or texted him everyday for the past couple weeks because we need to have these issues resolved. I have not heard back from him once. I have also copied his manager, who is also non responsive. Very unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed with how Comcast does business. We have outstanding issues with not only our billing, but our services. We've been asking Andy and Ian (his manager) to get a technician to our home for months now. Still false promises, and no action. I would not recommend Andy, or Comcast, to a friend. Terrible. Too bad I can't give 0 stars. read more

The Salesmen are pure liars! Of all places, Orem? Where do I start? 1) I was told they had to charge me 60 for instal and 20 for activation, corporate just credited me $60 because they said the Orem salesmen overcharged me. 2) Orem salesmen said I'd get a free month of service a few months into service, corporate said that's impossible? I would give negative numbers if I could. I have never encountered such a dishonest and poorly run company in my entire life-and I highly doubt I ever will again after the hell I've encountered with this company already. I have only been a customer for one month, and I don't know if I can take one more month of their service. I have been nothing but kind, civil, and appropriate, and their local service agents are nice, but it's just the company as a whole that is atrocious. It is nearly impossible to reach a customer service representative; if I have a simple question that can be answered over the phone, I would just like to call and have it answered, instead I have to listen to an automated voice that only lets me ask certain questions. When I finally get through to an actual agent (I waited about 20 minutes) I am put on hold for 35 minutes and then hung up on, all the while my problem is still not solved. The entire reason I called in the first place is that my bill is $90 more than what it should be and the xfinity website (that I am properly logged into) will not let me see bill information or details, it just shows me the number it would like me to pay them. Needless to say, I am most definitely leaving this company as soon as possible (if they don't charge me $1000 for discontinuing their services) and even then I would gladly pay it, just so I would never have to deal with them again. Worst service ever. I will never do business with this company again. I went in because my internet wasn't working. A Salesman Harrison Moss, gave me a song and dance about how if I got a "free" security system, that my internet would be better. I told them I didn't want it and just wanted to exchange my modem as was suggested by tech support. He then kept trying to throw a Useless "free" home phone at me saying I didn't even need to hook it up. WHATS THE POINT of having it if I'm not going to use or hook it up?? If They have so many things for "FREE" why am I paying so much??? I declined the phone service and again got bombarded with trying to sale me TV because and you can guess it... it would be "FREE." Here comes the best part of this... After I got home, the modem of course wouldn't activate and wasn't working... I had to call in and wait 2 hrs on the phone to speak to a representative. The reason it wasn't working, was because there was a "pending order" for services on my account and the code for the modem was missing and couldn't be fixed due to the pending order. WHAT!?!? may you ask was pending??? WHY only the SECURITY and HOME PHONE that I SAID I DIDNT WANT!! NOR EVER AGREED TO TRY, NOR EVER SIGNED FOR. FAST FORWARD a few days. I receive 2 large boxes via UPS one says welcome to your new security and had some sort of camera and router in it... The other, was a huge modem that had phone ports on the back, and I'm talking huge compared to the other I had... I now have to take more time out of my day to go back to the store to return this and make sure I wasn't charged for something I didn't ever ask for... WOW.. in the lobby there are about 5 people waiting... Oddly, There were only 2 employees working at the time. Both employees were dealing with people who were pretty irate. Out of the five other people and what do you think I saw?? 2 other people with boxes that looked suspiciously like mine. I don't usually approach people but I did ask them what they were there for and low and behold... THEY HAD RECEIVED A SECURITY CAMERA AS WELL... WHICH THEY NEVER ASKED FOR EITHER. So after 45 minuets of waiting in the lobby, I see a third employee finally come out while stuffing a donut in their face, weirdly, I saw 2 other people poking their heads out of the door but not come out. Oh... by the way, 6 more people have shown up in the lobby and one has a camera to return as well... 15 minuets later.. FINALLY MY TURN! I knew it was my turn because my name was up on the screen and I heard someone SHOUT IT OUT from no where... There is a big TV wall and counters behind it, I heard my name shouted again... I was trying to pick up the 2 large boxes I had and see where to go. SUDDENLY I HEARD ANOTHER NAME CALLED... It hadn't even been more then 20 seconds and then someone came out from around the counter and called another name again. I said HEY im here and it was just my turn. The next customer that had been called tried to day sorry, they called me... I glared at him and walked over to the counter with my boxes and I guess the employee figured he should have waited for me so he told the other customer someone would be with him shortly. This employees name was Luis... Even though he could see that I had 2 boxes to return, he felt the need to ask me "So what is your problem today, what's going on?" I was done playing, I told him that I received things I didn't ask for and wanted to speak to the store manager. He instantly got defensive and said, no, I can do everything the manager can so you wont need to be speaking with them. I told him I was not going to deal with him and to get the manager pronto. The manager conveniently was in a "meeting" I told him that I did not order any of this junk and to take it off of my account and issue a refund for any kind of charges. He said first of all, its not junk, and second of all, I MUST have agreed to get it or to try it because I received it.... WOW THATS SOUND LOGIC... I asked him to show me where I had agreed to it or signed anything. WAIT THIS GET BETTER... He said that I had a 2 year contract with the changes that had been made to my account... WHERE DID THIS COME FROM??? SHOW ME A RECORDING OR SOMETHING I SIGNED?!?!? Oh it doesn't exist does it?? At this point I again demanded to speak to a manager and she was still in a "meeting." Luis without warning said Ill be right back and went into the back and after about 5 minuets, he came out with Harrison Moss, the person who had originally helped me. Where was he this whole time? Why was he in the back of the store with 10 people now in the lobby?? He had the nerve to say, "Ahh, you came back to get TV service now right?" At this point, your probably getting sick of reading this so Ill fast forward. So far, After numerous calls/Emails, still nothing from store manager and their service over the phone says go into the store.. WOW, here I come UTOPIA. read more

The employee I had to deal with today was AWFUL!! He was such a jerk. I had been told by the phone representative that I had to resolve my issue in a store. (After an hour on the phone with them!) I drove 30 minutes to this store and the guy was NO help. He kept insisting that I had paid my account with a credit card that had since expired, and although I had my bank statements there and showed him that they had gone through on bill pay, he still sat and resolutely told me I had paid with a credit card! He acted like a toddler denying an obvious truth. I've never paid with a card in the 5+ years I've had their service. Then he informed me that I had to resolve my issue over the phone, not in person. I sat in their parking lot and called again. After another HOUR on the phone with their customer service, I was able to resolve my issue. And the phone agent confirmed that I had NEVER paid my account with a card. What an incompetent, dysfunctional bunch of idiots!! I am switching providers ASAP. read more

NEVER NEVER NEVER use automatic billing. They'll tack on repeated late fees, claim to be applying them to your account, make no record of them, and if you dare cancel automatic payments, they'll contest you on ever getting the fees reduced. It's a horrible hassle, and my fight is ongoing with them. I suggest that no one ever uses Comcast. read more
