Great first impression! Ordered the pastrami sandwich on a sourdough roll. The sandwich had just the right amount of mayo and mustard. The pastrami was flavorful and the roll was nice and soft. Bonus* the packaging was super cute too Very happy with my order and looking forward to the next time I am craving a deli sandwich.

The food is always amazing. Even after taking a break from eating out. It still tastes the same. I love the turkey with turkey bacon wrap. The service is A1. The owner is always super nice, friendly, helpful, and attentive. On a busy day, it could take up to 30 minutes to get yours wrap or sandwich, but be patient with him because he works alone. There no ambiance because it's just a store front.

I got the fried chicken sandwich and it was really so delicious! It was everything I was looking for in a deli sandwich, fresh toppings, a good mixture of sauces and tender chicken. I got on a Dutch crunch which paired so well with the sandwich ingredients. My favorite part was biting into the slightly burnt edges of the fried chicken - mmm so crunchy! The person who helped me order was really nice and I got my sandwich within 10 minutes. The bread was perfectly toasted as well. I would definitely come back here to try another sandwich

BEST VEGAN TURKEY WRAP....i've ever had!! No lie. Get it on the lavash wrap. I've been vegan for a long time and the fake meats keep getting better. Walked by this new hole in the wall, literally, there's a window you walk up to and order or you can use a touch screen to order. Menu is posted outside with great photos. Great customer service and prices seem fair! Can't wait to try another vegan option on their menu.

Solid delicious pastrami sandwich. So good ordered twice in a week from DoorDash. I'm constantly looking for the best in SF and this place is my top so far.

Best customer service to keep me at ease. For lunch, Masala Burger with classic fries! My special plant based burger wasn't as spicy as I took one bite at a time. Ketchup with a dash of curry? Salad dressing so light you can't even tell it's present? I love eggs and this could have been one of the favorites. It was not a satisfying meal at all. 3. Chimichurri Burger- the combination of grilled onions, peppers, crunchy potato sticks is a truly amazing and creative combo. The bun? Several days old, dry - it tasted dry, dense and stale. Instead of absorbing the sauces and bringing everything together it did the very opposite. I was going to try their French toast and decided to make it at home instead - fresh challah or brioche with vanilla bean, cinnamon, pinch of salt and splash of heavy cream mixed in with eggs + maple syrup and fresh berries. It will take more effort than just ordering it at a restaurant but I'm not taking anymore risks.

Since this is near the Civic Center, spots are limited, so public transit is the best way to get here! Inside was very aesthetically pleasing and inviting, with the windows stretching up the wall to the ceiling, and a modern bar. At that moment, we weren't really looking for drinks, just bites, so I do not have any opinions yet on their drink selection. We ordered the "crab" arancini, which came with jackfruit, lemon garlic, salsa macha aioli, and guajillo, and the barbacoa nachos. The arancini was okay, and did not stand out as much as I would have liked. The panko crust on it was on the thicker side, so it had a bit of a harder exterior, but I will say I did like how well the jackfruit was incorporated and added depth to the dish. I wish that I could taste a bit more of that lemon in the lemon garlic. The barbacoa nachos were delicious, and I liked how they paired the nachos with jalapenos and pickled onions for a nice flavor composition. The jackfruit blended well and added some savory, "meaty" flavoring to the dish that worked. Overall, for a restaurant that specializes in vegan food, this was a great choice! I thought the service was great as well, and they were very accommodating to our party when it came to dietary needs, which is always appreciated.

All very tasty and well prepared. Desserts were not as tasty for me. The blueberries nien gao and the blackberries chocolate cake were too hard. However, the entrees we ordered were quite salty and didn't have much depth of flavor. Afterwards, we realized they don't use garlic or onion, which would have been helpful to know ahead of time since it really affects the flavor profile.
