We ordered Pineapple Mint Agua Fresca. This drink tastes like pineapple and every sip are like taking a bite on a real pineapple. Their bulgogi beef bowl is made of Thinly-Sliced Marinated Steak, Sushi Rice, Tamago, Cucumber, Scallion, Pickled Carrot, Sesame-Furikake Seasoning, Gochujang Sauce, Garlic Aioli I loved the way the bowl was made. The marinated steak tasted good and tender. Rice was cooked right and the sauce complimented the mixed flavors. The Thai chicken bowl is made of Grilled Chicken, Sushi Rice, Cucumber, Rainbow Slaw, Scallion, Crispy Shallot, Sesame Seeds, Peanut Sauce, Supergreen Flatbread This bowl tasted so delicious and was good. The Flavors are just right and sumptuous. My first and will be my last visit here. I tried their poke bowl which I waited 20 mins for and it was absolutely not worth the money. First of all, it had an ingredient that was definitely rotten and made the entire meal not edible. When I tried to contact them to ask for refund since it ended up in the trash, they completely ignored me. Then I had to take matters into my own hands and file dispute with the bank, they denied it because these people lied to them. The worst place ever!!! read more

Wow. Been here twice. Both times I received sit down quality food FAST. The food has so much flavor. My daughter and I had the Thai bowel and the Tikka masala bowl. So yummy and what's up with those yummy pickles. Tyson and Cesar were in it to win it when it came to customer service. What a unique menu with a variety of flavors! We ordered online for pickup and it was very convenient as the line for in person ordering was long on a Sunday evening. Tried out World Wrapps for the first time on a Wednesday evening and was surprised at the menu options and mix of flavors offered, they have something for every craving. I ordered the Argentina chimichurri plate with beyond meat. Portions were just right and everything was fresh and flavorful. The beyond meat was just grilled and cubed nothing special but the salad and pickled onion was yumm! Came with quinoa and drizzled with 2 sauces, mix it up and enjoy, I sure did! Lol. It's located in the Bishop Ranch City Center, plenty of parking, does get busy but they have both indoor and outdoor dining and I noticed they do get a lot of takeout orders. I walk by here all the time but finally decided to come in for dinner tonight! It was completely empty when we first came in, so ordering was a breeze. It's definitely a bit cheaper here when compared to most of the other restaurants in the City Center (yay!). The food came out in less than ten minutes. The satay chicken salad bowl was absolutely delicious. The greens were all very fresh, the chicken was flavorful and tender. I had substituted the noodles for brown rice, and it was fluffy and delish. I do wish there was more peanut sauce though! The thai chicken bowl was pretty similar- good flavors all around, but a bit plain. Wish there were more veggies. The paella bowl (seasonal special) was the star of the show... the shrimp were juicy, and the sausages were SO flavorful. I loved the grilled veggies along with the spinach, everything was delicious. Another new restaurant that joined City Center Bishop Ranch which meant I had to check it out! World Wrapps offers so many vegetarian and vegan options that I could not pass up this restaurant. My kiddos enjoyed adding shrimp to their choices and I enjoyed that I could substitute in tofu or impossible meat marinated to fit the dish it was being put in. My family and I enjoyed quesadillas, wrapps, and a bowl. The Aqua Frescas and bobas were also delicious. My husband has since gone back and eaten here 3 more times and my daughter 1 more additional time. The customer service is wonderful and the manager is present ensuring the service is moving along smoothly at all times. He was moving through the restaurant ensuring all customers were happy and getting refills on drinks for customers. You could tell how much he cared about the service his customers were receiving. He also kept an eye on the take out order progress to ensure they were not hindering the in house orders and that they were getting out the door in a timely manner. read more

I would probably choose this place over Mendocino and the Mixt in City Center because of the diversity of options and flavorful palettes! FOOD - 5/5 I got the salmon & steak combo under the surf & turf category on the online menu. SO incredibly pungent - sweet and savory goodness!! The menu in stores varies a bit from the online one so I would recommend looking online for the full menu. I loved the flavors of my meal - there were so many layers to it that almost each bite tasted slightly different (in a good way!). I wouldn't get tired of it! They also have about 5-6 house-made drinks (ranging from fruit teas to milk tea). OVERALL - 5/5 Seating is available both indoors and outdoors as of April 20th 2021 (their second day of opening). Amazing customer service - all of the staff were really friendly and some were outside passing out menus to people walking by + checking up on folks eating. I had went in for a quick bite before work. I had been to the Corte Madera location, and now we have one in the East Bay. I had ordered the Korean BBQ Beef wrap and decided to eat inside the limited tables. Every other table was closed off to enforce social distancing,, but they had tables on patio too. Some friends and I were in City Center after doing a Saturday hike, and around 12:30 we decided it was time to get food. My friend chose to check out World Wrapps and after glancing at the menu, I was intrigued. After looking through the menu, I decided on the Saigon Salmon bowl (it's $1 extra as opposed to getting the wrap). From the description, it sounded exactly like what I was craving. I ordered, and headed outside to wait. The food took about 15-20 minutes to prepare, and the staff brought the to go order outside. While waiting, we chatted with who I think was the owner. He was really nice, and kept thanking the crowd for their patience while simultaneously handing out copies of the menu to people walking by. They JUST opened a few days before our visit so I think the wait for the food was just them working through new store process kinks. The food was AMAZING. Oh my jeebus, I didn't know what to expect but the meal exceeded my expectations. The salmon was grilled with the perfect amount of seasoning while the glass noodles and pickled vegetables were refreshing with every bite. I wish the lettuce was shredded instead of chopped because it would've been easier to mix everything together and eat with each bite. They added just enough of the vinaigrette dressing to enhance the flavor of the bowl, and not overpower it. I was satisfied after my meal, with enough room for a scoop of ice cream for dessert. I will definitely be back to try other items on their menu. Price is reasonable for the location, but keep in mind it's a bit of an affluent area. read more

Ordered the following wraps: Spicy tuna nori wrapp - the yellow fin tuna tasted very fresh. The complete package was moist with the right amount of flavor. Bulgogi beef nori wrapp - I wanted so much to like this wrap as the beef was marinated well. The only problem was that it was super salty. There was outdoor/indoor seating. Every once in a while - quite rarely - you see someone who is an amazing, amazing, remarkable working professional. Only twice in the last 4 years have I seen someone providing magnificent service and just "giving a damn" about others and their experiences. The Asian gentleman who is at least a part owner of this business is like a whirlwind running around making sure people enjoy their food and experience. He made a simple dine-in experience astonishing. Ran around asking how everyone's food was, while cleaning tables and putting stuff away. Looked like a human tornado with Christmas tree lights. A very nice spot! One of the workers was very friendly and noticed it was my first time in and gave me some options and what was new. I'm coming from class and I was looking for more vegetarian friendly options of places to eat and this seems like a winner for me. I like how they're using fresh ingredients and seem very bio friendly. Their straws are made of bamboo and it looks like they're sourcing their fish with good quality.
