The bloody fries were fantastic. It's like a pizza but with french fries instead. More meat than fries (no complaints here). My mother couldn't even finish it in one sitting. I don't blame her lol. Meatballs tasted authentic and definitely homemade. The Buffalo fries were stacked high with banana peppers and chicken. The chicken was hot, juicy and flavourful. They were generous with the ranch and the Buffalo sauce. The sauce was thinner than expected but still bursting with flavor and heat. I'm not exactly sure how they prepared the fish and chips, but it was outstanding. It had an amazing smell once it was opened. I've never seen breading like this on fish and chips. These fish aren't your average fish and chips. These are whole filets. Not like fish sticks or half filets like at other places. My wife couldn't even finish the entire meal. She had the rest of the fish an hour later and said that it was still good cold. She didn't even need the tartar sauce. The only thing that could've made it better would've been a little bit of lime. Rude staff. My food was sitting on the counter and I had no idea. I saw everyone else's order being called and I took upon myself to check the bag that was sitting on the counter and of course it was mine. I grabbed the bag and one of the employees just says "talk to me boss. Talk to me boss. I like communication" I was so confused like he was that offended that I was grabbing my food? I asked the cook if he was the manager or if the manager is in and he says he does not know. I asked him his managers name, and he said he doesn't know. I asked him, you don't know your managers name? And he tells me is not allowed to give that information out. I walked away and was able to flag a manager down and let him know that his employee is rude and condescending and the manager told me that the cook gets a "power trip". UPDATE: Within just a few hours of me writing my previous review of my bad experience via Postmates, the manager sent me a message asking me to give it another try. The location is just around the corner from my work so I went in to give it another shot. Carl (manager) was SO nice. He made my new PokeBowl for me and was very professional and kind. I really love the "chillax" vibe of the place - SNOWFLAKES BEWARE! Hahaha! Not to mention the place has like 5 different cuisine options. As my husband is in the middle of ordering, A man comes up to the man taking our order and explicitly, in front of my kids, husband, other employees, customers, etc, says he needs to get his shit together because he's fucked up this and fucked up that and carried on.. I am not sure who this man thinks he is but that is so disrespectful and grotesque that he even thinks this is an acceptable way to speak to ANYONE! I don't care what the employee messed up but you sir need to be fired, if you're the owner, you need to keep out of the place and manage from afar and hire some respectful people. It is a little overwhelming at first as they serve wings, cheesesteaks, gyros, burgers, fish & chips and poke bowls - so many choices! We ended up with a gyro, dolmas, cheesesteak and a side of fries with cheese sauce - everything was made fresh and very tasty!
