The installation is not professional at all. The customer service will basically accuse you of lying about the information discussed. When a manager attempted to call me about my request to cancel under the misleading terms and conditions, it was all smoke and mirrors. More lies. The value for the equipment and support is just not worth it. The company lost a large lawsuit and more than likely end up in court again. They're already on the FTC and SEC's watchlist. We're paying more than what he originally promised, and trying to cancel the contract is an absolute nightmare. To get out of it, we'd have to cough up a staggering $5,000, and the worst part?
