We really like this place but this will be our last time going there. The personal pizzas must be right out of the box. They were cold and not cooked through. We had a party of 6 and 3 of them had pizza and they were all cold. It took over an hour just to get our drinks. Our friend had to order a new drink 3 times because they were out of everything she wanted. The lady with the cat make up on her face was intoxicated. The management must be slipping. It's to sad , we supported this place during covid and now the owners can't even put together a good staff. read more

I ordered a burger to go. Mayo lettuce tomato only. I am so allergic to onions and dairy products. I asked for 1/2 sweet tea. They said they don't have sweet tea so I asked for packets of sugar. I got a cheese burger with onions and 4 sweet and low's. When you have 30 minutes for lunch and can't return and get a new one, it really hurts to go all day with nothing to eat. The food is decent, but the menu never changes. Service is horrible. Not the ladies fault, they just don't have enough waitresses. It is a management issue. We had a to go order that was botched completely. We ordered at the restaurant and sat for a solid 20 minutes AFTER the food was ready, because the waitress never went to see if the 8 to go boxes sitting there was our order. We left frustrated and got home to find cold food and half of the burgers prepared incorrectly. When I called to complain, the manager argued with me until I finally had to hand the phone off to my husband. Finally, she agreed to comp three of the burgers. We went back up there as she told me to do, and we waited 10 minutes for her to get to us. Yes, it was busy. I get it. But she looked at us and said, "y'all came at the busiest time. Good place to go for a burger and beer when your out by Georgetown Lake area. We go there occasionally, but are not residents of Sun City for another 10 years. I haven't had the pizza but am wanting to try it since they have a nice oven and a lot people order it. read more

Busy busy busy place. Came here on a Saturday afternoon and there were no tables at all. We sat at the bar to watch a couple of games, and as soon as a table opened up, it was grabbed. A local pub with grub, nothing special but a fun place to meet up with other local residents (not likely you'll find anyone here that's not a Del Webb Sun City resident). Expect to find golf cars in the lot and golfers just off their round. Friendly crowd and decent food. Reasonable beer selection. Friendly staff and fairly attentive. Was here for lunch and have heard that breakfast is the favored meal here. Visiting family here that recently moved into their new home in Sun City and can see that this may easily become a hangout for them. read more

Where to start. First, make sure your employees know a little bit about beer before asking them to serve customers at a pub. Our waitress recommended Michelob Ultra when we asked for a pale ale, because "it's kind of light" Second, don't put Reuben sandwich on your menu if you don't have rye bread. I would be surprised if the guy in the kitchen had ever had a Reuben sandwich. Putting pastrami and thousand island in a bun you've decided to call "pretzel bread" does not even get close to what a typical customer would expect the first (and surely always the last) time they order food at your place. Third, a package of Lipton French onion soup mix would have tasted better than the luke warm gelatinous bowl of onion and cheese gravy you served with my sandwich. Fourth, if a customer asks for a hot toddy, don't come back after 5 minutes and tell them that you "don't have those." You've got a full bar and presumably some way to heat water. (Reference first complaint about educating your staff) Fifth, the best part of the meal would have been the potato chips except that you served me all of the crumbs from the bottom of the bag. First of all, it's a sports bar. Don't expect too much foodwise. Negatives: 1. A classic reuben sandwich is corned beef (not pastrami) on rye bread (not some kinda' pretzel roll), Russian dressing (not 1000 Island), and sauerkraut, and swiss cheese. A pile of ragged chips from a sack is not a very cool side. It's hard to mess up the pickle. They didn't get close. 2. No real fries. I saw no fryer, so their fries are either baked or some other format, and it shows. They can afford another place (Mulligan's), but they can't swing a fryer?) 3. Wait staff knows nothing about beer. 4. A quesadilla made with Mozzeralla cheese? It's Mexican..it's Italian. Who knows? Queso Oaxaca can't cost that much. First place I've seen with ground beef as a topping on a quesadilla. 5. Most dishes come with a small pile of chips and a pickle spear ( real sides are a $1 to $2 upsale). 6. It smells like a bar. 7. The pizza is average, and quite expensive. The crust could be upgraded. 8. On weekend nights, it's like the Wild West. So loud you can barely hear 9. They overserve at the bar to regulars. 10. Tables are wiped with a dirty rag. Positives: 1. Not too expensive. 2. lots of parking. 3. The salads are pretty good. If you want a beer and some ok grub while in Sun City this place will do nicely and is less expensive than other options, but you'd be better off going into Georgetown if you want great food and real beer. Salads are generous and fresh, sandwiches and burgers are average fare. Service varies greatly from confused staff who forget your order to extremely proficient, but all of them are very friendly. read more

Wriggley's can't even post a menu to look at on line before you go. I won't order from a restaurant anymore that doesn't have an on line menu! The one on Facebook is hardly legible. Their attention to detail and quality, or the lack thereof, also shows up in the food. I drove back to return a salad I ordered for my wife that was wilted, brown around the edges, and limp. I have never had a bad meal here! I am new to Sun City and I'm so glad my husband and I found this place that is very similar to the " Cheers" bar. A lot of regulars frequent the bar and no wonder because the food is delicious! The waiters are always great at recommending things. I recommend Anything that has a little dogs face by it in the menu because that is a specialty. I ordered a turkey sandwich to go today because I was in a hurry and it was so delicious! It's a fun place to sit at the bar and watch sports as well however their drinks are too strong. I think others would appreciate that though! Haha! read more

The prices are fair, the food is pretty good, great atmosphere and the staff does an amazing job. This is a combo review of Wrigley s and their recent opening of Mulligans at white eing golf course in sun city. First off, I live in sun city. Everyone said to try Wrigley s. First trip, walked in on a Sunday morning for best, as I stood there to be seated I could smell the stench of bar Matt's. Grossed me out I left. Second visit. Same odor but I was with ppl so decided to ignore it. Got seated. Waited 10 minutes before anyone came by. As I looked down under the table it was littered with bread crust and food. We told the waitress and she never cleaned it. What I did see is a waitress wiping down the seats at a nearby table with a filthy wet towel then wipe the table top...again I got up and left. Now to mulligans. We are all thrilled to see it open but,and this is to the owner, you need to immediately address the extremely poor and disorganized service. Today my wife attended the Zoomer ladies club meet happy hour. It was well known they were coming. It was chaotic. The sun city Facebook page is riddled with bad reviews. My last 3 visits there with my golf folks was a disaster. Slow,slow service,cold food, drinks not filled. We want mulligans to succeed but you are getting slammed with bad reviews. Ya better fix this asap. Our group of 12 were supposed to have lunch there tomorrow after golf. Not now after the boomers review. read more

For Delivery Order via Waiter on Wheels Only: Do NOT try to to a Waiter on Wheels order with Wriggley's Pub. I placed an order at about 8:20 or so - a good 40 minutes before their kitchen closes. I got the email confirmation at 8:27 pm. They did not see the order until well after 9 pm, which is when their kitchen closes. It was actually WAY after 9 pm because I did not get the call from Waiter on Wheels telling me that Wriggley's had actually declined the order until 9:30 because their kitchen was closed. Well, yeah - because they were not watching the order system. Apparently, they didn't see the order until almost an hour after I placed it. Tsk tsk. So, I won't be trying them for delivery orders again. I would give them a higher rating for eating in mind you, this review is simply for anyone thinking about ordering for delivery via Waiter on Wheels. They are new on the system and clearly have not trained their people on the system. read more
