I got the salmon furikake wrap and it was so delicious. The way they cooked the salmon was beautiful. It was caramelized just enough to enhance the flavor of the salmon. All other components to it was a nice complement to the overall wrap. I got the ube horchata was disappointing. The horchata was too overpowering for the ube. Unpopular opinion; they need to stop putting ube on everything nowadays! read more

I get that labor expenses are high, but waiting 20 minutes for a kiosk to open up when employees are watching is an annoying experience either way. I am not blaming the employees either, you can tell this is a store policy above their head. We obviously walked out. Figure out a way to make the experience make sense. read more

Easy ordering system on the kiosks. Wraps are smaller than I thought ): but still really enjoyed my Bulgogi Beef & Shrimp wrap. The wrap was really flavorful and had many components--tamago (really loved it), fresh cucumber & lettuce, kimchi, pickled radish--all of which were good. Wish there was more beef and shrimp because they were really good. Tikka fries were good. I liked the garlic aioli. Tikka sauce was okay. Fries were super thick wedges with soft insides--l liked em. Its a meal guaranteed to fill me up and that I can depend on. The chicken has great flavor and never dry! I wish they had more chip options and im not a fan of the papas theyre more on the huge wedge side and not crunchy, they have different unique sauce choices for them so id suggest looking at the menu before hand. Always a good option for a quick healthy meal. The menu is quite varied and I love the option of either Bowl or Wrap (which are made in house btw). Service is relatively quick and friendly with ample seating. On a recent visit I got to try the loaded Fries which were tasty albeit I wish there was some Salt and Pepper on hand. The Greek is Salad with added Chicken is one of my favorites and always served fresh and if you're looking something sweet don't overlook the Ube Horchatta. It's delicious! read more

Last night we went to World Wrapps with our pups and had a fantastic dinner. We were warmly greeted outside by one of the employees, which was really sweet. We ordered the steak gaucho quesadilla, the spicy tuna wrap and the tikka fries. The quesadilla had super tender steak and was perfectly seasoned with a crisp, buttery tortilla. The spicy tuna wrap was basically a sushi-rito with poke-sized chunks of tuna. I really loved dipping it in the tamari that the super friendly cashier/server offered. The tikka fries were so fresh and hot that even after we finished the rest of our dinner, we were still carefully finishing off our fries trying not to burn our mouths. That sauce, the pepitas on top...it was just the perfect mess of fries. First the negative, kiosk takes a long time, it was Sunday and not busy at all, but both machines were being used and they were taking too long to order, there were maybe 3-4 employees working, none asked us if we could order with them, all were busy doing something from cooking to expediting the to go orders, cooking and running food out to the tables, once we finally got to use the kiosk to order, I could see why it took so long, there's a lot of options and you can fully customize your meal, I tried my best to make it quick and maybe if I come often I can do it faster but it took some time to order for 3, anyway after all that I got to the point of paying, and one more thing to add to the bad, a forced 4% fee for what they say is to keep up with increased labor and food costs or something! Yeah nice way to say they under pay staff, if it's forced why not just raised the advertised prices up front, I didn't notice all this until I was paying and it's all posted by the counter as well...I get it and understand this and I know some will say if you can afford to eat out you can afford to tip/pay more, that's not the point but I digress, just wanted to point out the negative for me. On to the actual food, came out about as fast as any regular restaurant, not too slow, drinks were very delicious, albeit on the small side, we all got fresh drinks they make in house, I got a bowl as opposed to a wrap since it looked like the wraps were kinda small and I was paying a premium price I went with the bowl version, it was delicious, nice balance between proteins and veggies and all had a the right amount of flavor and texture, not disappointing at all, my wife and daughter both loved their meals, wife ordered the curry fries, I tasted them, it wasn't for me but she loved them, overall it was chill afternoon, [[HIGHLIGHT]]they had fans and ac running and it kept the place nice and overall enjoyable to sit and eat[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and they came 2x to ask if we were ok, no refills but we did get extra napkins and a box to go for my wife's half of her wrap. This time I came alone and the amount of food I feel has been reduced and the flavor isn't as good anymore. When you walk in there are two Kiosks to order from or you can always order with an associate at the front counter. I always tend to order the Argentinan Chimichurri Tofu Bowl! This thing is amazing! Comes loaded with brown rice/quinoa, red leaf lettuce, cherry tomato, pickled onion, crispy shallot, lemon squeeze, garlic aioli, herb Chimichurri. My Fiancée loves the wrap version of this. Everything in it is freshly done which makes it even better. The customer service is amazing! You are geeted as soon as you walk in regardless of how busy it might be. As much as we enjoyed the food, what truly made the experience memorable was Diego's outstanding customer service. Tonight, I tried something new for the first time--the Chicken Protein Bowl with edamame, avocado, and green onions. The portion size was just right, and the flavors were absolutely delicious. I do love all of the different choices they offer to customize their bowls. One of my favorite parts of the meal was the wasabi sauce, which was served off to the side inside the bowl for dipping. They have wraps, bowls, fries, salads, quesadillas in globally-inspired flavors. Not only is their food hella good, but their team is super friendly and helpful. I love their surf and turf Argentina chimichurri wrap and my hubz always gets it with beyond beef. They are very attentive to dietary requirements and have something for everyone. I ordered catering for my son's bday and Ace was a gem in helping me place my big order and letting me know all of the dietary details for my guests. I get the hype now! I was in the area shopping and wanted something quick and healthy to share before dinner. And I found out that they have world wraps in the area! I was so excited because I've seen this pop-up on TikTok and have always wanted to try it, I am a big fan of healthy salad/rice bowls. We got the chimichurri and salmon bowl and it was pretty good, I think that there could have been a little more flavor, but it was good for what it was.
